Abstract

Human Resources is very important in an organization, because the effectiveness and success of an organization depends on the quality and performance of existing human resources in the organization. Performance of human resources (members) which will encourage the emergence of employee commitment. Some aspects required and also can determine the level of employee commitment levels PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru is Organizational Culture, Leadership Style. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Styleof Employee Commitment PT. Telkomsel Pekanbaru. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population used is the number of employees of PT. Telkomsel with 134 people. The amount of sample used as many as 100 people. The results showed that there is a positive and significant impact between Organizational Culture, Leadership Styleof Employee Commitment Value coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is equal to 0.546%, or 54.6% mean variation influenced variable changes Employee Commitment Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Supervision by 54.6% and the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Stylesof Leadership, and Employee Commitmen

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Communications, Climate Work, Incentives And Emotional Intelligence Against Morale With Organizational Commitment As an intervening variable On Employee PT.Viebie Pelita Sinar Ujung Batu Rokan Hulu, Riau. In this study there were six variables: Communications (X1), Climate Work (X2), Incentives (X3), Emotional Intelligence (X4) Organizational Commitment (Y1), and Morale (Y2). Population of this research is all employees PT.Viebie Pelita Sinar Ujung Batu with a sample of 38 respondents were selected using census method. Collecting data in this study is done by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using Path Analysis. The results showed that the Work Climate variables, Incentives and Emotional Intelligence direct effect on Morale, while variable Communication does not directly affect Morale and Organizational Commitment also affect morale. Then variables Organizational commitment mediate labor relations climate variables, Incentives and Emotional Intelligence on morale, while variable organizational commitment does not mediate therelationship variable Communication on Morale.Keywords: Communications, Climate Work, Incentives,EmotionalIntelligence,Organizational Commitment ,and Morale

Abstract

This research at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya which reside in Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis, started since March month 2014 till finish. Amount of sampel in this research is counted 90 people or totalize the overall of population. Intake of sampel relied on census method. While to analyse data, writer use doubled linear regression method constructively peripheral of SPSS Version 17.0. Pursuant to result of test of F known that ability variable and facility work by together have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis. Pursuant to result of test of known that ability variable variable and facility work by parsial have an effect on signifikan to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis. Contribution influence of ability variable and facility to employees work productivity part of production at PT. Marita Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis equal to 50.1 %, while the rest 49.9 % influenced by other variable which do not research in this research.Keywords: Productivity, Ability, and Facility.

Abstract

Research purpose is to know the form of networking or network planning, knowing work or activities anything who is critical and to know the probability completion of the village road paving project at Sei Kelelawar at CV. Dita Jaya Lestari in Kuansing. Research in it consists of a single bound namely side variables completion of project like road village ( study at CV. Dita Jaya Lestari in Kuansing) (Y) and three variables free namely critical work (X1), network PERT/CPM (X2), & Probability (X3). Data from this research is time estimation of completion of project like road and three time estimation are optimistic that the time namely, realistic time, and pessimistic time and analysis of data this research using methods Critical Path Method (CPM) and methods project evaluation and review technique (PERT). Based on the data process can be seen that a village road paving project realization Sei Kelelawar in Kuansing greatly exceeds the target and not in accordance with the implementation of planning time, so the time spent in the village road paving project completion Sei Kelelawar in Kuansing is not very optimal, with the value of Z for probability on a day to 113 at 99,9% with a standard deviation is 3,83. This is because too the value of the standard deviation of up to 130 days.Keywords : Completion, Critical Works, Network and Probability.

Abstract

This research was conducted in post-harvest processing centers Riau Kampardistrict in order to determine the number of defective products despite having tobear the cost of high quality , and Improve services and Performing continuousquality control , so that the number of defective products which amount 18851.99kg can be minimized becomes smaller for The next production period .Data were collected with the sample data menganmbil production for 4years in a row from2010-2013, and then performed calculations using formulas SQC (StatisticalQuality Control) .The results of this study prove post-harvest processing centers is still not efficient and effective in performing quality control of smoked fishproduction of catfish because they still do lama.Tentunya is the recommended method for using theSQC (Statistical Quality Control ) , in order to control thequality of smokedcatfish production in the desired achieved .Keywords : Quality Control, Method of SQC, Produce, Processing Patin Salai.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of Government Expenditure on Education and Health Sectors in Riau Province at period 2003-2012 and its effect to the Human Development Index (HDI). The analytical method used was descriptive quantitative by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with secondary data published by BPS and other related organizations. The result shown the Government Expenditure on education and health sectors simultaneously affect the HDI. Government expenditure on education sector of Riau Province has a positive effect but not significant to HDI in the Riau Province. Government expenditure education sector in the whole district of Riau province has a positive and significant effect to HDI in the Riau Province. Government expenditure on health sector of Riau province has a positive and significant effect to HDI in the Riau Province. Government expenditure on health sector in the whole district of Riau province has a negative effect and insignificant to HDI in the Riau Province.Keywords : Human Development Index (HDI), Goverment Expenditure, Education and Health.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru in May 2014 until October 2014. The purpose of this study was to determine how the prospects for business development in the leather shoe industry in Pekanbaru. The data used are primary data and secondary from central bodies and official statistics of industry and trade Pekanbaru city. The method used to analyze data is descriptive quantitative and financial feasibility analysis such as Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Net Benefit Cost Ratio and Internal Rate Of Return. In this study, the population is all businessmen leather shoes in the city of Pekanbaru in 2014/2015 and carried out a census of the technique that is 13 businessmen. From the results of the study with method financial feasibility analysis Net Present Value, the value of business industry leather shoes of 8.449.371 is greater than zero means worthy to be developed. According to the results of the Benefit Cost Ratio obtained the value of 1,01 as well as the results of the calculation of Net Benefit Cost Ratio obtained the value of 1,34 more than zero, means business is worthy to be developed. Then from the results of the Internal Rate Of Return it is known to the rate of 29,68% bigger than interest rate is 16% then it is worthy to be developed. So a leather shoes business in the city of Pekanbaru have a good prospect and deserves to be developed, because it can provide jobs as well as impact to the revenue for that business it self.Keywords: prospect, leather shoes, material, capital, and financial analysis

Abstract

Riau is a province that is actively regional development. The development aims to create a society that is advanced and independent Riau. The conditions need support from the banks, particularly in terms of lending. The purpose of this study was to determine lending rates and gross domestic regional product of the loan portfolio of commercial banks in Riau. The results showed that mortgage interest rates and gross domestic regional product significantly influence the commercial bank lending in Riau. Partially, variable lending rates both working capital loans, investment loans, and consumer loans, has a negative and not significant effect on total loans in Riau. While gross domestic regional product variable has a positive and significant impact on working capital loans, investment credit and consumer loans,. Simultaneously, the variable mortgage interest rates and gross domestic regional product has a significant effect on bank lending of commercial banks in Riau.Keywords: Lending Rates, Gross Domestic Regional Product, Commercial Banks, Riau.

Abstract

This research is purpose to know the influence of raw materials, labor, and machinery for the production of crude palm oil (CPO) and to know which are the most dominant factor of the production of crude palm oil (CPO) in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI south solok. This research used secondary data from monthly time series data of the month of October 2012-December 2014. Methods of analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21.0. The results of test is simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that all independent variables studied had a significant effect on crude palm oil (CPO). Partial regression test (t test) showed that the variables of raw materials and machinery had a positive and significant effect on the variable production of crude palm oil (CPO). And the most dominant variable of production CPO PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI south solok is machinery, technology intensive shows this industry. The magnitude of the effect that the ( by these three variables together against the dependent variables 88,1%, while the remaining 11% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords: Production, raw materials, labor, machine, and Crude Palm Oil (CPO)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of demand for cosmetic products Oriflame in Pekanbaru. The population numbered 287.616 people and a sample of 100 people was determinate by the method slovin. The data used in the secondary and primary. The analysis method use is descriptive analysis using ordinal scale (likert scale) to classify the measured variables in order to avoid errors in determining the outcome of the data. From the results of the testing that has been done , which uses the entire free variable that consumer tastes consisting of branding, packaging and labeling , future expectations , quality , price and the price of other goods that affect people in Pekanbaru in choosing cosmetic products cosmetics Oriflame as they use . From the research that has been carried out that almost all the indicators of consumer tastes variables affect demand for cosmetic products Oriflame seen from the highest score is the quality with a score of 2,040 and the lowest score enough influence is the display / layout with a score of 642. Meanwhile, variable price of goods itself affect the demand for cosmetic products Oriflame with a score of 1490 and other variables also affect the price of goods with a score of 703 , thus it can be concluded that the most influential is the quality that is seen from the highest score to the continuum line.Keywords : Demand, Consumer tastes, Cosmetic, Price, and Price itself.
