Abstract

Bengkalis regency is one of the government agencies that run the activities of publc relations. In every government agency, of course, have a good problem. Bengkalis district also experienced it. Along with the development of the media has become one of the tools to help disseminate information or news related to organization or government agencies. Public ralations Bengkalis district utilize media relations in maintaining a positive image.The research uses descriptive qualitative research type whit data collection method of interview, observation and documentation. To determine the subject, the research is interactive analsis model. To test the validity of the researcher uses extension of patricipation and data trisngulstion.The results of this study indicate that the public relations Bengkalis make massmedia as partners in in order to obtain a balanced publicity, forming a positive image and harmonious relationship with the mass media. Media relations activiover the spread of press releases, pers confies of bengkalis public relation bureau crences, perss visite, pers receptions, personal information service (news service) and anticipate contingency plan. Positive image of Bengkalis regency government in the eyes of the media well in line with the cooperation. Nevetheless, there are still public who think badly to the government of Bengkalis regency. Humas consider it all a challenge for them to stay afloat in an effort to maintain a positive image.Keywords: Public Relations, Media Relations, Image

Abstract

Combined farmer group (gapoktan) is a collection of several farmer groups that join and work together to improve economies of scale and business efficiency. The formation of a combination of farmer groups (gapoktan) is based on the concern of rubber farmers against the declining rubber prices and the marketing of rubber controlled by intermediate traders. With the area of rubber plantation in Gunung Toar subdistrict is quite wide and in general the livelihood of the community as a rubber farmer causes a variety of rubber prices. Because of the uniformity of rubber prices and seasonal changes and the lack of quality of human resources, organizational development is needed for the welfare of members who are members of a group of farmers (gapoktan). The theoretical concepts used are the techniques and approaches of agents of change in organizational development, proposed by Rivai and Mulyadi who say in the techniques and approaches of change agents in organizational development there are five kinds: sensitivity training, survey feedback, process consultation, team building, and intergroup development. The purpose of this study was to determine the strengthening of the Joint Group Agribusiness Institution (Gapoktan) in the Utilization of Local Resources In Gunung Toar Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency as well as the factors that influence it. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. In collecting data of researcher using purposive sampling method and incidental sampling as information and data analysis. The results showed that the combination of farmer groups (gapoktan) in Gunung Toar sub-district in the utilization of local resources has not been able to improve the welfare of members and has not been able to answer the problem of the combined farmer groups (gapoktan). Factors that influence the environmental factors that groups and work culture is still less effective, the technology is still traditional and progress personnel and productivity that has not been reliable.Keywords : Organizational Development, Combined Farmer Groups, Local Resources

Abstract

Based on economic development in the village has long been run by the government. Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is an economic institutions at the village level aims to manage the potential welfare villages and rural communities that are managed by the village government and the community. The establishment of the village-Owned Enterprises carried out by aspiration of the people and the government village through village consultation. The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation Of Development Policy Of UED-SP Into BUMDes In Rokan Hulu District (Case Study BUMDes Mekar Sari Rambah Baru Village Rambah Samo Subdistrict). Theoretical concepts used by the researchers are the factors that influence the implementation of policies used by George Edward III where the indicators used are communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, using interview technique, observation and documentation. The result of this research shows that the implementation of development policy of UED-SP into BUMDes in Rokan Hulu District has not been run in accordance with the purpose of forming BUMDes and not yet able to help improve the village economy. There are still some obstacles in the implementation of policies and management of BUMDes such as the limited human resources to be a companion team to oversee BUMDes in every village, the type of business that is run is still limited and coordination between the BUMDes and the village government is less than be maximum because the village head is less supportive with the BUMDes program. Abstract

This study aims to simultaneously and simultaneously influence the capital structure and growth opportunities against the company. Where independent variable in this research is capital structure and growth of opportunity depend variable dependent company. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009 to 2014.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using census techniques. Classic test in trial. Classical correlation test, multicolinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate the relationship between the company, while the variable growth of business opportunities to companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (f) show the effect of capital and growth on the companies that are in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: capital structure, growth opportunities and value company

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the local content learning policy of Riau Malay Culture (BMR) in the curriculum in Pekanbaru City in the 2023-2024 academic year. The study focuses on policy implementation, using the George C. Edward III policy implementation model which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is qualitative. Data were collected through interviews with relevant parties such as the Education Office, the Riau Malay Traditional Institution (LAMR) of Pekanbaru City, school principals, and teachers. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the BMR policy faces various obstacles, including lack of socialization and limited human resources, as well as ineffective coordination between the Education Office and LAM Pekanbaru City. The implications of this study are the need to improve communication, provide adequate resources, strengthen teacher capacity, and improve coordination between institutions to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of the BMR policy. Abstract

The Role of Leaders in Scouting Activities in Riau Univercity face some problems such as confusing information and lack of collaboration whether internal or external activities. The formulation of this research is how is the Role of Leaders in Scouting Activities in Riau Univercity and what factors that become obstacle of Leader's Role in Scouting Activity in Riau Univercity. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that inhibit the Role of Leaders in Scouting Activities in Riau Univercity. This research used the theory of Oemar Hamalik about five things that need to be considered for the role in organization led, include : catalyst, facilitator, problem solver, source link, and communicator. This research method is used qualitative descriptive approach. Then, the informant in this research is the chairman of clusters, builders, and head of scouts Riau Univercity. The data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation, and documentations. The result of this research is the Role of Leaders in Scouting Activities in Riau Univercity is running in accordance with existing procedures that is through deliberation and consensus in solving problems. Another way are communicating with coaches, learners, and relevant agencies to establish cooperation in every carry out activities. So that, the activities can be carried out smoothly. Factors that hamper the Role of Leaders in Scouting Activities in the form of participation of some coaches and learners, as well as limited budget funds and not sufficient. Abstract

This thesis is proposed to qualify for a Bachelor of Sociology degree. With the title "Political Participation Society In Head Man Election In Village Berancah District Bantan Bengkalis District". The problem discussed in this thesis is the participation of the community in the election of head man in 2017 and the influence of people's political understanding of their participation in the political activities they participate in and in determining a leader. Public participation in choosing a leader is an investment in politics by the community in order to improve or memajukkan again area.This research was conducted in Berancah Village of Bantan District of Bengkalis Regency. In this study used the functional structural theory of Talcot Parson, this theory explains that every individual in society has its own function. And in carrying out these functions people have different goals that will be achieved. Achievement of goals by society can be done in various forms depending on the path chosen by a particular society or individual.The results of the study generally can be said that most of the people participated in the selection of head man in 2017 in Berancah Village. In this case it is said that the society has done its function in the life of the state to participate in choosing a leader. In addition, the community is also involved in several other political activities such as campaigning on head man elections and other elections and participate in other social activities in socializing. The political understanding of the community is very important for the public assessment in choosing a leader or for public policy issued by the government. The higher of political understanding of the society, the more critical the community will be in addressing the political phenomenon that exist in the environment.Keywords: community, political participation

Abstract

This study was conducted on people who committed domestic violence in plantation communities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors behind the domestic violence in the plantation community. The focus of this research is the life profile of plantation community in Seberida Sub-district, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling and menetapka number of samples of 7 people. Researchers use qualitative research methods and Instruments data are observations, interview guides, and documentation. According to the research, it can be concluded that the profile of domestic violence acts as a palm oil plantation. The subject of this research can be said that violence in the household can be caused by economic factors that can not fulfill their life and pressure either individual self or from society society and can not solve household problems kinsely so that can trigger violence act. Behavior is a behavior that is not in accordance with the values and norms in society. Then a patriarchal theory in which people consider men to be more powerful than women. So that belief can trigger domestic violence because men are more powerful than women. Men are also heads of families who earn a living for families, so women do not dare to fight when men do violence. Women also consider domestic violence a family disgrace, so women do not dare to tell or report the incident to the authorities. Keywords: Violence, Plantation Society

Abstract

This research was conducted at the keramba farmers in the village of rice paddies of Northern Kampar Kampar Sub-district. The purpose of this research is to find out how social capital and the constraints faced by the farmers in the villages of keramba Rice in the running of social capital. The theory is the theory of social capital that is put forth by the Coleman consists of beliefs, social networks, values and norms. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive method with approach case studies. The subject of the study amounted to 7 persons i.e. chairman, threasurer, secretary, members of keramba farmers, agents, sellers of seed fish, and fish feed salesman. The technique of determination of informants by using puposive technique of sampling. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data collected by the data collection techniques in the form of observation (Observation) and interview (Interview). The analysis of the data used in this research with the technique of collecting data from various sources by entering the theory used in accordance with the social phenomena. The results of this research are very important social capital within the group or organization, trust, value networks, and norms have a very important role in the running and smooth business keramba fish in the Rice Village and subdistrict of Kampar Utara Kampar Regency. Trust is an important element in the group, the form of confidence among farmers keramba i.e. by mutual borrow lend capital in running the business. Social networks that form of cooperation so as to form a network, such as between farmers keramba with agents who need each other and mutual benefit. Values and norms become the guideline for each Member farmer keramba, norms that apply to realize the smooth running and success in doing business keramba fish. Constraints faced in running social capital with the presence of conflicts or problems that occur in groups or with parties involved in running a business because there are disappointed and wronged then the relationship can be split asunder and cooperation did not go well and could be broken.Keywords: Social Capital, Farmers Keramba, Group

Abstract

This study was conducted at Sabak Auh District Of Siak Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristic of PERON which has production relation with oil palm farmer at Sabak Auh District Of Siak Regency. The focus of this research is the marketing chain of PERON and palm oil trading which illustrates the relationship between buying and selling TBS at Sabak Auh District Of Siak Regency. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 9 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted found there are some characteristics of PERON at Sabak Auh District Of Siak Regency namely as follows: Provide capital, PERON willing and always willing if there are people who want to open a business as Tauke and also small farmers, then the PERON will provide material assistance. Place / land, PERON at Kecamatan Sabak Auh generally run a business on community owned land rented for Rp 5,000,000-8.000.000 / month. Employment of PERON, All PERON at Sabak Auh District Of Siak Regency take the workforce from the community around PERON in order to reduce unemployment at Sabak Auh District Of Siak Regency. Work methods, Work methods defined by all PERON at Sabak Auh District Of Siak Regency That is starting from the selection of quality palm fruits, adjust the price with the quality of palm, and then bought with a price agreement set. In addition, the research also found there are several marketing chains of palm, which are as follows: Farmer-Tauke, Farmer-Factory, Tauke-PERON, Tauke-Factory. Furthermore, researchers also find some forms of competition PERON, which is as follows: Palm fruit sold to PERON by Tauke or the community has passed the price agreement in accordance with the agreement of both parties, and Ada apply by keeping buying palm with a price even if the price of palm oil is falling, providing assistance to farmers and Tauke in need, as well as maintaining good communication between farmers and Tauke palm Keywords: Marketing Network, Competition, PERON
