Abstract

The performance of an organization is influenced by many factors, both within and outside of the individual including human resources, funds, materials, equipment, technology, and working mechanisms that take place within the organization. A conducive work environment or organizational culture will provide comfort so as to encourage the performance of employees, including how the condition of human relationships within the organization, both between superiors and subordinates. Administration Service of Land Certificate Issuance at the National Land Office of Pekanbaru City still has many complaints of the people who take care of the land certificate and the researcher wants to know how Performance of National Land Agency Official of Pekanbaru City in Administration Service of Land Certificate Issuance and what are the Factors inhibiting Performance of National Land Agency Pekanbaru City in Administration Service of Land Certificate Issuance. The concept of theory used is Employee Performance by Mitchel in Sedarmayanti which there are five indicators that are quality of work, timing, initiative, ability and communication. Researchers use qualitative descriptive method. And the theoretical concept of inhibiting factors used is mahsun which has a benchmark there are three that is the fastest service time and quality, the level of educational skills in accordance with field work and attendance or delay. In the data collecting researchers using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the performance of National Land Agency Employee Pekanbaru In Service Administration Issuance of Land Certificate is not fully optimal and there are still many obstacles that occur. Then Factors inhibiting in the Performance of the National Land Agency Employee Pekanbaru in Service Administration of Land Certificate Issuance is the fastest service time and quality, the level of educational skills in accordance with field work. Abstract

Zakat is a certain amount of property that is required of Allah SWT, submitted to the people who are entitled. Socio-economically, zakat is expected to help and improve the socio-economic level of its acceptance (mustahik). The form of zakat aid that helps to improve the recipient's economy is productive zakat. Zakat productive is a potential source of funds that can be utilized to advance the welfare of society. In its utilization, zakat is managed to produce something continuously. Sungai Apit Subdistrict Siak Regency is an area that has implemented Zakat poduktif system, but in pity there are still some people who are unable to develop business funds provided by the Unit of Zakat Collection of Sungai Apit District. Therefore it is necessary to see the implementation of productive zakat management in Sungai Apit District Siak District.The reference of productive productive zakat used in this study is the regional regulation number 6 of 2013 on the management of zakat in Siak Regency. Particularly article 24 is to look at the procedure of productive zakat management. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with triangulation technique, data collection with observation, interview and documentation.The result of the research is the implementation of productive zakat management in Sungai Apit Subdistrict Siak Regency is still not optimal because there are still obstacles in the field, therefore it is necessary to see the procedure of utilizing the result of zakat collection for productive business such as: conducting feasibility study, determining the type of productive business, guidance and counseling, monitoring, controlling and supervising, evaluating and reporting. In order for the implementation of productive zakat management can run optimally so that the community who receive the productive zakat assistance can improve the level of the family economy.Keywords: Mustahik, Zakat Productive, Policy Implementation

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT.Wahana Karsa Swandiri Mandau District Bengkalis Regency with the problem that is (1) What are the elements of work contract system that has been agreed by management company with employees at PT.Wahana Karsa Swandiri Sub Mandau Bengkalis Regency? (2) How employee's perception on work contract system at PT. Wahana Karsa Swandiri Mandau District Bengkalis Regency and what factors affect the employee's perception of the implementation of the contract system? The purpose of research to determine the elements of the system of employment contracts and to determine employee perceptions of the implementation of the contract system at PT. Wahana Karsa Swandiri. This research is a quantitative research. Sampling technique used in this research is to use Simple Random Sampling, with 93 respondents. To collect data, researchers used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from the results of this study were analyzed by using quantitative method dekskriptif. The results showed that employee perceptions of the implementation of the contract system on PT.Wahana Karsa Swandiri in Good category. Elements of work contract system such as company regulations, social security, wages, and termination of employment is well executed as well as factors affecting the employee that is internal and external factors form of employee perception in the form of positive. Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) as Variable (X₁), Work Discipline as variable (X₂) and Employee Productivity as variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is the production employee as much as 100 respondents. The amount can already represent the population. Techniques of collecting data through questionnaires, interviews and observations directly to the field.The result of the research concluded that the variable of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) has a significant effect on employee work productivity, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee work productivity.Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Work Discipline, Employee Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style and its influence on the performance of Bank Indonesia employees Pekanbaru Branch. Transformational leadership style as a variable (X), and employee performance as a variable (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20 program, where the sample used is Bank Indonesia employee which amounted to 50 people and data collection technique through questionnaire.The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, test of determination of simple linear regression test and t test. So it can be concluded that the leadership style transformational significant effect on the performance of Bank Indonesia employees Pekanbaru Branch.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to explain Indonesia’s interest signed MAMPU Program of Subsidiarry Arrangement, phase II whit Australia in 2017. Australia was chosen as partner in woman development section, therefore Australia has commitment to continue the good and powerful partnership of Australia and Indonesia’s government in the equal of gender and woman development. This subsidiary arrangement partnership was signed by both countries in January 2017, include increasing job condition and erasing discrimination in working area, increasing woman laborer for migrating to other country, increasing woman health and nutrient status, decreasing violence to woman, increasing acsess of social protection program of Indonesia. This research data was obtained from books, journals, articles, official document and websites that support the hypothesis. The author used liberalism approach from Immanuel Kant and international level analyze. The theories used in this research consist of international cooperation, international cooperative by Koesnadi Kartasasmita and K. J. Holsti, and national interest by Hans J. Morgenthau. The result of this research show that there is strengthening women development interest in Indonesia and Australia partnership that gives profit to Indonesia. This partnership gives large impact to woman development of Indonesia, especially through MAMPU Program. Australia could fulfill fund consideration for MAMPU Program in Indonesia, on quality and quantity scale. Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the influence of liquidity and profitability on the value of banking companies. Where independent variable in this research is liquidity and profitability while dependent variable is company value. Sources of data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2010-2015. Samples were taken by purposive sampling and samples that met the selection criteria. The sample used is 5 companies. Multiple regression is used to analyze the data in this research. Partial research results indicate that the liquidity (banking ratio) does not affect the value of corporate (PBV) banking in the sample company. This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic equal to -1,612 and p value 0,118. While the research shows that profitability (ROA) affects the value of corporate (PBV) banking in the sample company. Evidenced by the value of t arithmetic of 0,081 and p value 0,936. The result of simultaneous research get simultaneous result of liquidity (banking ratio) and profitability (ROA) influence to company value (PBV) of banking at sample company, This is proved by F value count 5,284 and p value 0,001. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand This research will discuss about why Indonesian stopping defense cooperation temporary against Australian. In the last 2016, Indonesian Government based Ministry of Defense agree to stop defense cooperation against Australian. It is between Indonesian Armed Forces by Kopasus and Australian Defense Forces, both Joint training, joint military operation temporary stopped as a respon to an issue of humiliate of Pancasila by Australian Defense Forces. This research theoretically has built with Realism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Foreign Policy theory of James N.Rossenau. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems. Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that Indonesian foreign policy that stopping a defense cooperation temporary just caused by a bad relation between countries that always on conflict. It is caused a confidence building measure too. There is nothing a mutual trust each other. Australy been always look Indonesia as a threat from North. So, that’s make sense when Australy was always countering Indonesia as a threat not a companion. Abstract

This research aim to analyze the united state’s interest leaving the Trans Pacific Partnership both political and economic interest on it. Trans Pacific Partnership is a form of free trade agreement comprising 12 countries in the world.The data used in this study is a secondary data. Secondary data was obtained trough library research and search online media research. The writer used behaviourism prepective and individu level of analysis as a references to analyze the motif of united state leave the Trans Pacific Partnership. Abstract

This research is based on issues of land and forest fires occurring every year in Rokan Hilir Regency. This study also reviewed in 2015 because it was based on Bupati Regulation made in 2011, after 4 Year Regulation of Regent running, the authors see various causes of development and problems that occur related to prevention of land and forest fires in Rokan Hilir Regency in 2015 with the prevention which has been done but the fire point is still widely found.The types and methods used are qualitative research. Location and time of research conducted in Rokan Hilir Regency in 2015. Technique of collecting data of this research that is by doing interview and documentation equipped with supporting data obtained from mass media. Interviews were conducted with BPBD, SATLAKDALKARLAHUT, BLH, and other relevant agencies participating in the prevention of land and forest fires in Rokan Hilir District in 2015.The results of this study explain that the government of Rokan Hilir Regency and related fires and forest fires less than the maximum in prevention is evidenced by the number of hotspots through TERRA satellite reaching 733 hotspots. Since the regent regulation that has been made to form SATLAKDALKARLAHUT in 2011 and has 4 years running until 2015. According to data BPBD also still many obstacles that can not be overcome by the government and SATLAKDALKARLAHUT in 2015.Keywords: Policy, Government, Land and Forest Fire
