Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan variabel CAR, LDR, NIM, Inflasi, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap terjadinya kredit bermasalah (NPL) pada BPD Jawa Timur dan Jawa Barat tahun 2006-2013. Dalam penelitian ini juga membandingkan keterkaitan variabel yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kredit bermasalah antara BPD Jawa Timur dan BPD Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda yang digunakan untuk menguji keterkaitan variabel tersebut. Kemudian hasil dari regresi tersebut digunakan untuk membandingkan pengaruh dari variabel yang mempengaruhi kredit bermasalah antara kedua daerah BPD tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah walaupun kedua BPD tersebut memiliki tingkat NPL yang relatif hampir sama dana juga keadaan perekonomian kedua daerah BPD tersebut memiliki tinkat perekonomian yang hampir serupa tetapi penyebab faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kredit bermasalah  berbeda. Pada BPD Jawa Timur variabel CAR, LDR, NIM, dan inflasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap terjadinya NPL dan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap terjadinya NPL. Sedangkan pada BPD Jawa Barat variabel CAR, NIM, inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap terjadinya NPL dan variabel LDR tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap terjadinya kredit bermasalah ( NPL).  Kata Kunci: Kredit Bermasalah, Inflasi, BI Rate, Kurs, LDR, CAR, NIM, BOPO

Abstract

Sektor  perbankan  merupakan  industri  yang  mendapat  perhatian  besar  dari  pemerintah, karena sektor perbankan dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan rakyat dan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Oleh karena itu akan sangat penting bagi perbankan untuk menjaga kinerja dan kesehatan bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tingkat kesehatan bank antara bank nasional, bank campuran dan bank asing. Penilaian terhadap tingkat kesehatan bank menggunakan pendekatan berbasis risiko yaitu pendekatan RGEC. Faktor penilaian yang dianalisis adalah Faktor Risk Profile, Earning dan Capital. Variabel yang digunakan adalah NPL, LDR dan PDN yaitu untuk mengukur faktor Risk Profile, ROA dan NIM untuk mengukur faktor Earning dan CAR untuk mengukur faktor Capital. Pengujian statistik juga dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan uji beda terhadap hasil rata-rata kelompok bank dengan melakukan uji One- Way Anova. Periode penelitian ini dari tahun 2010-2014 dengan sample bank dengan modal inti ditas 5 triliun rupiah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penilaian ketiga kelompok bank menunjukan hasil yang baik dengan predikat bank sehat. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan penilaian faktor Risk Profile, Earning dan Capital. Sedangkan untuk hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan yang paling baik adalah kelompok bank nasional. Dimana kelompok bank nasional memiliki hasil akhir peringkat komposit 1, sedangkan untuk kelompok bank asing dan campuran memiliki hasil peringkat komposit 2.   Kata kunci: Tingkat Kesehatan Bank, Pendekatan RGEC, Uji Beda, One-Way Anova

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi (tenaga kerja, benih, pupuk Urea, pupuk phonska, pupuk ZA, herbisida, dan insektisida & fungisida) terhadap produksi usahatani padi di tingkat petani; (2) mengetahui efisiensi alokasi penggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani padi di tingkat petani; (3) mengetahui pendapatan petani padi jika dibandingkan dengan UMR (Upah Minimum Regional). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei, mulai bulan September hingga November  2015  di  Kabupaten  Malang.  Pengambilan  sampel  dari  tingkat  kecamatan hingga tingkat petani dilakukan secara purposive dan jumlah petani sampel sebanyak 90 petani.  Model  analisis  yang  digunakan  :  (1)  hubungan  masukan  dengan  produksi dianalisis melalui model fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass, (2) tingkat efisiensi alokasi penggunaan masukan dianalisis menggunakan indeks efisiensi alokasi (ki), (3) tingkat pendapatan petani dianalisis menggunakan analisis tabulasi dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis faktor produksi pupuk urea, pupuk ZA, dan insektisida & fungisida kuantitas penggunaannya berpengaruh terhadap produksi padi pada musim hujan (MH), sedangkan pada musim kemarau (MK) disamping keempat jenis faktor produksi tersebut, faktor produksi tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap produksi, sehingga penambahan keempat jenis masukan tersebut dapat   meningkatkan produksi padi. Ditinjau dari efisiensi alokasi pada MH maupun MK, semua jenis masukan yang masih dapat ditambahkan seperti tersebut diatas belum efisien. Pendapatan petani dari usahatani padi dibanding UMR Kabupaten Malang setiap bulannya menunjukkan bahwa pada musim hujan (MH) petani dengan luas usahatani 0,5 ha; 1 ha; dan >2 ha mampu mencapai pendapatan yang lebih tinggi dibanding UMR masing-masing sebesar 16,4%; 137,53%; dan 980,2%. Sedangkan pada musim kemarau (MK) pendapatannya lebih produktif lagi dibanding UMR, yang mana pada luas usahatani 0,375 ha; 1 ha; dan >2 ha masing-masing melebihi UMR sebesar 11,9%; 187,6%; dan 1154,1%.   Keywords : production of rice in the rainy season (MH), production of rice in the dry season (MK), production elasticity, the level of efficiency of the allocation of inputs, the income of the farmer compared to UMR.

Abstract

Bank is a part of financial institutions which have intermediation function which is collecting fund from people and distribute it back into loan. Loan which distribute by bank have potentially make non performing loan, because the more loan being distributed the more credit problem will be held by the bank. This research have purpose to know how the influence of CAR, LDR,BOPO, and also proposal of Eliminating non performing Loans in ordinary bank in indonesia. This research sample is using 5 bank that have highest asset and method that use panel data methods. Independent variable which is used in this research is CAR, LDR,  BOPO and proposal of Elimination of non performing loans. The disscussion result of this research show that simultantly , independent variable affect significantly to Non performing loans. The Result partialy test showed that CAR, LDR, BOPO and the proposal of elimination of non performing loans affected significantly and positively into Non performing loans  Kata Kunci: Non Performing Loan, CAR, LDR, BOPO, the proposal of elimination of non performing loans (PPAP)

Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of brand awareness, brand loyalty, and perceived quality towards repurchase intention of Ready to Drink (RTD) coffee customers in Malang. Brand loyalty and perceived quality were used as the intervening variables of the relationship between brand awareness and repurchase intention. The study was conducted by distributing 133 questionnaires to customers of RTD coffee in Malang. Regression analysis and mediating test were conducted to examine the hypotheses. Based on the research’s result it was found that brand awareness has positive influence on perceived quality and repurchase intention, but has negative influence on brand loyalty. Perceived quality has positive influence on repurchase intention, but has negative influence on brand loyalty. It was also found that brand loyalty has negative influence on repurchase intention of RTD coffee customers. The mediating tests shows that both brand loyalty and perceived quality do not intervene the relationship between brand awareness and repurchase intention.   Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Perceived Quality, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of brand experience in creating brand image, perceived value, and brand loyalty at boutique hotel. Since boutique hotels focus on the experiential nature of service delivery, the study of brand experience in boutique hotel is very inevitable. Then, Puri Asri Hotel which located in Magelang city is chosen as the object of the study. The samples in this research are the guests who ever experienced staying at Puri Asri Hotel. The sampling technique is convenience sampling with 150 respondents. This study used Partial Linear Square (PLS) analysis technique to analyze the data. The finding of this study revealed that brand experience has a significant effect on brand image and perceived value, but has no significant effect on brand loyalty. Meanwhile, brand image has a significant effect to perceived value and brand loyalty. Abstract

Merek kosmetik internasional yang ada di pasaran semakin bertambah. Konsumen cenderung menyukai kosmetik merek internasional dibanding merek lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ekuitas Merek dan Citra Merek Internasional terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa pengguna kosmetik merek internasional di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dari populasi mahasiswa pengguna kosmetik merek internasional di Kota Malang melalui puposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekuitas merek dan citra merek internasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.  Kata Kunci: Ekuitas Merek, Citra Merek Internasional, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find out the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variable which consists of identification variable, customer differentiation variable, interaction variable to customers and simultaneously modification variable to the customers' satisfaction at Pelangi Hotel Malang. Respondents characteristics in this research are taken based on their gender, age, occupation, the information they have about Pelangi Hotel Malang, and how often they stay there as well. The measurements of CRM are using two variables, independen variable (X) and dependen variable (Y). The populations that had been researched in this research, are the entire Pelangi Hotel Malang's customers on 2015 and are already fulfilled the criteria that is required before. Data analysis is done by using descriptive analysis test and statistic inferential analysis, and also hypothetical test by using double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that Identified Variable (X1), Customer Differentiation Variable (X2), Interaction with Customer (X3), and Modification Variable (X4) simultaneously and partially, have significant influences to Customers' Satisfaction Variable (Y) at Pelangi Hotel Malang.   Keywords:      Customer      Relationship      Management,      Customer      Satisfaction, identification, differentiation, interaction with customer, modification.

Abstract

This research objective is to find out and analyze the effect of service quality dimensions to consumers satisfaction at Matarmaja train transportation. This research classified  as  explanatory  research  type.  Purposive  sampling  was  used  with  150 Matarmaja train’s consumers as the questionnaire respondents. The questionnaire was tested first to make sure that it is valid and reliable. Five hypothesis has been compiled and tested with multiple regression analyses to find out the t analyses results. The results shows that not every service quality dimensions give positive and significant effect to consumers satisfaction. The service quality dimensions that have positive and significant effect is reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The other dimension, tangibles, comes out as the dimension that has no positive and significant effect to consumers satisfaction. Responsiveness comes out as the dimension that has dominant effect to Matarmaja train’s consumers satisfaction.   Key Words: service quality dimensions, consumers satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Customer Perceived Value in creating Customer Loyalty in Halal Certificate of MUI on Cosmetic Product. The use of these variables enables the writer to observe customers of Wardah Cosmetics in Malang. In order to know the relationship among variables, a regression analysis, F-test, and t-test were applied. The samples in this research are the Muslim customers of Wardah Cosmetics in Malang who purchase the product twice and more. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling involving 122 respondents. Brand Image, Brand Trust, Customer Perceived Value, and Customer Loyalty were tested using validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing used F-test and t-test to analyze the data used in Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The multiple regression analysis result shows that Brand Image, Brand Trust, and Customer Perceived Value have significant effect simultaneously and partially toward Customer Loyalty. The dominant test shows that Brand Image is the most dominant variable influencing the Customer Loyalty. The result of this research can be applied in Marketing Strategy. The company should retain the image, trust, and value of product with halal image in order to always have a positive image on the customers’ eyes which later can influence their loyalty.
