Abstract

This research explains China's policy of providing foreign aid to Venezuela in the economic crisis due to the large foreign debt and falling world oil prices. The strengthening US dollar has been the main cause of the decline in world oil prices over the past few years. In fact, the US dollar was at its highest level in 12 years against the euro, which led to a rise in the US dollar index and falling oil prices. And Venezuela is a country very unprepared for it. As we know that Venezuela depends on their oil sales.The theory used in this research is Neo-liberal is one of the perspectives in International Relations, Neo-liberalism has a pattern of the main driving factor for international cooperation is the international power distribution. And neoliberalism describes the concepts of rationality and prefer to cooperate with institutions and also international organizations to realize their interests. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behavior (studies on nurses of RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan). Transformational leadership as the first variable (X1), Organizational commitment as the second variable (X2), and organizational citizenship behavior as the third variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where the sample used by 72 nurses, sampling using the formua slovin conduted by purposive sampling and technique of data collecting through questioner. The result of this analysis using test of validity, reliability test, determination, simple linear regression test, T test and F test so it can be concluded that transformational leadership have significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment have significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership and organizational commitment have significant toward organizational citizenship behaviorin RSUD Puri Husda Tembilahan. Abstract

This research is a economic political study which describes influence of tapering off of american policy toward change of monetary policy of indonesia. This research will focus on what is the effect of tapering off to Indonesia. This study interesting because describe about a policy of super economic country can make influence to another country. America is the biggest economy in the world. Every policy that they make can influence every country in the world.This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting datas from some resources like book , journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the neoliberalism perspective and Monetary Contractive Theory from Nopirin. The object in this research is America and Indonesia.The result of this research shows that the monetary policy of America made some country must change their policy. amerika issued a quantitative easing policy to save the country's economy. the policy is successful and then proceeded to issue the policy tapering off. This second American policy causes Indonesia to experience economic turmoil. to overcome it, Indonesia issued a monetary policy to stabilize its economy again.Keywords : Policy, Monetary, Quantitave easing, Tapering off.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Lubuk Rawang Kao Subdistrict Siak In the object of research is children / students of class one (1), two (2), and three (3) who attend boarding schools. This study aims to look and find out what motivates the students to choose a modern boarding school in Al-Amin. The population of this study is children who were sitting in the class one (1), two (2), and three (3) Tsanawiyah Madrasa, while samples of this research are children from grade one to grade three by using the method of proportionate stratified random sampling by taking a precision of 15% of the total number of three (3) classes. Then the number of samples of this study were 37 children / students of Modern Boarding school Al-Amin. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative method. Based on the analysis, it was found that the child's motivation choose a school in modern Boarding school Al-Amin consisting of internal and external factors is dominant on the internal factors that constituted the decision themselves, interest talents, and their ideals than the external which is based on the encouragement of people parents and the influence of other friends.Keywords: Motivation schools, voters

Abstract

The structure of the Cultural Heritage of the Raya Pekanbaru Mosque from the rest of the old building of the mosque should be preserved. According to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Heritage, Preservation is a dynamic effort to maintain the existence of cultural heritage and its value by protecting, developing and utilizing it. Therefore, a strategy is needed that is carried out with an insightful vision and is intended for present and future interests. The purpose of this study was to determine the preservation of cultural heritage structures as well as to formulate a preservation strategy for the Raya mosque culture structure in Pekanbaru City. The research method used was descriptive qualitative which was then carried out strategy formulation using the SWOT analysis method. The results showed that the preservation of the cultural heritage structure in the Pekanbaru Raya Mosque that was carried out was still not maximal and had not yet achieved the expected goal, namely the lack of coordination between related agencies. It is better for the relevant offices to optimize socialization and improve supervision and procedures for preserving cultural preservation for the community or other stakeholders, so that there will be no more miscommunication, both cultural preservation in Pekanbaru City and in Riau Province.Kata Kunci: Strategy, Preservation, Cultural Heritage Structure

Abstract

The bridge of Sultan Syarif Hasyim is a bridge in Siak, Tualang Perawang that was built in 2010. The Bridge Of Sultan Syarif Hasyim has a beautiful view so that many merchants who sell and also many vehicles stopped at the bridge. it is a violation of traffic signs that are dangerously to the safety of other road users. There are also the car with an overloaded freely passing on this bridge. Based on this, the researchers are interested to review how control by the department of transportation. The concept of the theory used is control, proposed by Brantas 2009 which assesses control based on four indicators, that is: define the standards that will be used for monitoring, measuring performance or achievements, comparing performance or results to standards and determine deviations if any take corrective action, if there is a deviation for the implementation and objectives according to plan. The purpose of this research is to knowng the control by the transportation department of information and communication on the bridge of Sultan Syarif Hasyim, Perawang, as well as any factors that influence it. This research uses a qualitative method with an assessment of descriptive data. In gathering the data the researcher used interview, observation and documentation based on purposive sumpling method and analysis by triangulation techniques. The outcome of this research showed that the control of traffic order that made by the transportation department of information and communication is not as expected, if seen by the number of violations that had done by staff and road users. The department of transportation and the traffic unit should be able to act decisively to these merchants, the road users and the car with an overloaded that violate the rules by gving the punishment and placing it in a trade location and suitable for them to sell. So that the bridge of Sultan Syarif Hasyim, Perawang can be function as should as.Key words: controlling,

Abstract

Poverty and employment is a problem that has long faced by people in rural areas. The government continues to accelerate the improvement of the welfare of the rural community with a variety of programs, one of which is the Youth Program Bachelor of Rural Development Activator (PSP3). However, the issue of low participation of government, budget and access to CSR and private CD still faced by PSP3 in community empowerment in the Village District of Bandar Sekijang Sekijang Pelalawan. This study analysis based on the theory of empowerment. This study uses qualitative research. Unit data analysis by means of interviews to several sources, with data on primary and secondary research.The results of this study indicate that; First, community empowerment by PSP3 in the Village District of Bandar Sekijang Sekijang Pelalawan done through facilitating development planning, facilitation of capacity building, knowledge, insight, attitudes and skills of youth, facilitating the development of economic efforts and the facilitation of networking and cooperation among the parties in development. Second, the inhibiting factors of community empowerment by PSP3 Village Sekijang District of Bandar Sekijang Pelalawan grouped into two factors: internal factors which include; lack of facilitators, lack of support and lack of support prasarna budget. While external factors, namely; the lack of participation of government and private sector and the lack of support for other stakeholders.Keywords: Empowerment, PSP3, Public Welfare

Abstract

Cooperatives are a people's economic movement that has duties and responsibilities, in terms of the welfare of all members through the fulfillment of all appropriate and adequate needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Three Koto Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) in Sibiruang Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency in terms of the financial ratios used. The location of this study was conducted at the Tiga Koto Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Cooperative in Sibiruang Village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar District. Ratio analysis used in this study is the liquidity ratio, profitability, solvency, capital and efficient salary. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research in terms of the liquidity ratio of the Tiga Koto Cooperative in Siberuang Kampar Village, it is good in terms of asset likuidity ratio, loan to total assets and loan to deposit ratio. From the solvability side of the Tiga Koto Cooperative in Siberuang Kampar Village, it has also been categorized both in terms of liabilities to total assets, and time interest earned. While profitability is still not good because the cooperatives are still not using the assets they have to increase the remaining business results, both measured by return on assets. While in terms of return on equity and net profit margin, it has been in the good category. And the capital ratio produced at the Tiga Koto Cooperative in Siberuang Kampar Village where the equity ratio of total assets is good. While the equity to total loan ratio in the category is not good because it exceeds the standard value of 20%. And the business efficiency ratio where it is already in good condition, especially the ratio that describes the ability of income generated in closing the salary burden of its employees.Keywords: Financial Ratio, Cooperative Performance, Liquidity Ratio, Profitability, Solvability, Capital and Efficient Salary

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on profitability in the pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange. Capital structure ratios used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Total Assets Ratio (DR) and profitability ratio used Return On Invesment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE). The method used to determine the effect of capital structure on profitability using sample linear refresh.Data used in this research in secondary data, financial reports. The recorded data in indonesian stock exchange during the 5 years 2010 to 2014. The dark, population in this were 8 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, test f, and the coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using SPSS 21.Analysis shows the capital structure affect the profitability of the pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange. Abstract

Pekanbaru is one of the city accommodate many students from various areas. Along with thedevelopment of the times, human desire to be able to meet the needs of his education isincreasing, one a student of these symptoms generally realized with the left the origin andmoved into new areas, a student who did this often referred to migrants student. For a student ofthe migrants from the county Karimun this prefer to stay in hostels Karimun Dang Melini,Pekanbaru because in addition to the security themselves also feel familiar in his new and stillfeel being in a group of their own. In general that humans born to have and the group with otherhuman beings, it means that the survival of human took place with the atmosphere of supporteach other in together. Where each individual have dependency against the environment andother human beings. The addiction can be realized in social interaction that is the key of allsocial life, because without interaction won’t be there may be life together, so cause socialgroups in human life. According to the Josep S. Raucek and Roland L. Warren (1984), assertingthat the social groups is a group that includes two or more human, which among them there aresome of the interaction that can be understood by members or other people in its entirety. Thisstudy aims to know the factors that foregrounded the establishment of the social groups andactivities with conducted a student of the migrants in hostels Karimun Dang Melini, Pekanbaru,with the first figure out the relationship between individuals through the closeness sociometryand technique sociogram form of free. The theory used is the theory closeness, the theory reasonpractical, and the theory balance. Mothods used in writing this is qualitative descriptive, wherethe data that appears is the words that usually arranged in the form of the text that expanded.The techniques analysis of the data more using cross check information.Keywords: social groups, student migrant
