Abstract

This study’s purpose is to know how the effect of economic growth and population growth to energy consumption in Indonesia, with economic and population growth as independent variable while the dependent variable is energy consumption in Indonesia. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative method. Data is obtained from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) Republic of Indonesia, the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province in the form of time series data (data of energy consumption per user sector, economic growth and population) in 2000-2013. The test statistics include F test, t test, coefficient correlation (R) and the coefficient of determination (R2). From the test results that have been done, show that economic growth variables significantly influence energy consumption of the industrial sector, commercial sector and transportation sector but the influence on the household sector and other sectors is no significant, while the population growth variables significantly influence the household sector consumption but the influence on the sector industrial, commercial sector, transportation sector and other sectors no significantly.Keywords: Energy Consumption, Economic Growth and Population Growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Furniture Industry of aluminum in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the production of Furniture Industry of Aluminum and how the influence of capital, labor and raw materials for industrial production of aluminum furniture in the city of Pekanbaru. The approach of this research is using quantitative descriptive approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Population Industry aluminum used in this study amounted to 20 units of business or industry. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression in the process by using SPSS for Windows version 21.0. The results showed that in partial labor (X2) and variable raw material (X3) has a significant effect on the production variable (Y), while capital variable (X1) does not affect production. Simultaneously test results obtained value Fhitung (38,212)> F table (3.634) or significance value less than 5% alpha (0.000 <0.05). It is concluded that together there is a real impact on capital variable (X1), Labor (X2), Raw Materials (X3), to the production variable (Y) with a margin of error of 5%level.Regression analysis produces the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.878. This means that the variables that affect the production of Furniture Industry of Aluminum in Pekanbaru can be explained by the variable Capital, Labor, and Raw Materials amounted to 87,8%. While the remaining 12,2% is influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords : Capital, Labor, and Raw Materials

Abstract

Lepat Bugi is one of the traditional foods are on the road cross Pekanbaru Bangkinang precisely in the District Mine Kampar regency. The theory used in this research is the theory of Michael Porter (five force model). The purpose of this study was to determine, knowing the variables that influence the development of the industry in the District Mine Lepat Bugi. Knowing how the condition scale production (Return to Scale) industry in Sub Mine Lepat Bugi. Knowing the efficiency of use of factors of industrial production for the Lepat Bugi in DistrictMine. The results of this study indicate that the variable is the supplier of the most influential variables, namely in terms of labor and raw materials. While the scale of production results show increasing returns to scale, meaning that the proportion of additional production will be greater than the proportion of the addition of production inputs. whereas the efficiency of capital is equal to 0.691, which means not efficient. as well as labor efficiency is 0.199 which shows yet efficient.Keywords: capital , labor , return to scale , and efficiency

Abstract

The research was conducted at Tanjung village sub-district of Koto Kampar Hulu the district of Kampar on 2015. The objective of research was to find out how Gambier farming trade done by the society of Gambier farmers at Tanjung village sub-district of Koto Kampar Hulu, The research used premier data obtained directly on the object of research, collected from gambier farmers at Tanjung village sub-district of Koto Kampar Hulu. the population of research was 30 persons of gambier farmers, secondary data was collected from some institutions such as BPS Riau, the data taken was width data and sector production of PDRB farming, citizen data. The data from department of plantation of Kampar was the price of Gambier, industry department and trading was taken from gambir export at Tanjung village sub-district of Koto Kampar Hulu on numeral and monograph data at Tanjung village, and the references were the books from library related to research. Based on the results of research that the success of farmers of gambier at Tanjung village sub-district of Koto Kampar Hulu and influenced by characteristic of social of gambier farmers (farmers identity, adoption process and transformation process of rubber trade to gambier trade) and the characteristic of economy of farmers (capital source, price, marketing, costs, farmer management and farmers income), their marketing was in villages with varieties method, some of farmers sell the gambier to the shop of gambier and through mediators, the obstacles the farmers faced was the decreasing of price and the instruments was broken it inhabitant all activities in gambier processing.Keywords: farm gambier, gambier production factors, characteristics of farming gambier

Abstract

thefootwear industry in Indonesia period 2004-2013.Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, Statistics Indonesia and the results processed authors themselves. The analysis method used in this study is deskriprtif and quantitativemethods, namely a method of partial and simultaneous analysis using SPSS 21.Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the independent variables simultaneously affect simultaneously with a significance level of 0.05% of thevalue of production. Given also the coefficient of determination obtained for 0950 means that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable of 95.0% and the remaining 5.0% is influenced by factors beyond the study.Partially known that the variable capital having the most significant effect on the value of production of the footwear industry in Indonesia. While the business units does not significantly influence the value of production of the footwear industry in Indonesia.Keywords:Business units, Labor, Capital, and Value Production

Abstract

This research was conducted in the District Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru, purpose this study was to analyze the industry externalities brick against the District socioeconomic Tenayan Kingdom. With this research is expected to provide assistance and information to masyarakata Pekanbaru city local government in planning the construction industry more environmentally friendly. The method used is simple random sampling method, with a population of 136 716 inhabitants and 44 191 heads of households, 1999 businesses and 64 traditional mechanical effort, and 3809 workers. In this study are all affected communities from the consequences of industrial pengelolahan bricks by sampling with as many as 44 respondents consisting of industry-traditional, mechanical industry, households and population according to labor scattered in villages in the District Tenayan Kingdom, namely the Village Kulim, Tangkerang East Village, Village Rejosari, and the Village Sail. Based on the results of research conducted, it is concluded that the impact of brick industry of the positive side of which is; employment, increase incomes of the population, increasing purchasing power, sufficiency life, being able to buy on credit, growing businesses such as the procurement of firewood , the growth of the property, the proliferation of the store building, the establishment of Credit Unions and as well as the need for transportation. While the negative impacts of industrial production activities on these bricks is a major tissue damage soil, pollution of air pollution, the difficulty of getting clean water, disease suffered by the community, length of illness, medical expenses incurred by the respondent.Keywords : natural resources, externalities, and social economy

Abstract

This research is done at Pekanbaru's City on month of May 2015. To the effect of observational it is subject to be know juvenile forming program was impacted positive or negative to young men at Pekanbaru's City and to know resulting young men skill by on duty young men and Pekanbaru's City sport in face job market. This research utilize secondary data and primary data. Juvenile observational one goes along in executed program by on duty young men and olahrga is Pekanbaru's City year 2013 total one 150 person. Sample is taken by use of method Stratified Random Sampling which is sample take method by agglomerates population according to program as much 30 person, meanwhile analisis's method data that is utilized in this research is descriptive method. Base observational result to be known that young men already follow training has more skill, automatically have positive impact to young men at Pekanbaru's City, and labour exploit (young men) one that terampil or has skill more than resulting another young men by on duty young men and sport (At spore) Pekanbaru's city stills less optimal deep face job market, Working young men corresponds to its skill as much 18 person (60%) and one works in conflict with skill it as much 12 person (40%), if is seen from term skill type waits, kesesuain and accepted pay and less optimal human resource exploit (young men) terampil, more reverential reducing accords it skill type, the duration term waits to get work, inappropriate it talks shop with skill and insufficiently accords expected pay it with their one accepts.Keywords: Young men, skil, and Job market

Abstract

Analysis of feasibility is required to see a picture of the feasible or not will be run like a business. Research was conducted on the creative industry sector, advertising in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this Research was to determine the prospects for the development of the creative industries sector advertising in Pekanbaru. This Research uses primary data obtained directly from the respondents creative industry sector advertising in Pekanbaru. Samples of creative industry sector advertising used in this Research amounted to 32 units of business or industry and secondary data obtained from the Department of Industry and Trade of the City of Pekanbaru and Pekanbaru City Central of Statistics. The feasibility Research business development was examined using the financial aspects. Results of this Research showed that the creative industries sector advertising in the city of Pekanbaru eligible to run and has very good prospects. Four methods used for the calculation of investment feasibility analysis tool with the results of the calculation as follows: NPV (Net Present Value) of Rp. 1706220.088. And business efficiency (B/C ratio Method) of 1.3048, of IRR (Internal Rate of Return) methods obtained an interest rate of 43.66%. These results indicate that the rate of return that is greater than the prescribed rate of interest of 7.3%. While the method of Break Even Point (BEP) is reached at the level of sales of 27.328 m2 or Rp 651,607,543.00.Keywords: Analysis of feasibility, NPV, B / C ratio, IRR, and BEP

Abstract

The study is done in the village kasang subdistrict kuantan mudik regency kuantan singingi .Research is expected could be beneficial as an ingredient of studies and information for next researchers that deals with the same problems and research was beneficial as fikiran contributions and information as well as material consideration for parties who want to develop tourism objects a waterfall guruh gemurai. This research using analysis SWOT. The population in this research was all who did tourism activity in tourism object waterfall guruh gemurai.Sample in this research using methods Accidental Sampling and the sample is 100 respondents. Based on the results of research shows that the analysis SWOT conducted the value of the acquired - weakness: 2,3-0,65 = 1.7 and as a threat: 2,06-0.67 = 1,39.The use of alternative strategies (Strength and Opportunities) in consideration that tourism guruh gemurai have a voice of the waterfall the many and great to be developed, however, has not been optimally be used to develop the tourism waterfall in peals of guruh gemurai to create a strategy of using the power ( strength ) in order to take advantage of the opportunities.Keywords : development strategy, Attraction and analysis SWOT

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the Interest Rate and The Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) Variable to Investment Property Sector in Pekanbaru. The data used in this study was a time series data from 2002 to 2013 were sourced from Bank Indonesia and Agency of city planning (Badan Perencanaan Kota). This study used quantitative research methods, and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 21 software programfor Windows computers. In this study, the independent variable was Interest Rate (X1) and Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) (X2) while the dependent variable was Investment Property Sector in Pekanbaru (Y). This study tested thehypothesis of regression coefficient (coefficient of determination, a significant test concurrent / F test, and the significant individual test / t test). The result showed the variable Interest Rate and Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) at once / simultaneously had a significant influence on the Investment Property Sector in Pekanbaru. The individual test / partial showed that Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) variable acquired that contributes greater than the variable Interest Rate to the Investment Property Sector in PekanbaruKeywords:Interest Rate, Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) and Investment Property Sector in Pekanbaru
