Abstract

The development of information technology currently has a positive impact on the growth of business activities in Indonesia. The increasing number of internet users provides opportunities for businesses to gain a large profit by opening an online store business. This makes changes in the way of shopping done by some people, in this era digital Businesses certainly need to pay attention to the quality of the website and build the trust given by the platform to see the influence of the website is able to provide satisfaction to consumers. This research aims to find out the influence of website quality and trust in customer satisfaction in shaping repurchase Intention in Lazada users in Pekanbaru. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 160 people who had shopped at Lazada at least 2 times, domiciled in Pekanbaru and aged 17 years above. Sampling using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. This research instrument uses questionnaires and analyzed by path analysis with SPSS version 21 software as the application. The results showed that Website Quality and Trust had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Website Quality and Trust Variables also had a significant effect on Re-Purchase Intentions directly and through Satisfaction, as well as Satisfaction has a significant effect on Re-Purchase Intention.Keywords : Website Quality, Trust, Satisfaction, Re-Purchase Intention, Lazada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparative anlysis of the factors that affect the permormance of employees of BUMDes in Singingi Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study there are 3 variables, namaley Innovation (X1), Sosial Capital (X2) and Employee permormance (Y). The population was employees of three BUMDes in Singingi. The sample of this research was 26 employees of BUMDes. The samples was carried out by using the total sampling technique method. To collet the data, this study used interview and questionnaires to the respondents. Meanwhile, in terms of data analysis, this study used descriptive, quantitative and comparative analysis, multiple regression to produce instrument test, classical assumptions and proving hypoyhesis testing, by using the SPSS program. The result showed that: 1). The three BUMDes of Singingi produced employees performance and innovation variables which have been implemented very well, and while the social capital have been implemented properly, there is also the performance of each BUMDes in Singingi District, where the variables are innovation, social capital, the highest permormance is in BUMDes Sejahtera Sungai Sirih Village, 2). The Variable thas has the most dominant influence on employee performance is the variable of innovation, 3). The application of employee permormance, innovation, and social capital has differences in the three BUMDes in Singingi.Keywords: Innovation, Sosial Capital, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Inflation is one of the important economic indicators, the rate of change is always tried to be low and stable so that it does not cause macroeconomic diseases which will later have an impact on instability in the economy. High and unstable inflation is a reflection of the tendency of rising prices for goods and services in general and continuously over a certain period of time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), money supply and velocity on inflation in Riau in 2010-2020. This research was conducted in Riau Province, Indonesia by collecting data on the variables of Gross Regional Domestic Product (PRDB), the money supply and velocity and inflation in Riau. This research was conducted in 2021 with a time period of 2010-2020 with this type of research data being secondary data. The data analysis method of this research is descriptive quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with data expressed in time series scale. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has a positive effect on inflation because from the partial test/t test, the tcount value is greater than ttable. Meanwhile, the amount of money in circulation has no effect on inflation because partially/t-test the value of tcount is smaller than ttable. Finally, velocity has a significant positive effect on inflation because from the partial test/t test, the value of tcount is greater than ttable. The adjusted R square value is 0.879, meaning that 98.7% of the inflation rate in Riau in 2010-2020 can be explained by the variation of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP)/X1 variable, the money supply/X2 and velocity/X3. While the remaining 1.01% is explained by other variables outside of the research.Keywords : Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Money Supply, Velosity and Inflation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of a fitness center (GYM) service business in Pekanbaru City in terms of non-financial aspects, namely marketing and socio-economic aspects and financial aspects. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City and the object of research is a fitness center (GYM) service business in Pekanbaru City. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis to see the feasibility of a fitness center (GYM) service business in terms of marketing, from a socio-economic point of view and quantitative data analysis to see the feasibility of a fitness center (GYM) service business from a financial point of view, using the analysis of Net Present Value ( NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results of research conducted from 13 respondents indicated that the feasibility of the marketing aspect of the fitness center (GYM) service business was feasible. From the socio-economic aspect, the fitness center (GYM) service business is feasible to run. The fitness center (GYM) service business from the financial aspect produces a Net Present Value of Rp. 333,707,315>0, then the fitness center (GYM) service business is feasible to run. The B/C Ratio value is 1.84>1, then the fitness center (GYM) service business is feasible to run. The IRR value is 22.80%>12%, then the fitness center (GYM) service business is feasible to run.Keywords: Financial Analysis, Non-Financial Analysis, Fitness Center (GYM)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Ease to Use, Price and Trust in Buying Interest on the Lazada online shop site among students. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau who used the Lazada application and the samples taken were 100 people. To test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS.17 program.The results of the study show that: 1) Ease of Use has a positive but not significant effect on Buying Interest on Lazada's online shopping site, 2) Price has a positive but not significant effect on Buying Interest on Lazada's online shopping site, 3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on buying interest on Lazada's online shopping site. 4) Simultaneously Ease of Use, Price and Trust has an affect of Buying Interest on the Lazada online shopping site.Keywords: Ease to Use, Price, Trust and Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Profitability Ratios of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2010 - 2019. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series obtained from the financial statements of Bank Muamalat Indonesia for 2010 - 2019. The data analysis method used in this study namely horizontal analysis. The condition of Bank Muamalat Indonesia is very worrying, seen from the declining ROA value throughout the year, where Bank Muamalat Indonesia cannot generate large profits. What happened was that the profit generated by Bank Muamalat decreased from year to year. The peak is that Bank Muamalat in 2019 was only able to generate a profit of 26 trillion rupiah. This condition is considered that Bank Muamalat is low in anticipating losses and in increasing capital. Likewise with ROE, the ability of the bank's paid-in capital to generate low profits, where the return on equity of Bank Muamalat tends to decrease every year. This shows that the rate of return on capital received by investors or invested capital is very small. So that it makes investors not interested in entering Bank Muamalat As with REO, Bank Muamalat Indonesia's REO also experiences a decline every year. Every operational expense issued by Bank Muamalat, the bank is unable to balance it with its operating income. Until Bank Muamalat. So basically Bank Muamalat Indonesia is experiencing problems in running its company. Because throughout the year, Bank Muamalat experienced a decline in its business. Banks are not able to compete with other banks and have lost competitiveness. Abstract

At this time, the development of the food and beverage industry business sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This increasingly fierce and increasing business competition requires business people to maximize their business performance in order to compete globally, as well as maintain their business. One of the important strategies that need to be considered by business people is Experiential Marketing. One of the cafes that implements Experiential Marketing is One Refinery Pekanbaru. This study aims to examine the effect of Experiential Marketing and Servicescape on Repurchase Intention through consumer satisfaction at One Refinery Pekanbaru café. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The number of samples taken as many as 105 respondents by accidental sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Experiential Marketing and Servicescape variables had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, the consumer satisfaction variable had a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, and the Experiential Marketing and Servicescape variables had a significant effect on Repurchase Intention through consumer satisfaction.Keywords : Experiential Marketing, Servicescape, Consumer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitabilty, Leverage, Firm Age, Bussiness Risk, and Good Corporate Governance on Bond Rating. The population in this study involved all manufacturing companies officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2015-2020 totalling 181 companies. A total of 10 samples were obtained using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using logostic regression. The results showed that Profitabilty has a significant and positive effect on Bond Rating, Leverage has a significant and negative effect on Bond Rating, Firm Age has no significant effect on Bond Rating, Bussiness Risk has a significant and negative effect on Bond Rating, Good Corporate Governance has no significant effect on Bond Rating.Keywords: Profitabilty, Leverage, Firm Age, Bussiness Risk, Good Corporate Governance, Bond Rating

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) how much is the optimal amount of raw material purchases, (2) how many the frequency of raw material purchases is, (3) what the total inventory costs are of an efficient resource supply, and (4) when is the right time to reorder point. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is a technique for obtaining raw material inventory in a company that determines how many beneficial orders are for each time an order is ordered with a predetermined frequency and when to reorder point. This method aims to minimize total inventory costs. Using this method can also reduce inventory costs so that inventory efficiency is good and the optimal number of order units can be achieved by keeping costs to a minimum. The results showed that (1) the amount of raw material procurement carried out by the Usaha Jepara Brownies Pekanbaru was not optimal, (2) the optimal frequency of raw material procurement was four times a year or once every three months, (3) the Usaha Jepara Brownies Pekanbaru was too wasteful in spending the total inventory cost, and (4) the reorder point implemented by the company has not been regular.Keywords: EOQ, purchase frequency, Total inventory cost, and reorder point

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of the rupiah exchange rate, foreign direct investment (FDI), foreign loans and net exports on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia in 2005-2019. The data used is time series data for the period 2005-2019. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method using the statistical program Eviews 10. This study provides partial results that the rupiah exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves. Foreign direct investment (FDI) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on foreign exchange reserves. Partial foreign loans have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves. Net exports partially have a negative and insignificant effect on foreign exchange reserves. Simultaneously, the exchange rate, foreign direct investment (FDI), foreign loans and net exports together have a significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The Adjusted R-Squared value in this study is 0.905239, which means that 91 percent of the foreign exchange reserve variable can be explained by the independent variables in this study, the remaining 9 percent is explained by other variables outside the research model.
