Abstract

This study was conducted at the Zainab Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA)Pekanbaru and the purpose of this study was to find out how teamwork influencesemployee job satisfaction, to find out how employee job satisfaction, to find outhow involvement and empowerment influence employees and to find out whichTotal Quality Management (TQM) variable is the most dominant in the jobsatisfaction of the Zainab Pekanbaru Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA)employees. The population is the Zainab Pekanbaru Mother and Child Hospital(RSIA) employees, totaling 250 people using the slovin formula which makes asample of 154 employees. This study was analyzed using multiple linearregression analysis. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there isa significant influence between teamwork on job satisfaction and betweencontinuous improvement on job satisfaction because the value of tcount is greaterthan ttable. Furthermore, the involvement and empowerment of employees affectjob satisfaction, because the value of tcount is greater than ttable. Simultaneouslythere is a significant influence between teamwork, continuous improvement,employee involvement and empowerment on job satisfaction at the Zainab Motherand Child Hospital (RSIA) Pekanbaru because the fcount value is greater than theftable. It is known that all independent variables, namely teamwork, continuousimprovement, the involvement of employees jointly contribute to employee jobsatisfaction at Zainab Pekanbaru Mother and Child Hospital (RSIA) of 40.90%.This means that teamwork, continuous improvement, involvement andempowerment of employees affect job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the coefficient of variation of thestock portfolio on the IDX GROWTH30 and JII 70 indices during the periodAugust 2020 - July 2021 using the Markowitz model. The research method used inthis study is a comparative method. This study uses secondary data. Thepopulation in this study are 10 stocks that are members of the IDX GROWTH30and JII 70 indexes on the IDX for the period August 2020 - July 2021. Thesampling method uses purposive sampling technique, obtained 16 stocks from theIDX GROWTH30 index and 58 stocks from JII 70. Statistical analysis used in thisstudy is the data normality test, while the hypothesis testing used is the MannWhitney Test and data processing using LINGO software, SPSS 26.0 andMicrosoft Excel as auxiliary tools. The test results in this study indicate that thereare differences in the coefficient of variation of the stock portfolio between theIDX GROWTH30 index and the JII 70 index. Then there are 7 stocks that make upthe optimal portfolio of IDX GROWTH30 and 14 stocks that make up the portfolioon the JII 70 index. Keywords: Optimal portfolio, Markowitz Model, IDXG index 30, JII index 70,Minimize risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1) there is an effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 2) there is an effect of training on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 3) there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at a general hospital. Mandau area. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with primary data derived from questionnaire respondents, which amounted to 148 respondents. The location of this research was carried out at the Mandau general hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To determine the size of the sample taken from the population, the researcher uses the formula proposed by Slovin in Mustafa (2010) with a 95% confidence level with a value of e = 5%. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 2) there is a positive and significant influence on training on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 3) there is a positive and significant influence on the environment. work on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital.Keywords : Work Motivation, Training Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the local government accounting systemimplementation, reporting system, and compliance with laws and regulations on theperformance accountability of local government institutions. The data used in this studyis primary data using the questionnaire method. The questionnaire method is to distributea list of question (questionnaires) that will be answered and answered by therespondents, namely the parties who carry out the function of the head of the section inthe local government. The research sample was 90 people. The hypothesis is used usingmultiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the applicationof the local government accounting system has an positive effect on the accountability ofthe performance of government institutions. The reporting system positive effects theaccountibility of the performance of local government institutions, and compliance withlaws and regulations positive effects the accountability of the performance of localgovernment institutions.Key words: implementation of local government accounting systems, reporting systems,compliance with laws and regulations, accountability for performance oflocal government institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation on businessperformance with competitive advantage as mediation variable at boba drinkenterprise in Pekanbaru City. The population of study included all boba drinkenterprise in Pekanbaru City were 83 units and the samples were 69 units, it’sbased on Slovin formula. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLSversion 3 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Innovationproduct had positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; 2)Innovation product had positive and significant effect on business performance;3) Competitive advantage had positive and significant effect on businessperformance; 4) Innovation product had positive and significant effect onbusiness performance throughwork competitive advantage. Keyword: Innovation Product, Competitive Advantage, Business Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture on turnover intention in employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes employees of the finance accounting, mechanics and marketing divisions at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, totaling 85 people.Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method. The results showed that: 1) Job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, 2) organizational commitment had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru, 3) organizational culture had a negative effect. and significant on turnover inetntion of employees of PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. 4) Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant effect on turnover intention in employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of professionalism and independence on job satisfaction and audit quality at the Bengkalis Regency Inspectorate. The population in this study were 40 employees at the Bengkalis Inspectorate, all of which were used as samples with saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using path analysis using Warp.PLS software version 7.0. The results of the study concluded that professionalism and independence as well as job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on audit quality at the Bengkalis Regency Inspectorate. Then employee job satisfaction is able to fully mediate the influence between professionalism and independence on audit quality at the Bengkalis Regency Inspectorate. Based on the results of the path analysis, it is known that 14% of professionalism can directly explain the variance of audit quality, independence can explain 20% of the variance, while job satisfaction can explain up to 38% of the audit quality variance. R square analysis on audit quality which is influenced by professionalism, independence, and job satisfaction is 43% with moderate strength category, Q square understanding of taxation is 0.430 which means that professionalism, independence, and job satisfaction are able to predict the value of audit quality well.Keywords: Independence, job satisfaction, audit quality, professionalism, inspectorate

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and workenvironment on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Kuala EnokCustomer Service Unit Indragiri Hilir. The population in this study were employees of PTPLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Kuala Enok Indragiri Hilir, as many as 108people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely 50 officeemployees. Sources of data used are primary data collected by distributingquestionnaires as research instruments. and the analysis tool is multiple linear regressionanalysis through the SPSS For Windows 25 program. With employee performance as thedependent variable and three independent variables, namely work discipline, workmotivation, and work environment. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Workdiscipline has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work motivation has asignificant effect on employee performance and 3) Work environment has a significanteffect on employee performance. Keyword : Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment, EmployeePerformance

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the work environment and compensation onemployee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at theregional drinking water company Tirta Kampar. The population in this study wereall employees in 2021 as many as 111 people. The number of samples in this studywas carried out by means of a saturated sampling technique (census), which madeall members of the population a sample, so that the number of samples that becamethe object of this study were 111 employees. The data analysis method used is pathanalysis using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study found that the workenvironment and compensation had a significant effect on employee workdiscipline. Then the work environment, compensation and work discipline have asignificant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environmentand compensation have a significant effect on employee performance through workdiscipline. As much as 88.1% of the research model can be explained by thevariables used in the study. Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline and Performance

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a way to maximize the performance of an organization that involves human resources and available capital for patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression test. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) which includes a focus on customers, system improvement, as well as involvement and empowerment on the performance of nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were all nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 73 respondents from the population. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument. To test the hypothesis in this study, IE by using multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management which consists of variables focused on customers, improvement of the cooperation system, and employee involvementand empowerment has a positive and significant effect on performance. is 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.
