Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of total quality management, performance measurement system, system of rewards, motivation and organizational commitment to managerial performance partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted in the hospitality pekanbaru by respondents as many as 150 managers. Data collected through a survey using questionnaires. Questionnaires distributed directly to the manager any hospitality at pekanbaru 150 questionnaires. Spreading was done on August 20, 2016 until August 23, 2016. The questionnaire back as much 79.Metode statistics used to test the hypothesis in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that the total quality management system, performance measurement systems, reward systems and motivation had a significant effect on managerial performance. However to the organization's commitment doesn’t have significant effect on the managerial performance. there are still many limitatios and short comings the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable can only explain by 81%, hence more independent variable are needed. Based on these results, further research are expected to use more independent variables such as leadership style, balanced scorecard, organizational culture and others.Keywords : Management, Performence, Motivation and Commitment

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of organizational commitment, Ethical Orientation Idealism and Ethical Orientation Relativism To Whistleblowing Intention. This study was conducted at all branches PT.Telkomsel in Riau Province. The sampling method that used in this study is purposive sampling. Collecting data of this study using a questionnaire submitted to 150 employees working in all branches of PT.Telkomsel riau province. From questionnaires distributed, 76 questionnaires can be completed and can be processed. Data collected were analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of hypotesis testing conclude that: first, organizational commitment has positif influence toward whistleblowing intention. Second, Ethical Orientation Idealism has positif influence toward whistleblowing intention Third, Ethical Orientation Relativism has negative influence toward whistleblowing intention.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Ethical Orientation Idealism, Ethical Orientation Relativism and Whistleblowing intention

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Pekanbaru City with the object of research is businessman tofu and tempe which are in each district. The purpose of this study was to determine how the industry characteristics of tempe and tofu in Pekanbaru city, and to investigate the impact of rising soybean price to income derived tofu and tempe. Analysis of the data used is descriptive data analysis. Result of research conducted on 37 respondents note that thecharacteristics of the industry tofu in the Pekanbaru city is the industry intensive, is evidenced by the value of CLR highest amounted to only 30,30%, this means that the CLR has little value, so it can be concluded tha the industry tofu and tempe in Pekanbaru city is still quite labor-intensive industries. The increase in soybean prices affect the ability of artisans in the production, including the increase in selling price, lower revenue and a decrease in the operating income, change in shape in the production of tofu and tempe. The increase in soybean price make the revenues of businessman tofu decreased in once the production out of the income of Rp. 54.011.480 million after the price hike on soy tofu income decreased to Rp. 52.550.669. it can be concluded that the increase in soybean prices affect the industry tofu and tempe in Pekanbaru city.Keywords:Price, Soybean, Tofu, Tempe.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of promotion, training, non-physical work environment and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. The population in this research is implementing all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. Sampling techniques total sampling method.Analytical method used is descriptive quantitative methods of analysis. The data used are the primary data and secondary data obtained through the quisitonaires and documentation study of the measurement using the ordinal scale and statistically processed with SPSS program 20.00 for windows. The result of this research show that the promotion variables (), training (), and non-physical work environment (X3) simultaneously positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. Which has indicated by the value of significance 0.000 < 0.05. In a partial can be seen that variable training have influence the most dominant against variable bound satisfaction work are employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. The value of the square = 0.488, adjust r which means 48,8% variable bound described by variable free the remaining 51.2% described by another variable that outside of this research.Keyword : Promotion, Training Non-Physical, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction. Abstract

This studied examines the effect of independent commisaries board, commisaries board size, external auditor reputation, financial reporting risk, leverage, firm size and audit committe characteristic on risk management committe. The sample of this study is 29 of banking companies that listed in BEI period 2012-2014. Analytical techniques used to perform the hypothesis testing is purposive sampling with secondary data. The Data got from website www.idx.com. Data are analyzed using logitic regression method using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 17 version. The results showed variable independent commisaries board had effect on risk management committe with significance value of 0.035 and H1 accepted, commisaries board size had effect on risk management committe with significance value of 0.042 and H2 accepted, external auditor reputation had effect on risk management committe with significance value of 0.013 and H3 accepted, financial reporting risk had effect on risk management committe with significance value of 0.014 and H4 accepted, leverage had not effect on risk management committe with significance value of 0.553 and H5 rejected, firm size had effect on risk management committe with significance value of 0.022 and H6 accepted and audit committe characteristic had effect on risk management committe with significance value of 0.037 and H7 accepted.Keyword : management committee, independent commisaries, commisaries size, external auditor, financial risk, leverage, firm size, audit committe.

Abstract

This reserch aims to examinethe effects of budget participation on managerial performance through budget emphasis, the adequacy of the budget and the perception of innovation as an intervening variablein SKPD Kampar Regency. This study uses primary data. Sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. Nine fields contained in twenty five SKPD that meet the sample criteria has been selected. The analytical method is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 17. The result shows thatbudget emphasis, the adequacy of the budget and the perception of innovation as an intervening variablehave a significant influence on budget participation on managerial performance.Keywords: budget emphasis, the adequacy of the budget, the perception of innovation and budget participation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of the level of education, work experience and placement on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Riau Riau Kepri Cabang Teluk Kuantan. As for the population in this study were all employees of PT.Bank Riau Riau Kepri Cabang Teluk Kuantan totaling 55 employees. While the sampling is done by making all employees as a sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test shows that the level of education, work experience and placements influence on the performance of employees, while the partial test showed that the level of education, work experience and placement partial effect on the performance of employees. Employee performance needs to be optimized to the planned objectives can be achieved. For that is expected to the leading companies that pay attention to the harmony of communication that exists among employees at work. For example, by giving more work done in groups so that communication among employees can be properly maintained. Thus employees are expected to work with the maximum. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there was a shift in the economic structure of the district Upstream Indragiri years 2000-2013. This study uses secondary data by collecting data by recording directly necessary data, both went to the Office of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Riau Province and Upstream Indragir and undertakes a review of the literature, including books, journals, print media and scientific reports , Methods of data analysis using the Shift Share Analysis Classical and Shift Share Analysis modification of Esteban-Marquilass. The results of this study indicate that the economic structure of Upstream Indragiri district in 2000-2013 began to experience transformation from the primary sector to the secondary and tertiary sectors, although the level of friction is relatively small, but the structure of the economy from year to year, the agricultural sector still provides a major contribution to total GDP District Upstream Indragiri overall. Economic sectors in the district Upstream Indragiri yet has two advantages at once, but there are economic structures which have one of the two advantages, namely the sectors of processing industry and sector of electricity, gas and water supply with a competitive advantage, while the agricultural sector and the mining sector has the advantage of specialization.Keywords :Transformation structure, GDRP, Shift Share, Base Sector, Government Policy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of sand mining operations and mine owners to the family income the village Petapahan Tapung subdistrict Kampar district and to determine whether sand mining in the village Petapahan Tapung subdistrict Kampar district is able to release the mine owners family from poverty. The method used in this research in using the Sign Test analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis method. To complete this study, the author uses primary data obtained by direct communication with the respondent that the sand mine owners in the village Petapahan Tapung subdistrict Kampar district, and secondary data. The sample population is sand mine owner in the village Petapahan Tapung subdistrict Kampar district. Samples ware taken using census sampling method is sampling technique when all the population used as a sample as many as 52 heads of family of mine owners. Of the results of research conducted, shows that sand mining activities have a positive impact on revenue Petapahan mine owners in the village Tapung subdistrict Kampar district. Average income of mine owners before making sand mining activities amounted Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month, while the average total income after sand mining operations is amounted Rp 27.314.288 – Rp 30.542.859 per month, mine owners in sand Petapahan village subdistrict Tapung are people above the poverty line. Fixed income Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.Keywords: Sand mining, income, and poverty
