Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of labor force participation, especially married women in the trade sector in Pekanbaru City. In this study, obtained from questionnaires and several direct interviews with related parties (respondents) and matters related to this research variable, namely the respondent's education level, husband's income and number of family members. By using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the R square value is 0.70, which means that 70% of the labor force participation of married women in the trade sector is influenced by the respondent's education level, husband's income and number of family members, while 30% is influenced by other variables. Simultaneous regression (mutually) of the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable. Partially the variables of respondent education, husband's income and number of family members have a positive and significant effect on the level of labor force participation of married women in the trade sector in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Married women labor force participation, trade sector, respondent education, husband's income, number of family members.

Abstract

The role of the industrial sector in regional economic development is able to produce goods and services with higher added value in a variety of certain commodities. In the processing industry, wood is one of the widely used raw materials. With the use of wood as raw materials and in accordance with its purpose wood can be used as decorative, functional and structural. One of the wood processed products that are widely used as industrial and trade needs is wooden pallet products. SiakHulu district is one of the areas in Kampar kabuaten with a pallet industry that is superior. this study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the production of wooden pallet industry in District SiakHulu Kampar Regency. The data used is primary data obtained from 5 timber pallet industries located in SiakHulu District and secondary data obtained from BPS and SiakHulu Sub-District Office. This study used multiple linear regression analysis methods to measure the influence of free variables on bound variables. The results of this study showed that variable capital, raw materials, labor, and technology have a significant effect on the production of wooden pallet industry in SiakHulu District. The dominant variable affecting production in the wooden pallet industry is the raw material variable.Keywords: Capital, Raw Materials, Labor, Technology, Production

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of E-money and Card-Based Payment Instruments (APMK) against the supply money in Indonesia period 2013-2019. The data used in this research is time series data from 2013 to 2019, obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI). The independent variables in this study is emoney (X1), credit cards (X2) and debit cards (X3), while the dependent variable is the supply money (Y). This research uses a quantitative method, and uses multiple linear analysis models with the help of the SPSS 24 computer program (Product Solutions and Statistics Services) for Windows. The research results obtained that e-money does not have a significant effect on the money supply (M1), credit cards have a negative and not significant effect on the money supply (M1), whereas debit cards have a significant positive effect on the money supply (M1).Keywords: electronic money, credit cards, debit cards, payment amounts (m1)

Abstract

This research aims to know the strategy of small business development of brick in the future. The population is a total of 6 businesses with census methods. Variables in the research are raw materials, marketing, human resources and technology. Technical analysis of the data used is using SWOT analysis. In the results of the study showed small brick industry in Pekanbaru City is in the position of SWOT Matrix Quadrant 1 which means the right strategy for the brick industry in Pekanbaru City is a strategy to grow and build (Growth and Build) to produce the most precise strategy then further analyzed by using internal matrix and external matrix and the result of small brick industry in Pekanbaru City is in the intermediate position in cell 5 namely growth and stability so that the right strategy is the development of Product market and market penetration.Keywords: strategy, SWOT analysis, brick industry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of education and investment on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. The type of data used is secondary data, the method of collecting data is the method of documentation. The data used is time series data for the 2006-2019 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the level of education and investment simultaneously affect the level of increasing unemployment. Partially the level of education has a negative and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate and investment has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate.Keyword : Level od education, Investment, unemployment rate

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology has made the internet a medium that is not only used for communication, but also as a medium for shopping. Online shopping activities have become an activity that is commonly carried out by various groups, especially young people who are currently dominated by Generation Z. There are several things that play a role when consumers want to decide to purchase goods or services online. There are including the online shop’s website quality, the risk that consumers perceived as well as the trust that consumers have.This study aims to determine how much influence the things that can affect Consumer Trust and Online Purchasing Decisions on Generation Z in Pekanbaru City. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The study used 100 people classified as Generation Z in Pekanbaru City as respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling Technique. The method used is explanatory research with data analysis test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis as a flow of data testing. Data testing is assisted by the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the Website Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust and Online Purchasing Decisions. Perception of Risk has a negative and insignificant effect on Consumer Trust, but has a positive and significant effect on Online Purchasing Decisions. Consumer Trust has a positive and insignificant influence on Online Purchasing Decisions and there is no significant influence between Website Quality and Risk Perception on Online Purchasing Decisions through Consumer Trust.Keywords : Website Quality, Persepsi Risiko, Kepercayaan Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian Online, Generasi Z

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work motivation on job satisfaction and its implications on the performance of RSIA Norfa Husada employees in Bangkinang City.The population of this study were all employees of RSIA Norfa Husada in Bangkinang City, totaling 55 people. The sample determination in this study was using the census technique. This means that the entire population is sampled. Therefore the number of samples in this study was 55 people. The types of data used are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results of the study show that competence has an effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance, competence indirectly affects employee performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of the BI Rate, the Money Supply (M2) and Exchange Rate have on Direct Investment in Indonesia. This study uses independent variables consisting of the BI Rate, Money Supply (M2) and Exchange Rates, with the dependent variable being direct investment. The data used in this study are annual data from 2000-2019. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and analyzed in the long and short term with an error correction model (ecm) which is processed using E-Views version 11. The test results show that the short-term Money Supply (M2) has a significant positive effect on Direct Investment in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the exchange rate in the long term and short term has a significant positive effect on direct investment in Indonesia. In addition, the value obtained from adjusted R ^ 2 is 90.95% in the long term and 74.72% in the short term.Keywords:BI Rate, Money Supply, Exchange Rate and Direct Investment

Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the effect of ethic on budgetary slack. (2) the effect of organizational commitment on budgetary slack. (3) the influence of budget emphasis on budgetary slack on the organization of the city apparatus in Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of all OPD cities in Pekanbaru. A sample of 120 respondents. The respondent is a budget management apparatus, namely the head of the regional apparatus organization as the user of the budget, the head of the finance, and the sub of programming at each regional apparatus organization as many as 43 regional apparatus organizations in the city of Pekanbaru. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents. This research uses multiple linear analysis method with SPSS version 22. The results of this study showed that : 1)Ethic had affect on budgetary slack, 2)Organizational Commitment had no affect on budgetary slack, and 3)Budget Emphasis had effect on budgetary slack in Pekanbaru City Organizations (OPD).Keywords: Ethic, Organizational Commitment, Budget Emphasis, Budgetary Slack

Abstract

This studied aims to analyze the influence of profesionalism, experience and motivation on audit quality. The objects of this research are all the auditor has worked at Kantor Akuntan Publik at Pekanbaru, Padang and Batam City. The data were analyzed by linear regression method and SPSS program version versi 17. The variable under study is audit quality as dependent variables and profesionalism, experience and motivation as independent variables. The results of the study show that profesionalism has an influence affect on audit quality with a significance value of 0,010, experience has an influence affect on audit quality with significance value of 0,004 and motivation has an influence affect on audit quality with significance value of 0.000, The results of this study also show that the coefficient of Adjusted R Square is 79,4%. Each independent variable, giving a strong influence on the dependent variable, meaning that the independent variable can explain dependent variable well. While the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the regression model is not included in this study.Keywords: Audit Quality, Profesionalism, Experience, Motivation
