Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of company size, profitability, board size, firm age on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The sample used in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014. The data used in this research is secondary data. The collection of data by the method of documentation, which is a means used to obtain data in the form of annual reports published by the companies sampled in the period 2014 on the website of the Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) by tracking the company's annual report were selected to be sampled research. As a guide then use the check-list or a list of questions yangt contains items responsibility disclosure sosial.Metode analysis of this study using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables company size, profitability, board size has no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility at a significant level (α)> 0.05, whereas the life of a significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility at the (α ) <0.05. Results ajusted R-Square-test of independent variables on the dependent variable was 42.1% While the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Size, profitability, Commissioners, age, and Corporate social responsibility

Abstract

This research conducted to analyze The Influence of Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Nurse Organizational Commitment (Study at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.) There are independent variables in this research such as Transformasional Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3) and Nurse Organizational Commitment (Y) as dependent variabel. The population of this study were nurse at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru and total sample were 108 peoples. Multiple regression method are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 21. The result of this research shows that Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction both simultaneously and partially had effects with Nurse Organizational Commitment at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.. Organization Culture were dominant factor towards Nurse Organizational Commitment. The expectation of this research is Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru should improve Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction among nurse in order to improve Nurse Organizational Commitment.Keywords: Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Nurse Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of tax fairness, tax rates, tax discrimination and information technology to taxpayer’s perception of tax evasion (tax evasion). The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer conducting business with a turnover under 4.8 billion per year and listed on KPP Pratama Senapelan Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the determination of the number of samples in this study are calculated through a formula slovin obtained by 100 respondents. Data of this study uses primary data directly through questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 20. The data were analyzed to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis approach. Results of research conducted showed tax fairness has effect on the perception of tax evasion , the tax rate has no effect, tax discrimination has no effect, and information technology has no effect on the perception of tax evasion (tax evasion) in sig. t <0.05.Keywords: Tax Fairness, Tax Rates, Tax Discrimination, Information Technology, Perception Tax Evasion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of interest rate bi rate, money supply and balance of payments on the exchange rate in 2006-2015. This study uses secondary data types. secondary data obtained from agencies involved in the research. methods of analysis in this research is quantitative descriptive, using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the partial interest rate bi rate positive and significant effect on the exchange rate obtained from Tcount 3.397 > Ttable 2.447 and 0.015 significance or probability below 0.05, the money supply is positive and significant impact on the rupiah yangdidapat of Tcount 7,680 > 2,447 Ttabel with significant value 0,000 or probability below 0.05, the balance of payments and no significant negative effect on the exchange rate obtained from Tcount -0908 < Ttabel 2.447 to 0.399 or the probability of a significant value above 0.05, and simultaneous bi-rate interest rates, money supply and the sheer number of balance of payments effect on the exchange rate obtained on the value of F 21.406 > F table 4.76, with significant value 0.001 < 0.05. the most dominant variable in this study is a variable amount of money in circulation. Based on the value of the adjusted R-square is 0872. This means that changes in the exchange rate were able to be explained by the variable interest rate bi rate, money supply and balance of payments amounted to 87.2% and the remaining 12.8% is determined by other factors.Keywords : BI Rate Interest Rate, The Amount Of Money Supply, Balance Of Payments and Exchange Rate

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the gross domestic product, the BI rate, and inflation on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia 2006-2015. The study consists of three independent variables (gross domestic product, the BI rate, and inflation) and one dependent variable (foreign direct investment). Foreign direct investment is the international flow of capital from a country where the company is establishing or expanding a company in another country. The data used are annual data from 2006-2015. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20.0. The research results obtained are GDP, BI rate, and inflation together (simultaneously) the effect on foreign direct investment with significance level of 5%. Partially BI rate has a negative effect on foreign direct investment, while the variable GDP and inflation partially positive effect on foreign direct investment. Variation factors that influence foreign direct investment is explained by GDP, the BI rate, and inflation together influential amounted to 98.0% (R2 = 0.98), while the remaining 2.0% is explained by other variables not included in this research. Between the three variables (GDP, BI rate, and inflation), the variable GDP and inflation have a significant effect on foreign direct investment.Keywords : Foreign Direct Investment, GDP, BI rate, Inflation

Abstract

This research was conducted on Auditor Office of Inspectorate of Bengkalis Regency with the aim to know the influence of variable Competence, Integrity and Independence to Quality Audit Study At Auditor Office Inspectorate Bengkalis This research uses primary data that is data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees Auditor Office Inspectorate of Bengkalis Regency. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure of the population in this study are all employees of the Inspectorate Auditor Office of Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 13 people and sampled. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have been done, Partial Test (Test-t) indicates that the variable Competence, Integrity and Independence significantly influence the Quality Audit. The result of calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,711 or equal to 71,1% which means, variable of Competence, Integrity and Independence together influence to Audit Quality, while the rest 22,9% influenced by other variables not examined in research this.Keyword : Competence, Integrity, Independence and Quality Audit

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Reference Group on Lifestyle and Decision of Purchasing Hijab Rabbani in Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the consumer Hijab Rabbani in Pekanbaru in 2017. Sampling technique using purposive sampling to obtain the number of research samples as much as 100 respondents. Data analysis was done by path analysis processed with SPSS program version 18.0. From the results of tests that have been done is known that there is direct influence of the reference group on lifestyle and purchasing decisions. There is a direct influence of Lifestyle on purchasing decisions. And there is an indirect influence of the reference Group on the purchase decision of Hijab Rabbani in Pekanbaru which is a lifestylemediated one. It is expected to the company to see other opportunities that are not from friends or family of consumers because consumers in buying hijab not fully follow family and friends relatives and companies more convincing consumers with the quality of goods offered and affordable prices so that customers will have full interest in buying Hijab RabbaniKeywords : Reference Group, Lifestyle and Decision Purchasing

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of money supply, and BI rate on Exchange rate in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data in from of time series data that obtained from “Statistik Ekonomi Keuangan Indonesia”and “Badan Pusat Statistik” during the period of 2005 until 2014. An amperial analysis is carried out by using quantitive methode of multiple linear regression with 5% level of significant. The variable in this reserch are Indonesia Exchange Rate (as dependent variable), money supply and BI rate (as independent variables). The results show that money supply (M2) are significantly and positive impact on exchange rate . It can be seen from the value of the t statistic> t table is 4.655161 > 2.36462, with a probability value of 0.0023 <α (0.05). Mean while the BI Rate is significantly and positively impact on exchange rate. It can be seen from the value of the t statistic> t table is 3.167523 > 2.36462. with a probability value of 0.0158 <α (0.05). The finding in this research suggests money supply and BI Rate give dominant impact on exchange rate in indonesia. Goverment and related agencies, especially Bank Indonesia as policy maker must be carefully understood with those variables in order that they can control exchange rate variable and maintaining economic stability in order to avoid exchange rate fluctuation.Keywords : Money Supply, BI Rate and Exchange Rate

Abstract

This research aimed to analysze Endorser Credibility, Add Creativity on Purchase Intention and Buying Decision, research applied on consumer Yamaha Jupiter MX in Pekanbaru City.This research consists of four variables: the dependent variable, one intervening variable and two independent variables. They are Buying decision (Y2), Purchase Intention (Y1), Add Creativity (X2), and Endorser Credibility (X1). This research was conducted using a sample of 140 people. This research used purposive sampling, based on respondents who pass the criteria to fill in the questionnaire. In terms of data analysis, this research used path analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Endorser Credibility, Add Creativity significant positive effect on Purchase Intention. Endorser Credibility, Add creativity and Purchase Intention have significant positive effect on Buying Decision. Endorser Credibility and Add Creativity Influence buying decisions are moderated by Purchase Intention.Keyword : Endorser Credibility, Add Creativity, Purchase Intention, Buying Decesion.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the are of staffing (BKD) Riau Province Jl. Cut Nyak Dien Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of career development, organizational climate and self efficacy against partially employee job satisfaction and simultaneous on the Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province as well to find out which variables are the most significant influence on job satisfaction employees on Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province. The population of the research was 69 employees at the Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province with model census sampling. Variable used is the research career development, organizational climate and self eficacy as independent variable and job satisfaction of employees as the dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis was aided by 20 SPPS of windows. The results of this study concluded that variables career development, organizational climate and self partially and simultaneous efficacy have significant influence towards job satisfaction employees of Staffing Agency Area (BKD) Riau Province. Where is the most dominant factors influencing job satisfaction factor is climate of the organization. The research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (test f) shows the free variable examined is variables examined is variable for career development, organizational climate and self eficacy have significant influence towards the dependent variable employee job satisfaction.Keywords : career development, organizational Climate and Self Efficacy and Job Satisfaction
