Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of goodwill and intellectual capital on the market value and financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample selection method was carried out by purposive sampling, namely the method of selecting samples with certain criteria. Samples that meet the criteria are 39 companies with an observation period of 3 years, so the number of samples to be studied is 117 companies. The data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results show that goodwill (X1) has an effect on market value (Y1) with a significance value of 0.019 < 0.05. Goodwill (X1) has an effect on the company's financial performance (Y2) with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Intellectual capital (X2) has an effect on market value (X1) with a significance value of 0.038 <0.05. While intellectual capital (X2) has no effect on the company's financial performance (Y2) with a significance value of 0.236 > 0.05.Keywords: Goodwill, Intellectual Capital, Market Value, and Company Financial Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the right development strategy to be applied to the creative cafe & restaurant industry in Pekanbaru City. The population and sample used in this study were 72 cafes & restaurants. The analytical tool method used in this research is descriptive method and SWOT analysis in order to find out the constraints faced by the cafe & restaurant industry and provide appropriate alternative strategies for the cafe & restaurant industry in Pekanbaru. The results showed that the analytical methods used were EFAS matrix, IFAS matrix, and IE matrix. Based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the cafe & restaurant industry in the city of Pekanbaru is in a position of growth where the strategy of concentration through horizontal integration. This means that the strategy adopted is more defensive, which is to avoid losing sales and losing profits so an SO strategy needs to be applied. In implementing the SO strategy, the cafe & restaurant industry in Pekanbaru City needs to prioritize the application of strategies to expand markets and improve product quality supported by technological developments, strategies to utilize strategic cafe & restaurant locations to make it easier for people to recognize products and be easily visited by the community, strategies utilize cheap prices and add menu variants to increase industrial activities so that the products offered are more varied and attract many visitors.Keywords: Cafe & Resto Industry, SWOT Analysis, IE Matrix

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, information asymmetry, budget emphasis, and clarity of budget targets on budget gaps in the OPD of the Indragiri Hulu Regency Government. The population in this study is the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in Indragiri Hulu Regency totaling 30 OPD consisting of the secretariat, Inspectorate, Agency, Service. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires given to 90 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that Budget Participation, Information Asymmetry, Budget Emphasis, and Clarity of Budget Targets have a significant effect on Budgetary Gaps.Keywords: Budget Participation, Information Asymmetry, Budget Emphasis, Clarity of Budget Targets, Budgetary Gaps.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the factors that affect the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports. The factors tested in this study were the application of government accounting standards, human resource competencies, internal control systems, and work experience. The source of data used in this study is primary data and data collection is carried out directly using a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all OPD in Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaling 22 OPD. The total sample of this study was 110 respondents which consisted of the head of SKPD, secretary, head of the finance sub- section, revenue treasurer and expense treasurer with the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Reasons to use purposive sampling because the information to be taken is based on a source that is deliberately selected based on predetermined criteria. Data analysis using multiple linear regression which was processed with the help of SPSS version 25.00 program. The results of this study indicate that the application of government accounting standards, human resource competencies, and internal control systems have a significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports. While Work Experience does not significantly affect the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports.Keywords: Implementation of Government Accounting Standards, Human Resources Competene, Internal Control System, and Work Experience

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Interest Rate (BI Rate), and Exchange Rate have on the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, in Indonesia. This study uses independent variables consisting of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Interest Rate (BI Rate), and Exchange Rate with the dependent variable is Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR). The data used in this study is annual data from 2001-2019. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and processed using SPSS Version 24. The test results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) while the interest rate (BI rate) has a significant negative effect and the exchange rate has a positive effect. significant to Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR)Keywords : Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Interest Rate (BI Rate), and Exchange Rate

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of Total Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance and product quality. The population in this study includes all the employees at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama. Primary data was collected by questionaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is using path analysis (path analysis). The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique (118 employees at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama). The result showed that: (1). Total Quality Management (TQM) to have a significant positive to employee performance, (2).Total Quality Management (TQM) to have a significant positive to product quality, (3).employee performance to have significant positive to product quality, and (4). Abstract

Transportation is a major component in living and living systems, government systems, and social systems. The socio-demographic conditions of the region have an influence on the transportation performance in the region. The level of population density will have a significant influence on the ability of transportation to serve the needs of the community. In urban areas, the trend is a high population growth due to birth rates and urbanization. The level of urbanization has implications for the increasingly dense population which directly or indirectly reduces the competitiveness of regional transportation (Susantoro, 2004).This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the growth of two-wheeled motorized vehicles in Pekanbaru City 2011-2019. The population of this study is Population Growth, Economic Growth, and Road Conditions in Pekanbaru City 2011-2019 from the BPS Riau Province and the Riau Provincial Transportation Service. Data analysis is one of the stages of research activities in the form of the process of compiling and managing data. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis method. While the analytical tool used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of SPSS Software Version 23 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that population has a positive effect on the number of growth of twowheeled vehicles, economic growth has a positive effect on the number of growth of two-wheeled vehicles and the length of the road has no effect on the number of growth of two-wheeled vehicles.Keywords : Economic Growth (X.1), Population (X.2), Road Length (X.3), Motor Vehicle Growth (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect and significance of the debit card/ATM and e-money against the money supply in Riau province. The data used in this research is time series secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Error Correction Model (ECM) technique which aims to find the long-term and short-term balance regression equation and whether or not a model is consistent between the independent and dependent variables studied and calculated using E-views application software 10. The results showed that debit cards and electronic money had no and significant effect on money supply in the long and short term.Keywords: Debit card, e-money and money supply

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Patron Client system of sago farmers' income in Merbau District, Meranti Islands Regency The population of this research was 89 people who did patron client to sago farmers, and the sample was taken using the census sample method, that is, all the people who carried out the patron client were sampled. The type of data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, questionnaire techniques, and documentation techniques. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative using income formulas The results of this study illustrate the Patron Client System of Sago Farmers' Revenue in Merbau District, Kepulauan Meranti Regency. difference from Production Sectors. and the second system of Harvesting of this system is also different in each Toke in receiving purchases of crops by the owner of the sago plantation land, there are those who buy by way of the Petitioners and there are also Pertuals, with details of the costs purchased by each Toke vary. Based on the Patron Client, the income between the Sago Farmers and Toke Land Owners can be concluded that the size of the Land Ownership and Toke Income is in accordance with the size of the dependents of each Land Owner in his Toke Land. The dependents issued by the Land Owner are greater than the Toke dependents, so that the Income obtained by the Land Owner is smaller than the Toke income in Merbau Subdistrict, Kepulauan Meranti Regency.Keyword: Patron Client System, Sago Patani Revenue

Abstract

The rapid emergence of the cafe industry today has brought a new impact on consumers' lifestyles. One of the cafes in Pekanbaru City is Er coffee. This study aims to examine the effect of Customer Experience and Store Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at Er coffee Pekanbaru. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The number of samples taken as many as 114 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Customer Experience variable and the Store Atmosphere variable had a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable, the Customer Experience variable and the Store Atmosphere variable had a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable, the Customer Satisfaction variable had a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable, as well as the Customer Experience variable and the variable Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.Keywords : Customer Experience, Store Atmosphere, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.
