Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses about the results of the error analysis using adjectives on student short speeches. The purpose of this study was to describe the errors made by students in use adjectives in recordings of short speeches. This research is aqualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted at the Japanese Language Education departement Teacher Training and Education Faculty of the Riau University. The research data was obtained from two themes with total of 56 speeches. The research steps consist of data colletion, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study found 3 types of errors based on linguistic categories. Most frequent errors phonological errors with total 15 errors from 23 erros, morphological errors totaling 6 errors, and syntax errors totaling 2 errors.Key Words: Error Analysis, I-Keyoushi And Na-Keyoushi Adjectives, Japanese Short Speech Recording

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the job satisfaction of women cleaningworkers at the University of Riau, so the aim is to determine the level of job satisfactionof women janitors at the University of Riau. This research is descriptive with aquantitative approach which aims to describe the results of the study with numbers. Thesample of this study using the sampling technique in this study is the simple randomsampling technique (simple random sampling). The data collection technique in thisstudy was a questionnaire technique, which amounted to 48 statements. Data obtainedfrom respondents, amounting to 71 female cleaners for the study sample and 29 femalecleaners for trials. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 5 invalid items, andthe researcher discarded all that were invalid. So that the whole instrument is declaredreliable with Cronbach's Alpha = 0.976 with the number of items 43 statements. Basedon the results of the study, the job satisfaction variable of women cleaning workers atthe University of Riau is quite high, seen from the mean value of 3.96 and SD 0.77which are in a fairly high position of interpretation. As well as job satisfaction ofwomen cleaning workers at the University of Riau, the highest is the emotional state ofwork and suitability for work with a mean number of 4.03. This means that womencleaning services are satisfied with their work, which is shown by a good emotionalsense of their work and a sense of conformity with their work, because of the skills theyhave in cleaning.Key Words: Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction of Women Cleaning Workers

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop an educational module to reduce bullying behavior towards students of SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The research method used is research development (Research and Development) concerning the flow of R&D level 1 steps, namely: Potentials and problems, information gathering and literature studies, product design, design validation, and tested design. The instrument used was the assessment scale sheet, which was validated by 4 material experts, two BK lecturers, and two BK teachers. The results showed that the education module to reduce bullying behavior developed in the usability aspect was included in the Useful category, for the feasibility aspect it was in the Appropriate category, and for the accuracy aspect it was in the Right category.Keywords: Education Module, Bullying Behavior

Abstract

Abstract : The study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions and attitudesof students on accounting learning achievment. The population is students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah as many as 166 students, and the sample of 106 students.Data collection using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research based on multiple linear regression showed students 'perceptions and students' attitudes have an effect on students learning achievment of class XI IPS 1. This can be seen from the value of constanta (a) of 7, 686 and the value of regression coefficient (b) of 1, 171, and 1, 378 with the regression equation 7,686 + 1,371 +, 378. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) obtained value of 0.273. This means that the contribution of students' perceptions and attitudes to accounting lessons on accounting learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah is 27.3%.Key Words: Perception, Attitude, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to increase students achievement by implementation of learning cooperative type Group Investigation on learning topic of Hydrocabon in class X SMA N 1 Tambang. The type of this research is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subject of this research are X 1 as the experimental class, X 2 as the control class which were determined randomly after conducting normality and homogeneity test. The experimental group was treated with the implementation of learning cooperative type group investigation while the control group without the implementation of learning cooperative type group investigation. The data analysis to test the hypothesis was used t-test right side. Based on the data analysis, it is obtaine tcount = 2,09 and ttable = 1,67 with α=0,05, dk = 54, tcount > ttable is 2,09 > 1,67, It’s mean that the implementation of learning cooperative type group investigation can improve students achievement on the subject of colloid in XI IPA SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. Category of improvement of students achievement in the experimental class of 11,2%.Keywords: Learning cooperative type group investigation, learning achievement

Abstract: The problem in this research is the ability of the service above is still less than the maximum. Viewed from a still often fail in performing the service over a less harsh, sharp, and purposeful. Errors that often occur when servicing is throw up. Like too far forward so that the ball will be caught in the net, too far to the rear so that the ball will be out of the field, on the throw the back of the head so that the service loss of strength. Too far in front of the head so that it will reduce the strength of the service. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is relantionship of power of arm muscles and shoulder and hand eye coordination to the accuracy of the results of the service over a game of volleyball on the women’s team of SMK Negeri 1 pekanbaru. The population in this research is all the women’s volleyball team smk negeri 1 pekanbaru totaling 12 people.sampling techniques that entire population. This research use test of two hand medicine ball put, fetch a tennis ball, and the accuracy of service over. The results of this test that there is a relationship of power muscle arm and shoulder with the accuracy of the results of the service over a game of volleyball with a correlation rx1y= 0,047 with the level of relationship very low. there is a relationship hand eye coordination to the accuracy of the results of the service over a game of volleyball with a correlation rx2y= 0,333 with the level of relationship low. there is a relationship of power muscle arm and shoulder and hand eye coordination to the accuracy of the results of the service over a game of volleyball with a correlation rx1x2y= 0,110 with the level of relationship very low. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to fixed the learning process and improve the mathematical problem solving ability through implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This type of research is the classroom action research with two cycles. Research conducted in the junior high school class VIII1 Bhayangkari Pekanbaru in the first semester of the school year 2016/2017, with the subject of 20 learners. The research instrument consists of learning tools and instruments to collect data. Learning device used in this study is the syllabus, lesson plans and activity sheet. Data collection instruments used in the study was the observation sheet and mathematical problem solving test. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis descriptive narrative and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. Based on this research, the learning process has improved and mathematical problem solving ability of the learners increased after applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Problem Based Learning model can be used as an alternative to learning, because through this learning can improve the learning process and improve mathematical problem solving ability of the learners.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Mathematical Problem Solving Ability, learning process.

Abstract

Abstack:This study aims to determine how the condition of student motivation, discipline of student learning and student achievement at SMP 13 Pekanbaru and to know how to influence the motivation and discipline of student learning on student achievement in social studies at SMP 13 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 13 Pekanbaru as many as 380 students. The sampling technique in this study using a nonprobability sampling, sample in this study is 79 samples. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%.. Based on the results of the study showed that motivation and discipline to learn simultaneously positive and significant impact on student achievement. It is based on the results of the analysis which shows the calculation results of Ftest (11.112)> F table (3.12) with Sig. (0,000) <0.05. Furthermore, by t test turns each independent variable affects the dependent variable is the motivation to learn an effect on student achievement as evidenced where t test (4306)> t table (1.991),Furthermore, for the discipline of study showed effect on student learning achievement, This is evidenced Where that t test (3704)> t table (1.991). The predictive ability of these two variables on student achievement in the study of 22.6%. While the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors which are not included in this study. Keyword : motivation to learn, learning discipline, student achievement

Abstract: This is a reserach abaout social problem in novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra written by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The social problems in Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra can be viewed economic aspect, culture aspect, environment and individual aspect. This research usus qualitatif approachment and using qulitatif descriptife method in the means to describe the social problems in novel of Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The data’s sources of this research come from teks that is collected from novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra. The data are collected by data collecting technic, then are grouped based on data analysis, there are 4 aspects, there are, 1. Economic (poverty,unemployment,criminals) 2. Culture (family’s problem. wars, birocracy, pollution)3. Environment (norm violation, population problem, enironmental problem, conflict, social gap 4. Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to deterimine the differences in the level of adversity quotient of students by high and low income in online learning at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru City. This research method is comparative quantitative conducted at SMPN 8 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 401 students with cluster random sampling technique and obtained as many as 164 students as a sample. This study uses an adversity quotient questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate the level of adversity quotient of students whose parents have low income is better than students whose parents have high income. So, it can be concluded that there are differences in the studenst’ adversity quotient whose parents have high income and parents who have low income.
