Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality and corporate image towards customer satisfaction at new resty menara pekanbaru hotel. The sample of the present researchers was taken as many as 100 respondents and the technique used was incidental sampling. The data in this study used the survey method through a questionnaire filled out by Customer. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire and then processed to then be tested with statistics through the SPSS18 program.The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction in the New Resty Hotel, Pekanbaru Tower. And the corporate image variable has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction in the New Resty Hotel, Pekanbaru Tower. Then simultaneously service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at the New Resty Hotel, Pekanbaru Tower. For further research it is recommended to increase the number of respondents in the sample calculation.   Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image. And Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru, the purpose of this study was to determine the performance carried out by the laundry section in Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study was 94 respondents, data analysis in this study was quantitative by using a hypothesis test (t test and coefficient of determination). Based on the results of the analysis using the SPSS program it is proven that together the ability, motivation and opportunity factors greatly influence the performance of the laundry section. This is evidenced by the ability variable with a T count of 3,115 (>) from T table 1.99, motivation variable with T count 3.656 (>) from T table 1.99, opportunity variable with T count 2.510 (>) from T table 1.99. Simultaneously the factors consisting of 3 variables as explained in the framework of thinking in this study, where the independent variables significantly influence the performance of the laundry section at the Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. R value of 0.849, means the closeness relationship together between the dependent variable and the independent variable is very good because R is between 0.80-1,000. Adjusted R Square value of 0.701, which means 70.1% of the ability, motivation and opportunity variables that affect the performance of the laundry section in the grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru, while the rest (100% -70.1% = 29.9%) is influenced by other causes not examined in this study.Keywords: Performance, Laundry Section, Grand Jatra Hotel, Pekanbaru City

Abstract

Responses in the world of tourism are opinions or perspectives of visitors and tourists in understanding a tourist destination. Hotels are included as basic tourism facilities (main tourism superstructures). This can be seen from the number of tourists who come, of course, they need a place to stop or rest. This research was conducted at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru Jl. Gatot Subroto No.7, Kota Tinggi, Kec. Pekanbaru City, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28112. This study aims to determine the quality of the check-in service by the receptionist at the Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru and to determine the guest's response to the quality of the check-in service by the receptionist at the Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, to manage the data obtained in the field through observation, questionnaires and documentation.Information collected to determine guest responses to the quality of receptionist service at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru using a Likert Scale. (Sugiyono 2004: 86), said that the Likert Scale is used to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group, about events or social phenomena. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and questionnaires/questionnaires. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the quality of check-in service by the receptionist at the Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru is still required for stable service consistency.  Keywords: Guest response, Service, Check – in

Abstract

Bangkit Pengusaha Muslim Community Sharia-based are present to assist the government in communicating halal products to UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this community is to help the people, especially those in Pekanbaru, so that their business is in accordance with Islamic law. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of communication of Bangkit Pengusaha Muslim Community in socializing halal products to UMKM (culinary) in the city of Pekanbaru as seen from the role of communication and obstacles while socializing halal products.In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study amounted to four people, consisting of the Founder of  Bangkit Pengusaha Muslim (BPM), a Member of BPM, two UMKM Partners of Muslim culinary products in the Pekanbaru city. While the object of this research is the role of communication of the Bangkit Pengusaha Muslim Community in disseminating halal products to micro and small businesses in the Pekanbaru city. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using an interactive data analysis model. In achieving data validity in this study, the authors used an extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that the communication role of the Bangkit Pengusaha Muslim Community (BPM) had two roles in socializing halal products to UMKM, namely as an information center where the Bangkit Pengusaha Muslim Community (BPM) became a gathering place for Muslim entrepreneurs to unite and develop together by providing useful information for the development of businesses owned by Muslim entrepreneurs. One of the information shared by the BPM community is information about halal products. And as a companion where providing input and direction to the UMKM. Inputs and direction given by the BPM community aims to ensure that UMKM always maintain the production of halal and toyiban marketing in accordance with Islamic law. Meanwhile the obstacles that occur in socializing halal products in the form of media barriers and material obstacles in production.Keywords : role of comunication, Community, halal product.

Abstract

Bajapuik in Marriage Tradition in Pariaman. This research was conducted in the city of Pariaman. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Bajapuik marriage procession in the community in Kota Pariaman, and to find out the meaning and function of Bajapuik marriage. In determining research subjects using purposive sampling technique, which is predetermined based on criteria. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques by conducting interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study amounted to 9 people. The theory used is Malinowski's theory of functionalism and Mead's theory of meaning (symbolic interactionism). The result of this research is that the Bajapuik marriage tradition is a marriage custom by using pick-up money in the Minangkabau tribe which is included in the customary level. Adat nan dikadatan or Adat dikadasikan is a local rule that is taken by using the word consensus or custom that is generally accepted in a village or area. In the Bajapuik custom, a man is one step elevated from a woman, this is illustrated by the procession of proposing or proposing by the woman, where the man in the Bajapuik tradition is picked up and married by the woman and uses the japuik money as a pick-up for the man. -that man. Bajapuik has a function to help each other. This tradition is useful and beneficial for the closeness between families who carry out the marriage process using the Bajapuik tradition, and has the meaning of mutual respect for both parties involved. Keywords: Tradition, Bajapuik Marriage

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of social networks, relationships and the influence of social networks on the level of welfare in fishermen's life in Kepenghuluan Bagan Punak Pesisir. This study uses an inferential quantitative approach. The population in this study were 255 fishermen in Kepenghuluan Bagan Punak Pesisir, with a sample of 69 people. The sampling technique used in this research is Cluster Random Sampling. The results showed that 72.5% were in the medium level category of social networks, 27.5% were in the high level category, and 0% were in the low category. Research Results The level of fishermen's welfare shows that 55 respondents (79.8%) belong to the Prosperous family I, 53 respondents (76.8%) belong to the prosperous family II and the prosperous family III also have the same frequency, namely in the prosperous family II. , 46 respondents belong to the prosperous family III +. The result of the Pearson product moment correlation test shows that the correlation coefficient between social network variables and the welfare level variable is 0.844 with the Sig. 0,000. Because of Sig. 0.000 <0.05, then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted. There is a very strong and positive relationship between social networks and the level of welfare of fishermen in Kepenghuluan Bagan Punak Pesisir. The simple regression test results obtained the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) which is equal to 0.713. This means that the influence of social network variables on the level of welfare is 71.3%, while 28.7% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Fishermen, Social Networks, Welfare

Abstract

Japan is a potential market for Indonesian fishery products, especially tuna. This is because Japan is a country that has few quality fishery products so that Japan exports from Indonesia. However, for Indonesia to export to Japan, Japan has a requirement that fishermen who catch fish must use environmentally friendly methods and tools so that production can continue to be sustainable.            In discussing the problems in this study, the author uses a qualitative method that is supported by the perspective of Liberalism and the state as the level of analysis and with the theory of cooperation to analyze the impact that is caused.               This study shows that cooperation in the export of Indonesian tuna to Japan has a positive impact on Indonesia and fish fishermen in Indonesia, the impact caused is in the form of fishery facilities such as fishing ports in the Lampa Natuna Strait where the fishermen experience changes in income and get supporting facilities such as food stalls. fishermen, cooperatives, electricity, and fuel where Pertamina provides special prices for small fishermen so as to improve the welfare of Indonesian fishermen. Keywords: Exports, Tuna, IJEPA, and Indonesian Fishermen

Abstract

Alpha Hotel under the management of PT. One Six Eight Together that is scattered in a very strategic area in Pekanbaru, namely on Jalan Haji Imam Munandar No. 17, which is about 10 to 15 minutes from the Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport, Pekanbaru. Alpha Hotel was established on February 27, 2012 and is recorded in AKTA number 45, validated at the SUTRISNO ARSJAD, SH notary office. This hotel is a branch of Alpha Inn Hotel located in Medan, North Sumatra. Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru began operating as of December 14, 2013. The Importance of an Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru's employee performance factors is very influential on the performance of restaurant employees. Performance is the result of the quality achieved by an employee in performing according to their duties and responsibilities given to him. This study uses qualitative methods, the factors discussed in this case are Employee Performance Measures and Factors that affect performance. While the data collection techniques used in this study, in-depth interviews and documentation. The key informants in this study were 4 restaurant employees. Based on the results of research conducted, for the overall results of the interview said that the performance of Restaurant employees is still improving. Keywords: Employee, Performance and Factors .

Abstract

 The regional autonomy implemented causes the local government  have the opportunity to regulate its respective regions by being obliged to develop its regional potential in accordance with regional conditions, local wisdom, regional potential and regional superior potential to improve the welfare of the community. Randang is familiar to the national and international community. Randang is a typical food from Minangkabau area. Payakumbuh city is one of the cities in West Sumatra Province which has many IKM Randang. With the potential of Randang, the Government of Payakumbuh City made its city icon as the City of Randang. The seriousness of the government towards Payakumbuh City of Randang with the form of IKM Randang Center and UPTD P3Randang. With the issue of the mayor's regulation on the establishment of UPTD P3R makes UPTD as the driver and implementer in the development of randang.This research aims to find out the factors that influence implementation of Payakumbuh City Government policy in realizing the City of Randang which is seen using the theory of Edward III. The research site is located in Payakumbuh City at Payakumbuh Town Hall Office, Payakumbuh City Labor and Industry Office and UPTD (P3R) Center IKM Randang Kota Payakumbuh. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is descriptive. Data is collected through informants purposively. Data collection techniques uses interviews and documentation.The results of this study are Implications of Payakumbuh Local Government Policy in Realizing Payakumbuh City Of Randang Year 2019, especially Mayor's Regulation Number 30 year 2019 has not been running optimally. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika Pekanbaru with a problem in the study is the low performance of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of situasional leadership style and organizational communication on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 67 respondents to employees of PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing by t (partial) and F (simultaneous) testing.The results showed that the first hypothesis testing which is situasional leadership style on employee performance was tcount (6,051) > ttable (1.997), meaning that situasional leadership style significantly influenced employee performance. Second organizational communication of employee performance is tcount (5,384)> ttable (1.997), meaning that organizational communication al has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of Fcount (24,911)> Ftable (3,14) means that situasional leadership style and organizational communication have a significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: situasional leadership style, organizational communication, Employee Performance
