Abstract

This study aims to describe the performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Kampar Regency and the factors that influence this performance. This study uses a qualitative method which aims to provide an overview of the state of the object in accordance with the information and facts obtained in the field. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observation. Then the informants in this study were the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency, the Secretary of the Planning and Data Sub Division of the Regional Revenue Agency, and the Staff of the Regional Original Revenue. The results of the performance of the Kampar Regency Regional Revenue Agency in increasing Regional Original Income have not been optimal. This is caused by performance that has not reached the appropriate criteria, as well as the government's lack of sensitivity in exploring potential sources of local revenue. n addition, the low awareness of the public in paying taxes is also the reason the Kampar Regency's Original Revenue is not optimal. Then other factors that affect the performance of the Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency are individual factors concerning the quality of the Human Resources in it and organizational factors including a conducive work atmosphere.                                                                                                                         Keyword: Performance, Locally-generated revenue

Abstract

The development of the hospitality bussiness causing increasingly fierce competition especially in markering side. Sales and Marketing Department is very influential on room sales and the promotion carried out by Grand Jatra Hotel in Pekanbaru. The implementation of promotion by making the hotel product more attractive and also known by the prospective consumer, so that they are more insterested in stay or buy other products. Therefore this research in purpose for knowing the promotion implementation and how respondents responds about promotion implementation through instagram social media at Grand Jatra Hotel in Pekanbaru. This research uses decriptive quantitative to analyze the problems based on data collections techniques in the forms of quistionnaires, observations and documentations. The promotion implementation through instagram social media includes advertisement text, pictures, audios, and videos. Based on the results of research that has been done, can be concluded that the promotion implementation through instagram social media has been done very well. Abstract

 The quality of the workforce affects the absorption or adaptability of technology which also has an impact on economic growth. The increase in the quality and productivity of the workforce has not been maximized due to the limited training facilities and infrastructure that is owned, the limited quality of the quantity and quality of instructors according to the training needs and the limited information on the workforce needed. One of the functions of BLK is to absorb workers so that the unemployment rate in Pekanbaru City decreases. So, with this BLK, it is hoped that the workforce who do not have a job after participating in activities at BLK will have skills. The skills are those that can be used to find work, so unemployment will be minimal. However, the problem is that BLK is not effective because the employment of BLK alumni is still low.This study aims to see the implementation of the standards of the Work Training Center in UPT-LK Region I Riau Province, Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive research. The technique of selecting informants in this study was using purposive sampling technique. Data techniques are interviews and documentation.The results of the study found that the standard implementation of work training centers was not optimal. This is due to the fear of not fulfilling several elements of BLK implementation such as feasibility studies that do not meet standards, environmental analysis documents that do not meet standards, instructors and training personnel and facilities and infrastructure that do not meet BLK standards. From the research conducted, it was found that the implementation and program of BLK were still lacking. That is, it is like the training provided is not in accordance with the company demand for BLK graduates. Concerning the workforce of BLK graduates is still lacking. Abstract

This research was conducted in Bono Tapung Village District Tandun Rokan Hulu Riau Province with the problem (1) How is the form of Social Capital that grows and develops in the life of the community in the village of Bono Tapung District Tandun Rokan Hulu? (2) What is the real role of Social Capital in people's lives in Bono Tapung Village, Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency in supporting the implementation of village development.. This research aims to find out how the elements of social capital and the form of social capital run in a village, whether it has a significant relationship to the development of village development and to know what the effect of social capital elements on village development. In this study, the study subjects were 5 people. The data collection of research was conducted by interview, observation and documentation of the results of this study explaining that social capital has a very large relationship and impact on the development of Bono Tapung Village. Starting from community relations with the village government, community participation, planning, process, realization. All these things can not be separated from the element of social capital. Abstract

This research was conducted in the Bengkalis sub-district, Bengkalis district. The purpose of this study was to describe the family background of victims of child abuse in Bengkalis District. As well as to find out some conditions that occur in the families of victims of this violence. The research subjects or respondents involved in this study amounted to 1 child psychologist companion in the Bengkalis sub-district and 4 parents of child abuse victims in the Bengkalis district. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data collection tool is from the Bengkalis District Office of Child and Women's Protection, because researchers advise that it is the main instrument in the field. Respondents were selected based on their ability and openness to effective data seekers. The methods used are observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Data checking from various sources was carried out through technical triangulation in an effort to increase the researchers' understanding of what had been found. From the results of this research, it shows that there are several factors that cause a child to become a victim of violence, namely: (a) Relationships in the Family (b) Family Function (c) Family Roles. Abstract

This paper will explain the conflict of separatism and its implications for the diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Australia. Papua's growing separatism conflict abroad led to the emergence of the internationalization of separatism issues in Papua. The increase in Indonesian diplomacy is expected to be Indonesia's way of maintaining the sovereignty of countries including Papua.This study uses the perspective of constructivism and the theory of constructivism. The theory used in this study is qualitative research method using descriptive analysis. While data collection is launched with library research techniques consisting of books, news, journals and trusted websites. This research proves that Indonesia is making efforts to improve diplomatic relations to Australia to suppress intervention in the Papua case by cooperating in several areas such as economy, health and education. Keywords: Papua, Conflict, Separatism, Diplomacy

Abstract

Puskesmas accreditation is acknowledgment of puskesmass that is given by an independent institution that administers the accreditation stipukated by the Minister after it has been assessed that the puskesmas has met the health center service standards set by the Minister to improve the quality of puskesmas services on an ongoing basis. All of the puskesmas in Pekanbaru City have received accreditation, but none of the puskesmas have received complete accreditation, which is the highest accreditation.The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Pekanbaru City Health Office in realizing an accredited health center in Pekanbaru City in 2019 and its inshibiting factors the role of the Pekanbaru City Health Office in realizing an accredited health center in Pekanbaru City in 2019. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. In collecting data, the writer used interview and documentation techniques.The results of this study found that the role of the Pekanbaru City Health Office in realizing accredited health centers in Pekanbaru City in 2019 has not been carried out optimally, there are still problems found in the field due to several factors, both from internal such as alack of budget then external factors such as the number of employees. Puskesmas that do not yet understand what puskesmas accreditation is, so implementation of puskesmas accreditation activities in Pekanbaru City has not been maximized.Keywords : Puskesmas Accreditation, Planning, organization, Actuating, supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the participation of students in their spare time, and wants to know the benefits and disadvantages in participating. This study uses a total-sampling method (census) with a total of 97 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the form of student participation in filling leisure time is assessed in 3 aspects, namely, 1) Mental involvement and feelings as it is shown that 86 GMKI students have high participation, and a11 students have moderate participation, while there are no mental involvement and feelings in low participation 2) involvement of pleasure and voluntary feeling namely 92 GMKI students have a high level of participation, 5 students have moderate participation, and there are no involvement of pleasure and voluntary in low participation, 3) responsibility involvement where 67 students have high participation, 30 students have moderate participation, but in low participation, the sense of responsibility does not exist. While the benefits of participating in mental involvement and feelings are very beneficial for them, because by attending worship and serving at the service, they can develop their talents, being happy and  voluntary is also beneficial to them, because their relationships and knowledge increase and can be useful for them, even though with so much activities can reduce their spare time but in contrary their sense of responsibility  to manage time will be very useful, because it is very helpful when they have to manage their lectures and organization activities in a good way, Keywords: GMKI College Students,Participation, Organization, Free time.

Abstract

Voter Participation in the General Election of the President and Vice President which is held within 5 years is a democracy party in Indonesia and in 2019 it is different from the previous elections, because in 2019 it was held simultaneously at the same time as the Legislative election. As well as ethnic, racial, ethnic and religious religions in Pekanbaru City is the main thing which in the future to see interest in participation for voters is a phenomenon that is found. The purpose of this study is to determine how voter participation in the 2019 presidential and vice presidential elections in Pekanbaru City and to determine the inhibiting factors for voter participation in the 2019 Presidential and Vice-Presidential elections in Pekanbaru City. This study used purposive sampling technique with qualitative research using a phenomenological approach and the required data, both primary and secondary data, were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that: High voter participation is accompanied by an active response from the community in the campaign process, discussion of the vision and mission of the presidential candidate pairs to the community or their closest circle. The factors inhibiting voter participation in the 2019 presidential and vice presidential elections in Pekanbaru city are the mindset of the community, socialization, busy daily activities, and social media.              Keywords: Participation, Voters, General Elections

Abstract

This research was conducted in Buluh Cina Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The background for raising this issue is to discuss the tourism potential of Buluh Cina Village. As a tourist village that has a lot of natural potential, but until now it has not been maximized properly, therefore researchers want to know the model of community empowerment and destination development. This thesis also aims to analyze the obstacles found in developing tourism potential in Buluh Cina Village. This thesis is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary and secondary methods. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation which all answered research problems regarding the tourism potential of Buluh Cina Village. The informants of this research were the people of Buluh Cina Village which consisted of the Village Head, Ninik Mamak, BKSDA (Natural Resources Conservation Agency), Community and Community Leaders. Based on the results of the research, it was found that community empowerment in Buluh Cina Village was obtained in developing their tourism potential using a community empowerment tourism approach, namely community life belief, generation education, community skills, community rules, customs, community-built relationships and community participation. As well as the obstacles found in developing tourist destinations, there is still a lack of capital in development and a network that is still not extensive, especially for disseminating unique information on tourist destinations in Buluh Cina Village.Keywords: Destinations, Tourism Potential, Empowerment
