Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keahlian auditor dan independensi terhadap opini going concern dan menguji pengaruh keahlian auditor dan independensi terhadap opini going concern melalui kualitas auditor. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan sampel menggunakan  convenience sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 117 responden dari auditor yang tersebar di Wilayah Malang dan Surabaya. Teknik yang dipakai untuk menguji data penelitian adalah model struktural Partial Least Square dengan  software smart PLS. Hasil analisis untuk model ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keahlian auditor berpengaruh terhadap opini going concern melalui kualitas auditor dan keahlian auditor berpengaruh terhadap opini going concern tanpa melalui kualitas auditor. Variabel independensi hanya berpengaruh terhadap opini  going concern melalui kualitas auditor dan independensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap opini going concern tanpa melalui kualitas auditor.   Kata kunci: keahlian auditor, independensi, kualitas auditor, dan opini going concern.

Abstract

This study aims  to  analyze the relationship between  computer  anxiety, personal  innovativeness  in information technology,  and  computer experience on computer self-efficacy as well as the relation between personal  innovativeness  in information technology and computer experience with computer anxiety, and  the level of computer anxiety based on gender for accounting students. The research is  in the domain  of  information  technology  and  humanistic  viewpoint  on personality traits based on social cognitive theory.It is  quantitative  research  using  primary data  from  116 respondents  of accounting students with 71% female. The survey questionnaires are distributed to 302 students of accounting directly at the end of the class, which are collected for one month.The results of the research data and hypothesis testing using  Structural Equation Modeling  (SEM) based on  Partial  Least  Squares (PLS) and  Social Science Statistical Package (SPSS) shows that computer anxiety (ANX) has direct negative effect  to computer self-efficacy (CSE),  personal innovativeness  in information technology  (PIT) has direct positive effect  to computer self-efficacy (CSE), and personal innovativeness in  information technology  (PIT)  and computer experience  (CEX)  has  direct  negative  effect  to  computer anxiety (ANX), and computer anxiety (ANX) average  level of female  is higher  than  that of male.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Marketing Communication Mix on Customers Purchasing Decision at Ramayana Department Store Malang. The regression  analysis, F test and t test were conducted in order to acknowledge the relationships among the independent variables (Advertising, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, Personal Selling and Public Relation) on Customer’s Purchasing Decision This study is explanatory research, in accordance with its purpose to determine  the causal relationship among variables through hypothesis testing.  The samples in this research were the customers of Ramayana Department Store Malang. The data collection method of  this study by distributed questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling and the research instruments were tested using the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing used the F test and t test in Multiple Regression Analysis. The multiple regression analysis showed that simultaneously, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, Personal Selling, and Public Relation had significant effect on Customer’s Purchasing Decision. Meanwhile, partial test shows that the variables of Advertising, Sales promotion and Personal Selling had significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decision. However, the variables of Direct Marketing and Public Relation had no significant effect on Customer’s Purchasing Decision. The dominant test shows that Personal Selling has dominant effect on customer’s purchasing decision.Keywords:  Marketing Communication Mix,  advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, personal selling, public relation, customer’s purchasing decision.

Abstract

The development of both information and communication technology requires consumers to increase the intensity in everyday life, because today is in dire need of various elements in the provision of information services and telecommunications.The purpose of this study was the effect of the variable determines the quality of service and marketing communication to customer satisfaction modem Smartfren in Malang.In this study, analyzed the influence of the variable quality of service that consists of items: physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), responsiveness (responsiveness) and empathy (empathy) and variable marketing communication consists of items: advertising ( advertising), personal selling (personal selling), sales promotion (sales promotion), public relations (public relations), as well as direct marketing (direct marketing) to customer satisfaction modem Smartfren in Malang. The study sample was taken by using purposive sampling of 100 consumers who use products such as smartphones Smartfren (mobile phones) and a modem. This study used a survey method explanatory research. The data collection techniques using questionnaires, library research, internet browsing, and interviews. Then, after the data is collected, the sorting is done by analyzing the data followed using a Likert scale, then test the validity and reliability, and for clicking-use tools such as crosstabs statistical software SPSS 16.0.From the research that has been done, the results showed that based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test (simultaneous) it can be concluded simultaneously affect customer satisfaction, then the t-test results it can be concluded that partially affect customer satisfaction, and based on the results of the regression coefficient (standardized Beta Coefficients), respectively, it is known marketing communications variable dominant influence on customer satisfaction modem Smartfren in Malang. Thus, the effect of service quality and marketing communications simultaneously, partial and dominant influence customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine, test, and analyze the influence of motivation and stimulus that creates the perception of consumers towards the decision of selecting Priority BRI services. This research was conducted at the Branch Office BRI Malang Martadinata. The population of this research is all the customers who have had service priority BRI amounted to 102 customers with samples taken at 50 clients because the samples are in the range of study while others are difficult to reach. Data are collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire research instruments. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the two variables, motivation and stimuli that create perceptions significantly influence customer decisions. This is shown by the results of the t test of the two variables that have a value of t, respectively 3,700 and 2,762. Motivation variable is the dominant variable influencing customer decisions in selecting Priority BRI service. It is shown from the largest standardized coefficient alpha than perception variables Keywords: Motivation, Stimuli, Perception, Customer Decision.

Abstract

Perkembangan sektor industri dari tahun ketahun terjadi peningkatan. Hal ini dipicu oleh permintaan yang terus bertambah baik pasar dalam negeri maupun pasar luar negeri. Seperangkat kebijakan, pameran, dan pelatihan telah dilakukan oleh Pemkot Jombang untuk menunjuang peningkatan volume produksi Manik-Manik Kaca. Sentra Industri Kerajinan Manik-Manik Kaca berusaha mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan volume produksinya. Volume produksi output dipengaruhi oleh seberapa besar dan variasinya faktor produksi input yang digunakan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi modal, tenaga kerja, dan lama usaha terhadap produksi Manik-Manik Kaca di Sentra Industri Kerajinan Manik-Manik Kaca dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan. Teori yang digunakan sehubungan dengan faktor produksi yaitu teori produksi yang berkaitan dengan fungsi produksi. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara dari Sentra Industri Kerajinan Manik-Manik Kaca.Untuk mencapai tujuan, peneliti melakukan analisis regresi berganda yang ditransformasikan menggunakan model fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas dengan alat bantu  software  SPSS 16.0. pengeruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dilakukan dengan uji F dan uji t dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama faktor produksi modal, tenaga kerja, dan lama usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi Manik-Manik Kaca. Sedangkan secara parsial faktor produksi modal, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap produksi Manik-Manik Kaca, sedangkan lama usaha berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi Manik-Manik Kaca dan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi produksi Manik-Manik Kaca adalah tenaga kerja. Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan bahwa variabel bebas yang diteliti mampu menjelaskan 91,2% terhadap produksi Manik-Manik Kaca dan sisanya sebesar 8,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti.     Kata Kunci : Produksi, Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Lama Usaha

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum, dan investasi terhadap jumlah pengangguran di Kabupaten Gresik.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan model regresi linier berganda.Uji statistik yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan software eviews 6.0. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada data time series selama 10 tahun. Dari hasil persamaan regresi tersebut menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum, investasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap jumlah pengangguran di Kabupaten Gresik. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, semua variabel bebas yakni pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum, dan investasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap jumlah pengangguran di Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil penelitian pada model pertama menunjukkan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi (X1) terhadap variabel jumlah pengangguran (Y) diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.0445 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien bertanda negatif sebesar 4361.485 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap kenaikan pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 1 % (persen) maka jumlah pengangguran akan menurun sebesar 4361.485 orang/jiwa di Kabupaten Gresik. Pada model kedua menunjukkan variabel upah minimum (X2) terhadap variabel jumlah pengangguran (Y) diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.0015 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien bertanda positif sebesar 0.029252 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap kenaikan upah minimum sebesar Rp. 1,- maka jumlah pengangguran akan meningkat sebesar 0.029252 orang/jiwa di Kabupaten Gresik. Pada model ketiga menunjukkan variabel investasi (X3) terhadap variabel jumlah pengangguran (Y) diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.0093 < 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien bertanda negatif sebesar 0.004904 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap kenaikan investasi sebesar Rp. 1 juta maka jumlah pengangguran akan menurun sebesar 0.004904  orang/jiwa di Kabupaten Gresik.Kata Kunci :Jumlah Pengangguran, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Upah Minimum, Investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable Brand Image (Corporate Image, User Image and Product Image) on Consumer Loyalty in soft drinks Coca Cola (Coca Cola Studies on consumers in Malang). This study using explanatory method that aims to determine the causal relationship between dependent and independent variables through partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is probability sampling based on the opinions expressed by Roscoe and 150 respondents in the sample obtained from a population of Malang. Regression analysis showed that the variable Brand Image (Image Makers, Image User and Product Imagery) has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Testing hypotheses simultaneously, partial and dominant indicates that the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The correlation coefficient indicates that the correlation between dependent and independent variables are positive and strong. Abstract

This research aims to examine and provide empirical evidence about the effects of political competition, local government size, leverage, local government wealth, local government type, and audit opinion on publication of local government financial statements through the internet. The population of this research  are local governments in Indonesia in 2012.  This  research used  210 local governments in Indonesia chosen by using purposive sampling method.  The result of this research shows that political competition, local government size, leverage, and local government wealth have significant influence toward publication of local government financial statements through the internet. This research failed to prove the influence of local government type and audit opinion on publication of local government financial statements through the internet. Internet programs into the village make increased use of the internet in the district. This caused local government of the city and district not different  to publish financial statements through the internet. Unqualified opinion  does not necessarily  indicate  the good signal of  local government financial management. Meanwhile, other audit opinion does not directly  indicate that  the signal of local government financial management is bad. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the effect of motivation on student interest in accounting to follow an Accounting Profession Education in Brawijaya University. The variabels used are quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation, and social motivation. The population in this research is a student majoring in Accounting S1 2010 which isstill active in the Brawijaya University. Samples used in this research is 67 respondents.The research data used primary data obtained from questionnaire. The analytical method used to test hypothesis in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The data have been obtained are then analyzed using SPSS version 17.0.The results of this research shows that the quality motivation, career motivation, and social motivation have significant influence toward the interest of accounting students to follow an Accounting Profession Education. While economic motivation has no significant influence toward interest of accounting students to follow an Accounting Profession Education.
