Abstract

Turkey's territorial claims through maritime delimitation with its neighbors are influenced by the national interests of both countries. Turkey views Libya as a neighbor and partner country that has the opportunity to avoid exclusion from its position in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea region. Maritime issues in the region have led Turkey to adopt an assertive stance in the region. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implications of Turkey and Libya's territorial claims through the MoU on maritime delimitation with Libya in the Eastern Mediterranean region. This study uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through document analysis sourced from several relevant and credible books, journals, articles, and websites. This study uses the Complex Interdependence Theory by Joseph Nye and Robert O. Keohane. Complex interdependence between actors or countries in achieving national interests in the region through different policies and rules has led to escalating tensions in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea region. The results of this study show several responses of rejection to the maritime delimitation MoU between Turkey and Libya internationally. Several implications of Turkey and Libya's territorial claims have arisen in relation to maritime disputes between the countries concerned and energy projects planned by regional countries without Turkey and Libya in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea, causing ongoing tensions between the countries concerned to this day. Abstract

Plastic waste has become an urgent environmental issue in Indonesia due to its rapid growth and adverse impacts on ecosystems. As one of the major producers of single-use plastic packaging in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, PT Unilever Indonesia contributes significantly to national waste generation. In response to Ministry of Environment and Forestry Regulation (Permen LHK) No. 75 of 2019, as well as external pressures from civil society and global sustainability standards, the company has implemented various initiatives under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) framework. This research employs the Liberalism perspective, group-level analysis (multinational corporations), and Neo-Institutionalism theory using a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through literature studies from corporate reports, government regulations, academic publications, and environmental organization reports. The findings show that PT Unilever Indonesia, during 2022-2023, implemented EPR through three main strategies: reduce, reuse, and recycle. Programs such as packaging redesign, refill stations, and the use of post-consumer recycled plastic demonstrate the company’s commitment to circular economy principles. However, audits by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) indicate lower verified results than corporate claims, revealing a gap between internal reporting and government verification. The effectiveness of EPR implementation remains constrained by limited recycling infrastructure, low public participation, and inconsistent reporting methods. The success of EPR in Indonesia ultimately depends on synergy between producer innovation, regulatory oversight, and consumer engagement to strengthen the transition toward a credible circular economy. Abstract

Research on the development of urban communities to do because that is marked by the advance of science and technology as well as the development of industrialization, this becomes a motor of economic development, it raises issues environmental concern such as pollution, environmental degradation and destruction of natural resources that cannot be renewed. Environmental issues is one who becomes the driving factor in the birth and development of the social groups in the form of such a community, PGI (Mountaineers Indonesia) with the purpose to provide education, science and activity the wild and besides that there are also environmental preservation activities in the mountains and forests. And interest on the curiosity of anyone and from what social class, as a social group, how can the community build the identity of the Group and develop the symbols of life and different styles or with a group or community other social as well as what activities or programs in the areas of social, economic, and cultural community do PGI Korwil Riau in strengthening a sense of social solidarity among members of the community as well as society. The development of qualitative research methodology within the next twenty years it's quite rapidly, so that a variety of methods and approaches as well as experimental data analysis strategy is already done in many studies, including data analysis methods also participated developing. As explained in the previous section that in the tradition of qualitative research are some of the methods of data collection also is a method of data analysis so that method against the explanation at the same time discuss the methods, functions both as a methods of data collection and data analysis. from this research it is known that members of the community come from among the students and workers, developing and establishing the identity of the group through social media, events, and activities of the environment. Abstract

This study discusses or examines Indonesia's motivation to appoint Honorary Consulates in Palestine. Indonesia is one of the countries that establish diplomatic relations with many countries, one of which is Palestine. Indonesia's bilateral relationship with Palestine has long been established as Indonesia is one of the first prestigious Palestinian countries after the declaration of the Palestinian State in Algeria, November 15, 1988. The neo-realist approach used by the researchers to analyze this is considered suitable for the phenomenon being studied. The theory of neorealism (structural realism) is Kenneth Waltz's theory which is an attempt to overhaul the existing theory of realism. In this study using the concept of national interest. In achieving national goals by applying national goals there are factors that influence: interests, threats, capabilities and opportunities. The Government of Indonesia has established the Consulate of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) in Ramallah, Palestine. However the inauguration of the honorary consulate was not done in Ramallah, Palestine, sailor at the office of the Indonesian Embassy in Amman, Jordan. Abstract

The research was conducted in Pekanbaru City with the aim to obtain information about woman working in urban specially housewives who work as bus conductor. The problems in this research are (1) How are the characteristic of housewives who work as bus condector? (2) How is the division of the domestic role and the role of the public housewife who work as bus conductor?.The title of this research is : “Housewife Who Works as Bus Condector”. The research aimed to find out the characteristics of housewife who work as bus conductor abd to know the division of domestic role and public role of housewife who work as bus conductor. In this study the subject of research amounted to six people. Subjects in thus study are housewives who work as a bus conductor , have a husband and have children. Data collection in this research is primary data obtained from research subject by observation and indepth interview and secondary data obtained from trans metro pekanbaru. after doing this research, housewife who work as bus conductor that has age ranged from 30-40 years and pursued the last education level that is one Diploma one (D1)and five others high school (SMA) equal. The role of houseviwe who work as a bus conductor becomes divided when working and when not working. Housewives can fulfill their roles such as serving the husband, taking care of the child and doing homework when the housewife is off to work as a bus conductor.Keywords : Housewife, Working, Conductor Bus, Role

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction (study at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Work Environment as Variable (X1), Employee Welfare as Variable (X2) and Employee Morale as a variable (Y). The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the samples used are employees at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru that is as much as 100 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The result of this research conclude that Work Environment variable and Employee Welfare have significant influence to Employee Morale at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru Keywords: Work Environvent, Employee Morale

Abstract

Election of marketing of CPO by PT. Tri Bakti Sariman in India do not get out of strategy of PT. Tri Bakti Sariman in marketing CPO. Strategy in marketing of CPO of vital importance because company of course will experience of resistance either from internal aspect and also eksternal which one of them emulation of business which these days which progressively tighten and kompetitif. Result of research show strategy marketing of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas relate at policy of marketing which have been conducted by policy goodness for the product of, price, distribution and promotion. In make up of quality of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas conduct study and research analyse DOBI CPO. For the emulation of price of CPO, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas continue to insist on and along with institute and association give input to government to revise imposition of iease weighing against all exporter of CPO and conduct hedging to product of CPO. Product increase conducted by PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas by conducting development of plantation of people through program of revitalisasi. Repair of distribution, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas not yet feel important to conduct to repair in course of pendistrubisan. Extension of marketing, PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas target to penetrate European market.

Abstract

This resesearch describes the separatism conflict between Moldova and Transnistria which European Union since 2002 came and use their power to reduce and minimalize Transnistria conflict since 1992. EU main objectives are to provide greater understanding between Moldova and Transnistria to minimalize their ego with settlement and MoU which the result is a win win solution to Moldova and transnistria.This research uses strategic theory. Qualitative method and library research are applied in this research. The sources of information that used in this research are taken from book, journal, news, and internet.This research explains the efforts of European Union as international organization to reduce and minimalize conflict in Molodva, especially Transnistria. There are some hypothesis’ to describe the efforts which implemented by EU. This research also describes the progress from European Union to minimalize the conflict since intervention from 2002. The results of this research show that UNODC’s efforts can reduce the separatism conflict in Moldova.Keywords: European Union, Moldova, Transnistria, Conflict, Separatism

Abstract

The main goal of the company is to maximize the welfare of stakeholders, this can be achieved by maximizing the value of the company. But sometimes companies fail to increase the company's nialai, which is one of the causes is less carefully the company in applying the factors that affect the value of the company. This makes the company's performance is viewed poorly by its stakeholders. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the value of the company that can be seen from investment and funding. The sample of this research is 6 cable sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which has published its financial report from year 2011-2015. The method of analysis in this study using simple and multiple regression analysis. Simple regression analysis test used to see the partial influence of investment and funding included as independent variable in this research to company value. Multiple regression analysis test to see simultaneous influence of investment and funding included as independent variable in this research to company value. The result of this research is that (1) PER investment has no posif influence and significant to company value. (2) DER funding has a positive and significant influence on firm value. Then the result of the regression estimation shows the predictive ability of the three independent variables to the company value. 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% influenced by other factors outside the model that is not included in this analysis.
