Abstract

Looking at the authority given to the Civil Service Police Unit, it is undeniable that the existence of the Civil Service Police Unit is very important and strategic in the administration of regional government in accordance with its scope of duties, including the implementation of public order and public peace. The focus topic of this research is "The Role of Satpol PP in Structuring Street Vendors (PKL) At Tuah Serumpun Market, Tualang Resident of Siak in 2021", the problem raised in this study is How the Role of Civil Service Police Unit in Five Feet (PKL) At Tuah Serumpun Market? And what are the inhibiting factors for Civil Service Police Unit in the arrangement of Five Feet (PKL) at Tuah Serumpun Market, Tualang District Siak Resident? The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of Civil Service Police Unit in Five Feet at Tuah Serumpun Market. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The research location is in Perawang City, Tualang District. As for the informants in this study amounted to 5 people according to predetermined criteria (purposive sampling). The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation, The role given by the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling the arrangement of five feet at Tuah Serumpun Market, Tualang Residentt is still not carried out optimally and the solution must be good coordination from the UPT Market Tualang Resident so that the role carried out by Civil Service Police Unit can be carried out properly and maximum because of the involvement of other agencies and help add enforcement personnel at the Serumpun Tuah Market. The inhibiting factor of Civil Service Police Unit in Five Feet (PKL) is the lack of Civil Service Police Unit personnel, many traders do not want to be moved for reasons of fear of losing their customers, then far from where they live, and they have to start looking for new customers again. Abstract

Village autonomy is genuine, unanimous and complete autonomy and is not a gift from the government. An independent village is an advanced village that has the ability to carry out village development to improve the quality of life and life as much as possible for welfare. The Village Government in the development of a tourist village is all the activities and efforts made to attract tourists, with an effort to provide tourism support facilities that aim to meet the needs of visiting tourists. This study aims to determine the development of the Koto Mesjid tourist village, XIII District of Koto Kampar by the Village Government in 2021. Then to determine the inhibiting factors in the development of the Koto Mesjid tourist village, XIII Koto Kampar District by the Village government in 2021. The research method used is a qualitative method by explaining the data descriptively. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. The informants in this study were village heads, BPD heads, heads of government, POKDARWIS, heads of Riau LPPM STP, Kampar Regency Culture and Tourism Office. The results of the research are that the role of the government of Koto Mesjid Village in the development of a tourist village in 2020-2021 has not gone well. The implementation of the development of a tourist village is based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and District Head Decree Number: Kpts/UPK-Destination/47 concerning the establishment of a Tourism Village in 2019. The Koto Mesjid Village Government in developing a tourism village is still not optimal in terms of infrastructure development, promotion, budget, utilization of natural resources and development of human resources. Abstract

Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease) is a disease that was first reported in Wuhan City, China on December 31, 2019. The Covid-19 virus pandemic has also haunted Indonesia, including Pekanbaru City, because since the first cases it has been increasing. Covid-19 of course affects all aspects of life, especially in the field of religious activities because the spread of Covid-19 can pass through many crowds. To reduce the spread of Covid-19 through Perwako Pekanbaru Number 74 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Social Restrictions in handling Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease) in Pekanbaru City in order to improve community discipline. The purpose of this study is to describe Government Collaboration in handling Covid19 in religious activities in Pekanbaru City in 2020. This study uses the collaboration theory according to Noorsyamsa Djumara. The method used is descriptive qualitative as for the informants as many as 20 informants with 13 agencies, Pekanbaru City Bappeda as the main informant. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in this study through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of research on Collaboration in Handling Covid-19 in Religious Activities in Pekanbaru City that the collaboration of the Pekanbaru City government through 5 main components in Collaboration according to Noorsyamsa Djumara 2008 carried out by the Government is considered not optimal, the collaboration carried out in handling Covid-19 religious activities in Pekanbaru City consists of the religious sector Task Force teams. Abstract

Tiktok is one type of social media that is not only effective for communicating, but also effectively used as an educational medium. One of the users using Tiktok as an educational medium is the tiktok account @buiramira, where the @buiramira tiktok account contains content about tips for dealing with college problems. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive type. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed online (google form). The population in this study were 29,470 Riau University students as of May 13, 2022. Then using the unknown populations formula, 135 samples were obtained. Furthermore, the sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of the communication effectiveness scale of the @buiramira tiktok account as an educational medium is obtained by an average of 3.53. This value is obtained from the calculation of the communication effectiveness variable according to Cutlip which consists of seven measurement indicators, namely the Credibility indicator with a value of 3.57 and is included in the very effective scale, Context (context) with a value of 3.59 and is included in the very effective scale. , Content (content) with a value of 3.54 and included in the very effective scale, Clarity (clarity) with a value of 3.50 and included in the very effective scale, Continuity and Consistency (Continuity and Consistency) with a value of 3.44 and included in the scale very effective, Channel (Channel) with a value of 3.62 and included in the very effective scale, Capability of The Audience (Capabilities or Audience Ability) with a value of 3.51 and included in the very effective scale. Abstract

This study aims to determine the temporary food storage system (parstock) in the pastry section of Pangeran Hotel Pekanbaru. In order for the storage system to run properly, it must carry out several procedures that are a requirement for temporary food storage. Food ingredients are divided into 2 namely Goceries and Perishable materials, the storage of the two materials must be applied in a sustainable manner starting from the type of storage room and equipment, storage arrangement, storage location, storage security and labeling of food ingredients until the ingredients are ready to be processed in order to obtain quality good material. This study used qualitative research methods and to obtain data the authors used interview, observation and documentation techniques. From the result of the research that the author did for 1 month at the Pangeran Hotel Pekanbaru, it was found that the storage system was in good condition but did not meet the correct storage procedures. Keywords : Storage System, Foodstuffs, Groceries, Perishable

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's interest in the rise of the Single mother phenomenon in Pekanbaru. Whether it's a woman who becomes a single mother due to divorce, the death of her partner, or is no longer supported or abandoned by her partner, a single mother still has the obligation to meet the needs of her family as a father and mother at the same time. Single mothers must be able to balance their time to earn a living as the head of the family and still provide love as a mother. Single mothers will face various kinds of challenges and trials in raising their children alone. Therefore, this study aims to determine the meaning, communication experience and self-concept of single mothers in child care in Pekanbaru This study used a qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach and consisted of 5 informants selected using purposive techniques. Data and information were collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data modeling and conclusion drawing/verification. To carry out data validity, the authors use the technique of extending observations, increasing persistence, and increasing reference materials The results showed that the meaning of single mother in child care in Pekanbaru consisted of being receptive to single mother status which included a sincere attitude in living life, starting a new life, and being ready to risk becoming a single mother. Furthermore, a pleasant communication experience for single mothers is getting understanding from children, being proud to be an independent woman, and getting support from family and the surrounding environment. And unpleasant communication experiences, namely getting unfavorable treatment from the surrounding environment, difficulty raising children alone, and economic problems. Then the single mother self-concept in child care consists of a positive self-concept and a negative self-concept. Positive self-concept consists of single mother acceptance of single mother status in child care, self-disclosure to the environment and people around, good treatment from the surrounding environment, and openness to experience. While the negative self-concept of single mothers in child care in Pekanbaru consists of unfavorable treatment from the surrounding environment, tends to close themselves to experience, and closes themselves to new experiences and people.

Abstract

Storage system is a way to preserve things in order to make it easier to undertake the job. A hotel has to keep tabs on the perishable material storage system that it manages. This study aims to determine how important the concerns of the perishable material storage system, the perishable material storage SOP, perishable material storage facility, and stock card stock/logbook of entry and exit of perishable materials are, which in this case the theory in reference to Utari's (2009) at the Cold Kitchen section of Novotel Pekanbaru. The details were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the research, it was found that the perishable material storage system in the Cold Kitchen section of Novotel Pekanbaru is considered balanced, meaning that there has been an increment according to the standards that have been set as well as some deficiency based on the standard itself. Keywords: Storage System, Perishable Materials, Cold Kitchen Section, Novotel Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and understand in depth the use of the modalities of elected female legislators in the 2019 Pekanbaru City Legislative Election.This study uses the theory of Pierre Bourdieu (1986), in his book The Forms of Capital. According to Pierre ourdieu, modality is divided into four forms of capital, namely economic apital, cultural capital, social capital, and symbolic capital. The capital owned by legislative candidates must of course be optimized in order to chieve a desired or desirable goal. The methodology used in the preparation of this thesis uses a qualitative method, namely nterviews with several members of the Pekanbaru City DPRD for the 2019-2024 period who are women as legislative candidates in the 2019 egislative Elections, then collect data, organize and classify data. While the analysis is descriptive in nature which describes the form of modality in political contestation carried out by female legislators in the 2019 Pekanbaru City regional legislative elections. In this research, in the 2019 election contest for legislative members in Pekanbaru City, emale legislative candidates for Pekanbaru City have quite strong modalities both in terms of economic, symbolic, cultural and social capital. On the other hand, the use of all this capital greatly influences the community, so that the community can give their trust and upport to the female legislative candidates for Pekanbaru City for the 2019-2024 period. As for the results of this study it can be concluded that the economic capital optimized by Hj. Arwinda Gusmalina, ST and Sovia Septiana, S.Sos for their election as members of the Pekanbaru City DPRD for the 2019-2024 period. Keywords: Usage, Modality, Legislative Election 201

Abstract

Poverty occurs not only because of the weakness of the community in accessing the opportunities they have. So that poverty grows because of the undeveloped culture and work ethic in the community itself. Weak mental attitude, low education, and laziness try to make them look for instant ways to make ends meet, so they work in the informal sector as beggars. Culture of poverty pattern of beggars in Karimun Regency. This research was conducted in Karimun. The purpose of this study is to find out the background of the life of beggars and the behavior of beggars in meeting their needs. In determining the informants using purposive sampling technique. The number of informants in this study were five people. The theory used is the theory of poverty culture by Oscar Lewis to identify the form of a culture of poverty found in beggars in Karimun. The results obtained are a form of culture that is passed down from generation to generation. Abstract

Harau Valley area is one of the leading tourist areas that will be developed with a priority for developing a nagari-based tourism area. With the condition of the Harau Valley Area that has not been well organized, a Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) for the Province of West Sumatra 2012-2032 was established which became the basis for determining the Regional Regulation of the Fifty Cities Regency Number 7 of 2016 concerning the Master Plan for Tourism Development (RIPK) of the Fifty Cities Regency. 2016-2032 as a form of long-term plan for the Regency of Fifty Cities in tourism development. The basis for the formation of the 2016-2021 Regional Action Plan by DISPARPORA (Department of Youth and Sports Tourism) which is a strategy for developing the Harau Valley natural tourism area. The purpose of this study is first to describe and analyze the development strategy that has been carried out by DISPARPORA (Department of Youth and Sports Tourism) in the development strategy of the Harau Valley Nature Tourism Location and to analyze whether the strategic plan that has been set is running as planned, Second about the factors Inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of the development of the Harau Valley Tourism Object. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of this study indicate that the development strategy carried out by DISPARPORA is to carry out special strategies in the natural tourist sites of the Harau Valley such as (1) Harau Valley Destination Development Strategy (2) Tourism marketing development strategy in Harau Valley (3) Tourism industry development strategy in Harau Valley ( 4) The strategy for developing tourism institutions in the Harau Valley (5) The strategy for developing the creative economy in the Harau Valley. However, the implementation has not run optimally as can be seen from strategic management, which results in several plans that do not run optimally.
