Abstract

This is research aims to explain the impact of banana exports Indonesia to Japan with the Indonesia-Japan economic partnership agreement (IJEPA). Japan was chosen because it has a greatest trading partners of Indonesia, because Japan has a capacity and excess in improving the economic matters. Japan has a important role for Indonesia to realize the national interest of Indonesia, especially economic sector. Indonesia-Japan has gone some a bilateral, and this time already has economic cooperation between Indonesia and Japan the name is IJEPA. The sign of MoU has been done between two countries since august 2007 . Indonesia is agraris country, Indonesia has many chance to improving the Indonesia economy, especially in agriculture sector, one of them is a banana fruit.Data of this research was obtained from books, journals, official documents and websites that support the hyphotesis. The author used liberalism approach from adam smith and nation-state level analyze. The theories used in this research is international economic cooperation.The result of this research shows that impact from the banana exports Indonesia to Japan with the Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA) has a some impact to Indonesia and Japan, that impact is an economic politic. Both Indonesia and Japan have mutually obtained significant profit from this banana exports. Indonesia has gained profit by the increasing banana growers income, increasing gross domestic product, increasing a balance of trade Indonesia-Japan, increasing economic cooperation betweem Indonesia-Japan and keep on expand a market of banana products to japan and other country. Japan it self gained profit for becoming the main destination of banana exports from Indonesia that leads the country to increase it is access to Indonesia.Keyword: IJ-EPA, Banana Exports, International Economic Cooperation, National Inco

Abstract

This research was coducted at the security women in the hospital Santa Maria does the Pekanbaru city. The purpose of this research is to know the reason for the women in choosing a job as units safety (security) and obstructios faced while working. The subject of the study amounted to 7 people of the security women. The technique of determinations of informants by using purposive technique of sampling. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources.The author uses qualitative descriptive method and instrument data is observations, interview and documentation. The result of the research obtained, the main reason that makes women choose to work as a security is economic problems, because the salaries that they receive are quite large and metches the UMK (Upah Minimum Kota). For the women security who are married, they want to help to increase the income of their husband because if only their husband’s who work, then their family’s needs are less meet. For the women security who are single/unmarried, they choose to work as a security guard because they have to meet their needs, to live independently ada away from parents. Another reason that makes women choose to work as a security guard because they love the job and also the suport of family and outsiders, and the presence af the opportunity given by certain parties who want to use the services of female security, for exsample Santa Maria Hospital. Barrier exsperienced by femele security at work come from the outside. from visitors who don’t want to follow the rules of Santa Maria Hospital. Sometime the visitors are hard and bawl. The ways to resolve these barrier is explain the rules kindly and friendly, because theirs job is to provide service.Keywords: Choosing, Work, Female security guards

Abstract

Seven monthly is one tradition carried to invoke the protection when the baby in the womb up to the birth. Seven Monthly tradition among Malays Petalangan Pelalawan known as Menyiee. Menyiee is a tradition carried to pray for someone who was pregnant at the age of seven months of pregnancy, to pray for the baby is still in the womb, to stay healthy and also to know the state or position of the baby in the womb. The purpose of this study was to determine how the situations, events, and acts of communication in the tradition of the Malay ethnic menyiee Petalangan in the village of Pangkalan Bunut Bunut Pelalawan District of Riau Province.This type of researchaaaaaasez is qualitative ethnographic approach to communication. Data collected through observation and interviews. Informants were obtained as many as 6 people consisting of two people's status as host of the show seven months and four people are village officials and people who know and understand the events menyiee. Data collection techniques by using purposive. After the interviews, participant observation, and documentation.The results obtained showed that the communicative situation in the event menyiee done at home alone, or at home, the parents of the male or female and was attended by parents, neighbors, relatives, and community members Pangkalan Bunut. Communicative events by Hymes: type of event that is greeting the candidate's grandfather, a topic which is seven monthly performed for the first child, the purpose and function of prayer to implore survived, namely setting menyiee event held in the afternoon at about 13:30 pm until finished, participants are relatives, neighbors and family, form a message that the sanctity, the content of the message that is for safety and convenience, the action sequences are Mawlid al-Barzanjī, swing slap, examination by midwives, the rules of interaction that is inviting the community, the norms of interpretation are appreciated and cultural values. While in communicative acts in the form of people who know and understand the implementation menyiee event that the host inmenyiee.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Santa Maria High School in Pekanbaru City whose object of research was Moslem students and parents who chose schools at the Santa Maria High School in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to see and know what motivates students and parents to choose to go to school with religious nuances that are different from the religion adopted. This study uses qualitative methods, namely the efforts made by working with data, organizing data, sorting it into units that can be managed by finding and finding patterns, also finding what is important and what is learned, and deciding what can later be told to other people. in this study there were 8 (eight) subjects who in the school there were only 4 (four) Moslem students who attended the school and therefore the researchers also examined 4 (four) parents of these students as subjects. The results of this study state that Moslem students motivated to continue their education in Catholic nuances schools are due to the quality possessed by schools, as well as parents who want their children to be disciplined and smarter, with which they choose the school of Santa Maria as a place to seek knowledge. This is based on self-decision, interest in talent, and their ideals are also based on encouragement from parents.

Abstract

This research was conducted in a Department Sociology University RiauPekanbaru. With a problem that (1) what is the student’s perception of thephysical condition of the class, the learning materials and the process or the wayof delivery of learning materials ? (2) how to participate in the lectures ? (3) howis the relationship between student’s perceptions of the physical condition of theclass, learning materials and the process or manner of delivery of learningmaterials with the participation of students in lectures ?. the purpose of thisresearch was, to determine how student’s perceptions of the physical condition ofthe class, the learning materials, and the process or the way of delivery oflearning materials, to determine how to participate in the lectures, and todetermine how is is the relationship between student’s perceptions of the physicalcondition of the class, the learning materials, and the process or manner ofdelivery of learning materials, with the participation of student’s in lectures. Theresearch is descriptive research with quantitative approach, the population of thisresearch much as 615 people, then used one of the sampling technique fromsimple random sampling, then got a sample of 38 people the forch of 2014, 38people from the force of 2015, and 47 people from the force of 2016, to collectthis research data used questionnaires and documentation. Based on the result ofthe research, (1) it can be concluded that from 123 respondents with percentageof 81,3 % positive perception on lecturing, and 23 respondents with percentage of18,7 % have negative perception toward lecturing activity (2) from 123respondents there are 109 respondents with percentage 88,6 % participated highand 14 respondents with percentage 11,4 % participated in low lecture (3) therelationship between student perception toward lecturing with studentparticipation in lecture equal to 0,747 (74,7 %) strong relation, hence can bestated that ha accepted meaning the relationship between students peceptions oflecturing with student participation in lectures and relationship is strong.Keywords : lecturing, perception, participation

Abstract

This research is trying to explain about Implementation of FSC (Forest Stewarship Council) Certification on Eco-Products in Indonesia. FSC (Forest Stewarship Council) is an international organization non-profit, independent, non-goverment to promote responsible forest management in the world.This research is using perspective Pluralism, theory green thought and international organization, and level of analysis is non-governmental organization. This research is also applying qualitative methods and the data obtained comes from book, journals, documents, articles, interest sites and other sources telated to this research.Implementation of FSC sertification for eco-product that is to consumer goods in Indonesia. Eco-product are environmental friendly products. The purchasing power of Indonesia society in general is still relatively low in the appeal of Europe. Currently FSC Indonesia purpose to improved public awareness about the benefits of FSC labels. Abstract

This research is motivated by the preparation of village development planning which is very important for the community in determining future development. In its development planning it is of inferior quality because it experiences constraints such as community participation is not maximal and does not favor the community. The presence of Musrenbang participants who were dominated by the village government and the ineffective development proposal from the number of Musrenbang participants. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is, why is the quality of planning and development of Mittings Village in Sungai Apit Sub-District of Siak in 2016-2017 less optimal. In addition, this study aims to describe the preparation of village development plans and find out which development priorities are less effective. The method used in this study is a descriptive approach to the type of qualitative research. This type of research data is primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is qualitative descriptive data analysis technique.The results showed that the quality of village development planning preparation was still not good. This can be seen from a number of data obtained from the village of Mittings, sub-districts and field data collected. The right solution to overcome this problem is the need for support from the village government in increasing community participation in the form of socialization and direct involvement in the field and there needs to be an understanding in the form of motivation to the community to be more active in issuing opinions or proposals for development that are in line with the hopes and needs of the community . Keywords: Planning Principles, Participation, Musrenbang.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Sungai Pinang village Hulu Kuantan Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims to determine how the public participation in the implementation of infrastructure construction and to know what are the factors that influence public participation in the implementation of infrastructure construction. This study, entitled “Participation rate of society for implementation of construction infrastructure at Sungai Pinang Village Hulu Kuantan Subdisrtict Kuantan Singingi Regency”. The main problem in this research is how the public participation in the implementation of infrastructure construction at Sungai Pinang Village and what are the factors that influence public participation in the implementation of infrastructure construction at Sungai Pinang Village. The samples in this research is using random sampling. Amount of total population in 2015, which amounted to 274 families (KK), samples taken were 30 families (KK) which has represented the population redetermined criteria. The method used is quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Instrument filtering data used are observation, kuisioner and documentation. The results have generally been carried out by the researcher, the researcher can say that public participation in the implementation of infrastructure construction Sungai Pinang Village are low by category never participate are contributing donation totaling 19 respondents (63%), because they assume that all donation has been given by the government and the other reason is they are just hard to build his house let alone to donate donation to the construction. Factors that affect the implementation of infrastructure construction is low educational factors is 16 respondents (54%), and work factors is 15 respondents (50%). Education and employment factors are very influential because they are educated will definitely get the job also high, therefore their participation due to lower prioritize their personal work.Keywords: Participation, Community, Construction

Abstract

Police goes to school program is a socialization activity to schools driven by Satlantas Pekanbaru city to realize the attitude of discipline traffic on students. Increased traffic accident victims at a young age, Satlantas seeks to encourage students to care about traffic safety. Young age should be the next generation is very unfortunate if it must be a casualty accident. In fact, not infrequently we see reckless students become victims of accidents. Efforts are made is inseparable from the existence of persuasive communication activities so as to foster awareness for students to discipline in traffic. This study aims to determine the Selection of Communicators, Messages, Media, Target, and Persuasive Communication Techniques To Increase Traffic Awareness on Students in Pekanbaru City.This research uses qualitative descriptive method and persuasive communication model Applebaum & Anatol. The research informants consisted of ten people who were members of Dikyasa Satlantas unit Pekanbaru, teachers, and students using purposive and accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive data models Miles and Huberman. To achieve data validity, researchers used extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that Unit dikyasa Satlantas Pekanbaru has credibility as a communicator that can provide motivation about the importance of traffic discipline to students in the city of Pekanbaru. Persuasive message unit Dikyasa Satlantas Pekanbaru namely verbal messages include clarity, assignment, and accuracy and nonverbal messages. Media used is offline media using props, both online media that is facebook, instagram, siaganews.co and print media that is banner and banner. Target activities include elementary, junior high school, high school. and persuasive communication techniques include reward techniques, the use of humor, communication styles, asking and listening.Keyword: Persuasive Communication, Police Goes to School Program, Communication Model of Applebaum and Anatol

Abstract

Leadership is a decisive factor in the success or failure of an agency or company he leads. Successful leadership of an agency or government depends on the quality of leadership. Head of village simandolak carry out the mandate of the community to lead and build simandolak village, infrastructure development that has been implemented in the development program year 2013-2018 as a benchmark of its success in building simandolak village benai district kuantan singingi regency. Starting from the construction of concrete rebound roads, farm roads, construction of soccer stadiums, wi-fi networks in the office of the village head simandolak, which serves to facilitate the community in various functions of each development. This study aims to determine: (1) how the leadership of the village head simandolak village Benai district kuantan singingi regency in 2013-2018. (2) how the development communication done by the head of the village simandolak benai district kuantan singingi regency in 2013- 2018 This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with informant selection using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation. The theory that is in use of innovation diffusion from Evereet Rogers. For verification of data use triangulation technique and extension of participation. The results of this study indicate that communication leadership of the Village Head in the village development simandolak running well. Head or village apparatus conveys instructions and information easily understood by the village community simultaneously. In communications the leadership of the village head with the tool, and the villagers are effective, so they can persuade the community in the development program, and may generate new ideas / ideas as the village development program at simandolak Benai districts of Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2013-2018 Keywords: Communication Leadership, Communication Development.
