Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of the work, the cost incurred society since their attraction Bono waves and analyzing the economic impact caused by the activities of local community-based nature of the public revenues attractions Kampar river. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that before the existence of attraction waves Bono work is dominated by agriculture, but after attractions waves Bono a lot of work in the field of trade, an increase in infrastructure such as access roads, as there are many lodging or hotels and restaurants. With the development does attractions waves Bono certainly a positive effect on income for the community around the area, the more the number of tourists who come will certainly affect the income of society that can take advantage of this opportunity, especially merchants.Keywords: Economic Impact, Marine Tourism, Revenue, and Local Communities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), conditions of business scale and how the level of the efficient use of capital, raw materials and labor in PT. Sawit Riau Makmur in the District Rokan Hilir.Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, where all the values of the variables obtained transformed in natural logarithm and continued by analyzing data partially and simultaneously.Factors that influence the production of palm oil industry is capital factors, raw materials and labor in PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir. It can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.980, meaning that the capital, raw materials and labor jointly affect the industrial production of CPO in PT. Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir by 98.0%, while 2% are influenced by other factors were not analyzed.Based on the results of multiple linear regression showed that capital variables have the most influence on the industrial production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in the PT. Sawit Riau Makmur with a coefficient of 2.060. This means that any capital increase of one unit of production would increase by 2.060.Keywords : Production, Capital, Raw Material and Labor

Abstract

Minimarket very rapid growth with increasing human need for daily living needs, as well as the advancement of science and technology, minimarket for the community is needed to meet the basic needs of daily. Minimarket rapidly growing into residential areas, negatively impact the existing retailers in the region. This study aims to determine the change in income before and after the establishment Indomaret And Alfamart, as well as to determine whether there are differences in the price of similar products sold in Indomaret, Alfamart and retail traders.This research was conducted in four scattered village in District Tampan Pekanbaru. Direct interviews conducted to 76 respondents retailers who becomes the object of study, research was conducted by descriptive qualitative, and to support in view of the differences of income before and after as well as differences in the price of similar products sold then in use quantitative analysis using a different test (t test ) with α = 0.05. The results showed a significance value (0.000) <0.05, mean that there are differences in income retailers before and after the Indomaret and Alfamart. While the difference in the price of cigarettes product types significance value (0.782)> 0.05 means that there is no difference between the price of cigarettes Indomaret product types, Alfamart and retailers. As well as the types of beverage products there is no significant price difference, is seen from the significant value > 0.05 is (0.857).Keywords: Income, Changes in profit, price, and distance.

Abstract

Economic growth in the manufacturing sector and the building has an influence on the air quality in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this paper is to know how the influence of Manufacturing industry sector and building sector to air quality of Pekanbaru city in 2007 - 2013. The method of data collection is documentation. The method of Data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis. Results from this study showed that the growth in the manufacturing sector have an influence on air quality, but do not have a major impact on air quality damage in Pekanbaru Because the rate of growth in the manufacturing sector tend to decline more than in 2007 - 2013. While the growth of the construction sector has a considerable influence on the damage to air quality, because of the rapid physical development to improve the quality and service of the city of Pekanbaru. Disruption of air quality Pekanbaru also more caused by land and forest fires as well as an increase in the number of motor vehicles. Growth in the manufacturing sector and building in this study was measured using Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) based on 2000 constant prices expressed as a percentage and Indeks Standar Pencemaran Udara (ISPU) to measure air quality Pekanbaru . The conclusion of this study is the growth of the construction sector has a strong influence on the air quality of the city of Pekanbaru. Advice can be given in this study are all efforts made to boost economic growth should be in line with efforts to maintain and improve the quality of air in order to create sustainable development in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Manufacturing Industry Sector, Building Sector, and Air Quality

Abstract

US $ and 3-month deposit rate of the quasi money demand in Indonesia period 2000-2014.This study uses annual time series data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Economic and Financial Statistics Indonesia and Bank Indonesia. The analysis model used in this study is motode Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS version 22. From the results of tests performed with Simultaneous Regression Test (Test F) indicate that significant value 0.000> 0.05, which means jointly variables gross domestic product, exchange rates (exchange rate) and the 3-month deposit rates affect the demand for the number of quasi-money in Indonesia the period 2000-2014. Partial Regression Test (Test t) produces t value of gross domestic product> 14 314 t table> 2,262 gross domestic product, which means a positive effect on demand for quasi-money. Exchange rate variable yield amounted to 1,611 t value <2.262, which means, the rupiah positive effect on the demand for quasi-money in Indonesia. Variable 3-month deposit rate has a value t is smaller than t table is 0.790 <2.262 means that the deposit rate 3-month positive effect on the demand for quasi-money in Indonesia. The magnitude of the effect caused by the value (R2) is 0.981, which means that jointly gross domestic product, exchange rates and 3-month deposit rate affects the demand for quasi-money in Indonesia amounted to 98.1% while the remaining 1.9% is affected by the other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Gross Domestic Product, Exchange, Deposit Interest and Money Quasi 3 months.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Kuantan Hilir district. The election of this area on the basis that most of the population Kuantan Hilir regency eyed quest in the plantation sector. This study took place in April 2015 until the month of May 2015. The purpose of this study are: to analysis the pattern of development of rubber plantation to farmers in Downstream Kuantan district. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. Data has been obtained are gathered, in the tabulation, and analysis using statistical analysis of non parametik. To complete this study, the authors used primary data obtained from questionnaires that ask authors to respondents, include land owned, type of rubber, the produced and income. as well as secondary data obtained from the goverment agencies Kuantan Singingi and Office Kuantan Hilir. The results of this study indicate that Downstream Kuantan farmers currently use Ex SRDP pattern and self organize pattern. Then the average income of farmes Ex SRDP pattern Rp53.793.000 respondents/year and the average income of farmers self organize pattern Rp53.393.000 respondents/year. The results obtained by T test that production and income farmers pattern Ex SRDP and self organize Since t count smaller than t table is Ex SRDP pattern to (0,5<1,665), and t count self organize pattern (1< 1,992) t table for 95% confidence level. It can be concluded immediately null hypothesis (Ho)is accepted and the hypothesis (Hi) is rejected, so that production and revenues of the farmers Ex SRDP and self organize there is no real difference.Keywords : Ex SRDP Pattern, Self Organize Pattern, Income, and Production.

Abstract

This research located in Pekanbaru, the goal of this research is to know how prospect of frame creative industry at Pekanbaru kota sub-district. The methodological research is descriptive analysis. That the data type are secondary and primer data, it consists of some aspects are promotion, technical and production, Social economics, and environment. While the quantitative analysis are done to analyze financial aspects such as Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The research techniques of the data collection are using questioner, interview, and observation. Which is sampling use is census method. Where, the total population is collected. There is 6 unit of frame industry over there collected. The result of the research from frame industry, the frame industry is suitable to develop. Measuring from non financial aspect likes promotion, technique and industry, social economic and environment aspect. While, based on finance proper test criteria, it is proper in NPV mark as frame industry amount Rp.62.079.701,68>0 it means that frame industry is suitable and fulfill the criteria to be operated. And then, (B/C Ratio) shows 1,10 >1, it means that Frame Industry is worth to operate. While, based on calculated of IRR mark shows that 55%>12%. Meaning that frame industry is suitable and fulfill the criteria to be operated.Keywords: Creative frame industry, and business research.

Abstract

Development of oil palm plantations in Riau bring major changes to the state of rural communities, especially migrant communities (transmigration), because oil palm development program was originally associated with the transmigration program. In addition, with the development of oil palm plantations also stimulate the growth of the processing industry with raw materials from palm oil. This study aims to determine the effect of capital, labor, and raw materials for production efficiency levels of crude palm oil at PT. Riau Makmur and determine the level of efficiency of crude palm oil production has been achieved by PT. Riau Makmur. The results showed that the factors of production capital and labor are not significantly influence the production of crude palm PT. Riau Makmur. Meanwhile, raw materials production factors were significant effect on the production of crude palm oil PTRiau Makmur.Keywords: Capital, Labor, Raw Materials and The Level of Production Efficiency

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the demand in business and advertising billboards in the city of Pekanbaru. Selection of the sample in this study using accidental sampling method, in order to obtain as many as 100 samples. The research method in this study using quantitative descriptive approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent variable in this study is the demand on billboards and advertising efforts. And the independent variables in this study are the price of the product and income respondents. While the methods used in this research is multiple linear regression. Results of this study stated that the product price variable significant negative effect on demand in the business and advertising billboards. While the variable income respondents did not affect the demand in business and advertising billboards in the city of Pekanbaru. From the results and analysis of data, it could be concluded that the price has a dominant influence on the demand on billboards and advertising efforts. In accordance with the law of demand that is, the lower the price of an item then the more ppermintaan to such articles. Conversely, the higher the price of an item then makkin little demand for such goods. While there are other factors that can affect demand on billboards and advertising efforts that are not discussed in this study.Keywords: demand, price and revenue respoonden

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Equity and Equity Credit for the development of small industries in the district of Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Research conducted on Small Industrial in Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir.Sampel that serve as respondents drawn using census method in which all of the population used as a sample. Questionnaires were distributed to 23 respondents, and successfully recovered the complete answer is obtained from 23 respondents. Data were collected from 23 respondents further data were analyzed with SPSS version 17.0 using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to produce the classic assumption test, model of data analysis, coefficient of determination and prove the hypothesis. The result of research partially and simultaneously discovered that the variable Equity and Capital Credit influence on the development of Small Industries.Keywords: Equity, capital loans and Small Industry
