Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk, which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period measured using financial ratio standards. Data analysis uses the time series analysis method, which compares between time or between periods with the aim to be seen graphically. Data and information obtained from the website of PT. Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. From the results of data analysis research (1) Analysis of Liquidity Ratio with indicators Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio in the category of not good and are on Iliquid (2) Analysis of Solvency Ratio with indicators Debt To Assets Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio experiencing fluctuating conditions Overliquid conditions and in the unfavorable category (3) Analysis of Profitability Ratios with indicators of Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI) and Return On Equity (ROE) in categories below industry standards and in Iliquid conditions (ROI) 4) Analysis of Activity Ratio with indicators of Inventory Turnover, Working Capital Turnover, Total Asset Turnover has fluctuated and is in the unfavorable category and in Iliquid conditions.Keywords: Analysis, Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, Activity.

Abstract

The increasing population growth causes the use of water to increase so that the need for water quality increases, the community-based drinking water supply and sanitation program is a national program that aims to increase community access to sustainable drinking water and sanitation services in rural and periurban areas (suburban areas). based on a community approach. In this case, the capacity of program managers at the community level is needed which is managed by the management agency for water supply and sanitation facilities so that the sustainability of the program in the village can be utilized by the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the capacity of the community-based water supply and sanitation program managers in the village of Tanjung Balam and to determine the factors inhibiting the capacity of the community-based water supply and sanitation program managers in the village of Tanjung Balam. This study used purposive sampling technique with qualitative research using a case study approach and the required data, both primary and secondary data, were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of this study indicate that: there is still a lack of capacity in managing community-based drinking water and sanitation programs in the village of Tanjung Balam because there are still complaints from the community about mossy water, sandy and there are still people who have not participated in the program. Inhibiting factors in measuring capacity in Tanjung Balam Village are incentives in the form of salaries, training and people's reluctance to participate.Keywords: Management capacity, program, sanitation, water quality

Abstract

The problem regarding the Illegal Cosmetics Circulation in Pekanbaru is interesting to discuss because I have seen that from the past year many business actors have started to appear selling various kinds of cosmetic products that are traded in Pekanbaru, The purpose of this study was to determine how far the supervision carried out by the POM Center in supervising the distribution of cosmetics in Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods through data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation in the form of pictures or tables The results of this study are based on the theory of Agus Dwiyanto which includes Productivity, Service Quality, Responsibility and Accountability. The informants in this study were the Head of the Pekanbaru City Drug and Food Control Center, the staff of the Food and Drug Administration for Research, Cosmetics Business Actors. , Society, Performance Implementation Center for Drug and Food Control has not run optimally as I see there are still many illegal cosmetic products circulating in Pekanbaru, the supervision carried out by the POM Center has not been maximally yet also found obstacles in the implementation of the supervision of illegal cosmetic products namely limited budget, unequal human resources, competence and quality of employees who are not evenly distributed Keywords: Performance, Supervision, National Agency of Drug and Food Control

Abstract

According to Law Number 52 of 2009 concerning Population Development and Family Development, population is matters related to the number, structure, growth, distribution, mobility, distribution, quality, and welfare conditions relating to politics, economy, socio-culture, religion and neighborhood of the local population. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of government in controlling population in Pekanbaru City, what are the factors that influence the government in controlling population in Pekanbaru City and whether the government is very helpful in controlling population in Pekanbaru City.This study aims to determine the role of the government in solving population control problems in Pekanbaru City. In addition, this study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are observations (observations), interviews (interviews) and documentation.The result of this research is that the role of Pekanbaru City government through Disdalduk KB is already good, because the programs run by Disdalduk KB have been able to suppress population growth that occurs in Pekanbaru which does not reach three (3) percent a year. Implementation carried out by Disdalduk KB in this case is hampered by a pandemic that is felt almost all over the world, counseling is the spearhead of Disdalduk KB in the delivery of national programs, and these obstacles are also related to doctors and midwives who reduce patients during this pandemic. The role of the government in suppressing the rate of population growth is quite good, it can be seen from the population spike which in general our society does not have many children because of the programs carried out by the government.Keywords: Role of Government, Control, Population and City Growth Pekanbar

Abstract

Social Media Instagram is a social media-based online that sole purpose to share a photo or video. With the use of Instagram certainly has fused and become part of everyday life. In life we can not be separated from his name lifestyle, lifestyle is a pattern of a person's life that can be seen from the activities, interests and opinion. This study aims to see the level of activity of the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Science University of Riau in using social media Instagram, as well as see the influence of the activity of the social media Instagram to the lifestyle of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. This research use method approach of quantitative inferential. The sampling method used is Proportional random cluster sampling. The theory used is the popular culture and lifestyle. The results obtained in the field of activity of the students in using social media Instagram, among others, post, follow, like, comment, mention and hastag overall including into the category of being. The activity of the social media Instagram to influence the life style of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau this is evidenced by the value t count > t table ie 10,372 >1,969 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Furthermore, there is a positive influence between the variables of the activity of the social media Instagram to the lifestyle of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau, it is based on the results of the value of the regression coefficient in this study is the value of Y = 10,535 + 0,396 X. The relationship between social media activity Instagram and lifestyle that are with the value of the Pearson Correlation 0,558. Based on the table “Model Summary” shows that the value of the coefficient of determination (r-square) is equal to 0,312 the figure shows the understanding that the donation of the influence of variable activity of the social media Instagram to the lifestyle of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau is by jan 31.2% while the rest to 68.8% student lifestyle influenced by other variables not examined in this study e.g. media facebook, youtube, magazines and television. Keywords: Popular Culture, Social Media Instagram, Lifestyle

Abstract

At this time, street vendors are a phenomenon in urban areas, often found in public facilities or in crowds, one of which is on the side of the road around the Mall. This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out how the survival strategies of street vendors selling around the Pekanbaru city mall, knowing what obstacles are faced by street vendors around Pekanbaru city mall. In this study, the technique of taking the subject used purposive sampling which had already determined the criteria in this study. The theory used in this research is Edi Suharto's survival strategy. The results of this study are the obstacles faced by traders, namely the weather and unofficial trading places. PKL has three strategies for survival, namely an active strategy by empowering all existing potential, asking for help from family members and increasing working hours by having a side job to maintain the family economy even in a situation of shortage. The second strategy is passive, making savings by minimizing household expenses such as bringing supplies from home in trading activities and managing finances by saving money, the third network strategy, taking advantage of relationships that have been built in the social environment by borrowing money from official institutions such as pawnshops and cooperatives. Keywords: Mall, street vendors, survival strategies.

Abstract

Implementation of the internet into the village policy in the form of building a wifi tower in Tanjung  Medan Village is a form of basic service by the village government to the community as a support for community life activities through the internet network, and supporting the performance of village government in the villageTanjung Medan.Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2018 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2019 is described in Article 5 Paragraph 2 letter (a) of procurement, construction, development and maintenance of basic infrastructure for fulfillmentthe need for basic service activities and Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems.The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Village Entry Internet Policy in Tanjung Medan Village, Rokan IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2018. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. the location of this research was carried out in the village of Tanjung Medan. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is the theory of implementation or policy implementation by Merile S.grindel The data analysis technique used is a qualitative method with an interactive model.The result of the research is that the implementation of internet policy into villages in the village of Tanjung Medan, Rokan IV Koto District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2018 has not been implemented optimally. this is because the internet program into the village has not been able to be utilized by the village government of Tanjung Medan, such as the village website has not yet been made, some people have not used the village wifi appropriately, and public services are still carried out manually. it is caused by influencing interests, types of benefits. Abstract

The population growth of Pekanbaru City which continues to increase, makes the need for land increasing day by day. This has led to a lot of expropriation of government-owned land by a group of people. Therefore, it is very necessary to have a desire or Political Will from the Pekanbaru City Government in making Land Assets Certificates Owned by the Regional Government for 2018-2019. The purpose of this research is to find out the Political Will and the obstacles of the Pekanbaru City Government in Making Land Certificates Owned by the Regional Government in 2018-2019. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with 5 informants, meanwhile the data collection technique is by using interviews and documentation.This study found that the Political Will of the Pekanbaru City Government in Making Land Certificates Owned by the Regional Government in 2018-2019. This can be seen from 1) Government Initiatives in Making Land Certificates, 2) Policy/Program Options in Making Land Certificates, 3) Mobilization of Parties involved in Making Land Certificates, 4) Public Commitment and Resource Allocation in Making Land Certificates, 5) Sustainability of Government Efforts in Making Land Certificates, 6) Learning and Adapting by the Government in Making Local Government Land Certificates. Meanwhile, the obstacles in this asset management process are: a) Budgetary constraints, b) Land on which there are buildings, c) Lack of Human Resources, d) Administration or inventory that is still lacking by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Keywords: Political Will, Government Asset Management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. Service quality as variable (X1) company image as variable (X2) and customer satisfaction as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS program, where the sample used is guest who stay more than 2 times in New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru with 100 respondents. To determine the amount of sampel, slovin formula was used with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews.The result of analysis use multiple linear regression, t test, and f test so that it can be seen that service variable had significantly effect on customer satisfaction and the company image also had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and company image simultaneously had significant effect on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Quality, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at Pagi Arengka Baru Market, Mapoyan Damai District, East Sidomulyo Timur Pekanbaru with the following problems, namely (1) How are the elements of social capital developed by fruit stall traders ar Arengka Baru Market, Pekanbaru City (2) What are types of social capital for fruit traders in the Arengka Baru market in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the analysis data, know and describe how the elements of social capital in the fruit stall traders at the Arengka Baru market, and to analyze the data, and to find out the types of social capital developed by fruit stall traders in the Arengka Baru market, Pekanbaru City. This research uses destiptive qualitative research methods, The subjects in this study were taken usin purposive sampling technique, namely they are fruit kiosk traders who sell various types of fruit in Arengka Baru market Pekanbaru City. To collect research data using in-depth interview guide data, observation and documentation. The results of study found that the norms in fruit traders (negotiation systems, goods damage system, deliberation) were formed because of the agreed and upheld norms, asa well as the existence of values (kinship, brotherhood, honesty, and patience by each individual). Network (Bounding Social Capital, namely similarity in ethnicity, and similarity in fate). Bridging social capital: (towards new agents who offer cooperation and expand customers) is formed because there is a meeting poit of common values and norms and the existence of cooperation. This cooperation can be created with a common identity and reciprocal norms.
