Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership (X1), Compensation (X2),and Workload (X3) on Job Satisfaction (Y) employees of the sales division at PTAgung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru. The population of study included allemployees of the sales division at PT Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbar was 35people and the sampling technique was saturation sampling. Primary wascollected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research. Linearregression analysis used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1)Leadership had positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction employees ofthe sales division at PT Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru; 2) Compensationhad positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction employees of the salesdivision at PT Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru; 3) Workload had negativebut not significant effect on Job Satisfaction employees of the sales division at PTAgung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru; 4) Leadership Compensation, andWorkload simultaneously effect on Job Satisfaction employees of the salesdivision at PT Agung Automall SM. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1. Work discipline has a significant effecton job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has a significant effect on jobsatisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect on work performance, 4.Work environment has a significant effect on job performance, 5. Job satisfactionwork work has a significant effect on work performance, 6. Work discipline has asignificant effect on job performance through job satisfaction, 7. Workenvironment has a significant effect on job performance through job satisfaction.The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with datacollection through observation, interviews, and questionnaire methods. Data wereobtained by distributing questionnaires related to work discipline, workenvironment, work performance and job satisfaction to 30 respondents. Dataanalysis technique in this research was partial least square using smartPLS 4application version 4.0.7.8. The results of this study indicate that 1. Workdiscipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has asignificant effect on job satisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect onwork performance, 4. Work environment has no significant effect on workperformance, 5. Job satisfaction has an effect significant effect on workperformance, 6. Work discipline has no significant effect on achievement throughjob satisfaction, 7. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax, tunneling incentive, profitability andfirm size on transfer pricing decisions. This population of this study is MiningCompany listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2021 period.The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The sampleselected in this study was 8 companies and selected based on predetermined criteria. Thedata analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The result of the study show thattax and tunneling incentive has positive effect on transfer pricing decisions partially.Meanwhile, profitability and firm size have no effect on transfer pricing decisions. Key words:Tax, Tunneling Incentive, Profitability, Firm Size, TransferPricing Decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal,employee empowerment on organizational commitment through employee job satisfactionat PT. Siak Capital. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data wasobtained by interviewing a sample of 62 employees. Hypothesis Testing Using PathAnalysis Model (Path Analysis). The results of this study indicate that there is a positiveeffect of performance appraisal on organizational commitment, there is a positiveinfluence of employee empowerment on organizational commitment, there is a positiveinfluence of performance appraisal on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of jobsatisfaction on organizational commitment, there is a positive influence of empowermentemployees on job satisfaction, greater direct effect of performance appraisal onorganizational commitment through job satisfaction than the direct effect, greater directinfluence of employee empowerment on organizational commitment through jobsatisfaction than direct influence.Keywords:Performance Assessment, Employee Empowerment, OrganizationalCommitment, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan (X1), Motivasi (X2), dan Kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y) Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 140 orang dan untuk pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja; 4) Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the following: (1) the effect of tax incentives on taxpayer compliance, (2) the effect of tax service quality on taxpayer compliance, (3) the effect of the implementation of e-filing on taxpayer compliance, and (4) awareness tax on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were MSME taxpayers registered at the KPP Pratama Solok City. In this study, using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that the variables of tax incentives, service quality of the tax authorities, the implementation of e-filing and tax awareness had an effect on MSME taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Tax Incentives, Quality Fiscal Service, Implementation of E-filing, Tax Awareness, Taxpayer Compliance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media and e-WOM onpurchasing decisions through interest in buying UMKM Ayam Geprek productsin the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study was the entire Pekanbarucommunity who knew, had used or were currently buying UMKM Ayam Geprekproducts, both men and women, totaling 105 people. Primary data was collectedby using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to testthe hypothesis in this study using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of theSPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the NonProbality Sampling technique where sampling is carried out on the basis ofcertain objectives or considerations. The results of this study indicate that: 1)there is a positive and significant effect of Social Media on interest in buyingUMKM Ayam Geprek products in the city of Pekenbaru, 2) there is a positive andsignificant effect on e-WOM on interest in buying UMKM Ayam Geprek productsin the city of Pekanbaru, 3) there is a positive influence and significant SocialMedia on purchasing decisions for UMKM Ayam Geprek products in the city ofPekanbaru, 4) there is a positive and significant influence on e-WOM onpurchasing decisions for UMKM Ayam Geprek products in Pekanbaru City, 5)there is a positive and significant influence on buying interest on purchasingdecisions for UMKM Ayam Geprek products in Pekanbaru City, 6 ) there is apositive and significant effect of Social Media on purchasing decisions throughbuying interest as an intervening variable for UMKM Ayam Geprek products inthe city of Pekanbaru, 7) there is a positive and significant influence on e-WOMon purchasing decisions through buying interest as an intervening variable forUMKM Ayam Geprek products in the city of Pekanbaru. Keywords: Social Media, e-WOM, Purchase Interest, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work stress, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant influence on turnover intention of employees of PT. Kampar male kunango. The population in this study includes all employees at PT. Kampar Male Kunango. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The sample collection technique that has been selected is the solvin formula (115 employees at PT. Kunango Jantan Kampar). The results showed that job stress, organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a significant effect on turnover intention, organizational culture had a significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction had no significant effect on turnover intention.keywords: job stress, organizational culture, job satisfaction, turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) inimproving the welfare of the people of Teluk Papal Village, Bantan District,Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study included all the people of TelukPapal Village, Bantan District, totaling 655 people. Primary data was collectedusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, the Likert scale interval was used with the help of theSPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is non-probabilitysampling (64 users of savings and loan services at BUMDes Teluk Papal Village,Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency). The results of the study show that VillageOwned Enterprises (BUMDes) do not yet have a role in improving the welfare ofthe people of Teluk Papal Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, RiauProvince. Keywords: Role, Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), Community Welfare

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of placement, workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pekanbaru City Branch Office. The population in this study includes all employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, totaling 62 people. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is no effect of placement on the job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 2) there is a negative and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 3) there is a positive and significant effect significant compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 4) there is a joint influence of placement, workload and compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Placement, Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction
