Abstract

Livable Housing Program is a program organized by the government of Kampar regency in order to realize decent housing for the poor. Then the government through the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Kampar regency make policy regarding Livable Housing Program which is stipulated in Kampar Regent Number: 648 / ckTR-SET / 2015/937 Guidelines On Development Aid Livable house. But in the year 2012 to 2014 before the decree was issued, the program is still using the Handbook of Development Assistance Livable house. This study aims to determine Livable Housing Program Implementation in Kampar regency and to determine the factors inhibiting Livable Housing Program Implementation in Kampar regency.In a theoretical model of implementation by George C. Edward in Widodo (2011: 96-110), there are four critical variables in the implementation of public policies or programs that establish linkages with each other to achieve the purpose of implementation of the policy, namely communication, resources, disposition, and structure bureaucracy.The method used in this research is qualitative research. With the technique done of snowball sampling, the key informant in this study. In this study, the informant is the Head. Cipta Karya, Kasi. Housing and Resettlement, Local Community Organizations (OMS) and Recipient Livable Housing Program.Based on the research and discussion that researchers do in the field, it was found that the Program Implementation Livable house in Kampar regency has not been implemented to the fullest. That's because various factors that hinder the implementation of this program is difficult implemented optimally.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Home Livable

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Singingi Hilir Subdistrict Kotobaru Singingi Kuantan. The purpose of this study is the first to know what kind of baby shower tradition in the village down Kotobaru. The second objective is to determine any changes that occur in a tradition passed down in the village Kotobaru baby shower. The third objective is to determine what are the factors that cause a change in the tradition of a baby shower down in the village Kotobaru. Analyzing the data in this study using the Qualitative Research Methods. Qualitative Research Methods This is an analysis that seeks to provide a detailed description based on statements obtained from the facts of the field and is also supported by the data-primary or secondary data to support the existing data. Qualitative research is presented in the form of words from the interview the author with the respondents that describe the specific circumstances of the people in the village Kotobaru on a tradition passed down baby showers, changes in the tradition passed down baby showers and the factors that cause a change in a tradition passed down baby shower Village Kotobaru. The results of this field study showed that the changes occurred in the tradition of bathing the baby in the village down Kotobaru even traditions that existed long ago began to fade. It is caused by several factors that influence the changes that occur in a tradition passed down baby shower that is the internal and external factors.Keywords: Baby Shower Fall Tradition, Change

Abstract

The this research aims to find out how the Tour Guide Services at Tuan Qadhi Halfway House in Pekanbaru City. This research used qualitative descriptive method to analyze the problem. The sample in this research are 90 samples by using accidental sampling. And then the teqniques to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire and interview. And it was using likert scale to know the length of intervals. Based on the result of the research thas’s been done, Tour Guide Services at Tuan Qadhi Halfway House in Pekanbaru City with sub-variabeles of Good appearance, Proffesionalism, Matery of material, Fiendly, Weldressed with good conlusions. Keywords: Service, Tour Guide, The Place Tuan Qadhi Halfway House

Abstract

In a broadcast media the rise and fall of existence is normal. Along with the increasing competition in the broadcasting world, all broadcast media are working hard to maintain their existence. One form of broadcast media is radio. The announcer is the spearhead of the radio, representing the radio. He interacts directly with listeners. Therefore radio announcer are required to have good verbal communication behavior in order to maintain the existence of the radio itself. This study aims to determine aspects of verbal communication behavior carried out by broadcasters as well as obstacles in verbal communication of radio broadcasters in Pekanbaru.               This study used qualitative research methods. The research subjects were determined based on purposive sampling technique consisting of 5 radio broadcasters selected based on radio recommendations and 2 radio listener. This research was conducted at Persada 93.2 FM, Gress 15.8 FM and Warna 104.2 FM Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation               The results of this study indicate that verbal communication behavior with radio broadcasters includes 1. Vocabulary using Indonesian, some slang (informal) which will make communication more effective. 2. Racing (speed) communication will affect the reception of messages, 3. Intonation (emphasis) voice made by broadcasters adjusted to the theme of the program delivered so that there is no misunderstanding in sending messages if the message is delivered with intonation that is not appropriate. 4. Humor is used as a distraction when the announcer communicates with the listener but is considered to place humor so that communication is not rigid and attractive. 5. Short and clear language, which is sending messages made by radio broadcasters to listeners must use short and clear language so that listeners are not bored and are interested in listening to what radio broadcasters say. 6. Timing settings (time) is to choose the right time when delivering messages to listeners. 7. Internal and External Barriers are Health Barriers, Anthropological Obstacles, Psychological Obstacles, Ecological Barriers and Mechanical Barriers. Keyword: Self Representation, Indentity Virtual, Cyber Community

Abstract

The research was conducted in Aston Karimun City Hotel. The setting of the problem is how the influence of corporate image on consumer interest in the hotel. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of corporate image on consumer interest Aston Karimun City Hotel.            The author uses descriptive quantitative analysis methods, and some theories about the company's image and interests. Indicators used in the independent variable is the personality, reputation, values, corporate identity and the dependent variable is the interest. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was accidental sampling. Source of data used are primary data or data obtained directly from the questionnaires and interviews. Secondary data is data obtained from company documents Aston Karimun city hotel. These results indicate that the influence of corporate image variables against consumer interest. And the existence of a strong relationship between the variables of interest corporate image to the consumer. Keywords: corporate image, interest, hotel.

Abstract

Child care in the family is absolutely necessary to produce quality children. The process of shaping and creating quality and self-reliant children's personalities requires a good environment and environment around the life of a conducive child. The purpose of this study is to find out how the pattern of child care in the Malay family and to know the relationship between parents to the adopted parenting patterns. Data analysis is done by explaining the data into the form of frequency table with descriptive analysis complete with percentage. The analysis used in this study is all data obtained in the field either primary data or secondary data and will be grouped by type and then analyzed qualitatively. Technique of data retrieval in this research is purposive sampling that is respondent who have children age 6 until 12 year who occupy class 1 to class 6 elementary which amounted to 15 people. From the results of the study can be concluded that parents who have children aged 6-9 years of class 1 to grade 3 elementary school apply Authoritarian style with gift giving. While parents who have children aged 10 to 12 years of grade 4 to grade 6 elementary school apply democratic parenting, but in certain circumstances parents also apply authoritarian parenting patterns in improving child discipline. The relationship of interaction between parent-child majority is well and harmoniously, this is because parents understand the character of each child.Keywords: Child care pattern, family,

Abstract

This study aims to simultaneously and simultaneously influence the capital structure and growth opportunities against the company. Where independent variable in this research is capital structure and growth of opportunity depend variable dependent company. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009 to 2014.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using census techniques. Classic test in trial. Classical correlation test, multicolinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate the relationship between the company, while the variable growth of business opportunities to companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (f) show the effect of capital and growth on the companies that are in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: capital structure, growth opportunities and value company

Abstract

The main activity of Adiwiyata program is to realize the institution a caring andcultured school environment for primary schools and medium enterprises in Indonesia. To developprograms and activities within Adiwiyata program must be based on basic and living norms. Thebasic norms of the Adiwiyata program include togetherness, openness, honesty, fairness, andsustainability of environmental functions and resources natural.This study aims to determine the implementation of Adiwiyata program in Pekanbaru CityYear 2016 . This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type. Thismethod aims to get a true picture of the implementation of Adiwiyata program in Pekanbaru City in2016 . The implementation of Adiwiyata program in Pekanbaru City in 2016 is done by severalsteps, first is to form Adiwiyata team consisting of assessment team, team of supervisor andtechnical team. This Adiwiyata Team will be implementing, socializing, appraising and givingawards to schools that follow adiwiyata program. The second step that must be done inimplementing Adiwiyata program is developing and implementing Adiwiyata program. There are 4components and standard of adiwiyata program in developing and implementing Adiwiyataprogram , they are: environmentally sound school policy, environment based curriculumdevelopment, management of environmentally friendly support facilities and participative basedenvironmental activities . Third, socializing Adiwiyata program. Socialization here is a form ofpolicy delivery of adiwiyata program in Pekanbaru City to all citizens of the school well and bena r.Fourth, coaching. Implementation of school coaching that organizes Adiwiyata program inPekanbaru City has reached all schools. Fifth, assessment, evaluation of the results of guidanceand school proposal adiwiyata . By 2016 there are 82 schools that have passed the evaluation of theAdiwiyata school assessment team. Sixth, awarding Adiwiyata school award . In 2011-2016 therewere 109 schools that were nominated for school with a healthy environment. Factors affecting theimplementation of Adiwiyata program in Pekanbaru City Year 2016 namely communication,resources, in sposition, and bureaucratic structure. The four components have been implementedproperly so that the implementation of Adiwiyata program in Pekanbaru City of 2016 is done well.Keyword: Adiwiyata Program .

Abstract

Districs North Tambusai is one of the Northern Tambusai Sub-district is one of the districts in the Rokan Hulu Regency. North Tambusai Sub-district is also one of the areas that is implemented the program of KTP-el. Based on the results of research that is still found many residents of communities who have note done recording KTP-el. The data of residence of Sub-district of Tambusai North 2016 shows the total population about 56.871 people. While those who haven’t done the recording amouted to 13.211 people. Still many people who haven’t done recording, showed the lack of effectiveness of services pravided to public and also many still of information about KTP-el. The purpose of thisstudy is determine the effectiveness of the implementation of data Departement of Population and Civil Registration Northern Tambusai and to know the factors that influence the effectiveness of KTP-el service. The study uses a qualitative method. The data source is taken from the primary and secondary data. In data collection, researchers used interview techniques, observation and documentation. The informant is the head of Disdukcapil North Tambusai, Northern Tambusai Camat, Staff Employees Disdukcapil and Community while the data analysis techniques used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the study show that the effectiveness of administrative KTP-el service in the Northern Tambusai District in terms of data recording is still achieved although there are still some indicators that have not been maximized in implementation. And from the target data recording expected by Disdukcapil Sub-district of Northem Tambusai only reach 70%. As well as factors affect the effectiveness of KTP-el services in the Departement of Population and Civil Registration Northern Tambusai is Employee Discipline, Public awareness about KTP-el and internet-conection which is often disconnected.Keywords: KTP-el, Effectiveness, Service

Abstract

Implementation is derived from the English language is to implement the means to implement. Implementation is the provision of means to implement something that impacts or due to something. Something was done to impact or it may be due to laws, regulations, judicial decisions and policies made by government agencies in the state life. Implementation of local regulation No. 1 of 2013 on Smart Reading Al-Quran and outs of running with the maximum as expected yank Kampar regency government. The purpose of these regulations is to make the public Kampar religion makes people high-value, particularly the District Bangkinang City.Theoretical concept used by the author is the Policy and Program Implementation. Researchers use qualitative research with descriptive study. In collecting the data, the writer used interview and observation techniques. Authors use informants as sources of information and techniques triagulasi as a source of data authenticity.Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 1 Year 2013 About Smart Reading Al-Quran in District Bangkinang City Kampar regency has not gone up, it proved there are still many schools that have not implemented these programs and there are still many people who do not know about the program Smart Reading Al -Quran. Factors that affect the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 1 On good at reading the Koran in the district are the Kampar regency Bangkinang Public Participation Fund / Cost and Infrastructure in mengimplementasian the Regulation.Keywords: Implementation, Program and Local Regulations
