Abstract

Android In-Room Guest Interactive Tablet Applications at Grand Duta Hotel in Palu. Currently, Grand Duta Hotel still manages the ordering process manually. The ordering process that still uses the phone sometimes happens a miss commucation error. This resulted in the reservation being delayed or ordering not as desired. Features found in this application hotel guests can place orders in each section. For example in the Room Service for ordering food or drinks. This process is directly connected to the Room Service without having to go through the Front Desk again.The end result of this application development is able to make the ordering process online, can receive direct notification about the order can be processed or not. And facilitate employees in checking orders from guests.

Abstract

PT Sulung Ekspedisi is one of the companies engaged in the service of the expedition. Services provided in the form of delivery of goods through land service with Surabaya route to Babat, Probolinggo, Tuban, and surrounding areas. The company also cooperates with PT Heinz ABC in assisting the distribution of goods coming from factories to other factories or to storage warehouses. The number of types of goods and routes aimed at encouraging PT Sulung Ekspedisi requires a system that can support their work. At this time the system used by the company using a manual system, in this case the recording of both the transfer of information between thecashier and other divisions still use the recording through the paper media. PT Sulung Expedisi does not currently have a system that their customers can use to check whether the items they are sending are in the acceptance, travel, or received by the recipient. Currently to do so the customer can only use the phone as a medium. Apilkasi Distribution Information System PT Sulung Expedisi is made to meet the needs of the company. Features owned by the application, among others, manage the data master company such as employee data, agency data, tariff data, record and make the delivery notes as a valid proof of delivery, record and make a letter as a supporting document, to record in a simple financial company such as recording Income and expenses. This application also features a tracking feature that can know the delivery status and location of the fleet during the delivery process. Fleet position obtained through GPS system originating mobile device applications brought by the driver during the process of delivery of goods. The results obtained based on testing and distributed questionnaires found that the overall application has been able to run well and able to meet the needs of companies in recording company data computerized. But there are small errors such as GPS System that is less accurate so it has not been able to provide the fleet location to the fullest.

Abstract

PT. X is a company who activein sales and service of factory instrument. The company as a supplier to other companies who need factory instrument. The factory Instrument sold by this company include control valves, liquid level meters, self operated regulators, and schuh technology. PT. X now has many customer from the entire of Indonesia especially in Java dan Kalimantan. Currently PT. X already has employee who grow along with te company’s growth.One of things who need to noticed with increasing  of employees is management in payroll section. This company still apply payroll system manually using Microsoft Office Excel. Payroll manually will hamper the effectiveness of time in manage employee salary.Based on the previous problem, one of solution that can be done is  making information system of employee’s payroll PT. X. This system made by programming language PHP and MySQL as database. This system is expected to increase the effectiveness of time in manage employee salary.

Abstract

Currently, PT. HC records information in Microsoft Excel and physical documents for running business processes. PT. HC has several branches spread across several regions in Indonesia, with the business process of selling products, ordering raw materials and stock storage. Without using information system, accurate and speed in processing and receiving of information at PT. HC and branch are also less good and require a longer time.This application has several main features including sales order, purchase order, warehouse stock recordings, reorder point calculation, invoice payment and generate sales turnover, purchase and stock turnover. This application is made using the programming language HTML, PHP, Javascript and MySQL database. App interface created using Gentellela template with Bootstrap.The final result of the development of this application is able to integrate company information such as sales order records,  purchase orders, invoices, warehouse stock, delivery orders and reports. Users form the center of PT. HC can view sales reports, raw material purchases and stock reports owned by the branch. Users can also receive remainder of some information such as stock that exceeds the minimum stock limit and invoices that exceed the due date through notification in accordance with their respective permissions.

Abstract

Wedding Planner service is not uncommon thing in this modern era, the complexity and a various requirements which are needed to prepare a wedding ceremony could bring hassle for each couple, especially with the expenses and many other factors. Sometimes all of the required needs which may vary is a troublesome to prepare for each couple, whether it be the schedule, finding and meeting the vendors and preparing other required needs for the wedding ceremony.With an application that is installed on a gadget with Android operation system, this service is more convenient to access and easy to use. In addition to save time and money, client could find the required vendors such as decoration, cake and wedding dress. Client can also be reminded by the event organizer part about the required needs for the wedding ceremony. The event organizer could also provide direct notifications for the client when the process agreement with the vendor is met. This application is an information system based on mobile device which is designed with HTML5 and using Phonegap’s software.The results of this implementation could gengerate an application for the client in order to find the required vendors, exchanging messages with the event organizer part as well as submitting events that will help in completing the needs of weeding ceremony. Meanwhile the event organizer part can assist the clients regarding the to-do-list for the required needs of the ceremony. The event organizer part can also exchange messages with the vendor if there are transaction progress. The event organizer can also upload files which are required by the client. The vendor part can edit profiles and interact with the event organizer. From the questionnaire result can conclude this application answers the needs 79%

Abstract

Automated Mobile Traffic Automobile Dispatching Applications Supported by Transportation Info And Public Facilities Indonesia is a country that is famous for its many places and uses private transportation of each region, which is used by both economic and executive class people. The train is now very easy to use because people can buy tickets online or directly to the nearest station. Trains are now very easy to get in as many of the trains are in effect.This application is made with java and json programming languages, and uses GPS technology, notifications and googlemaps.Database uses mysql and data taken from E-BOOK railway in 2015.From this application that is on a bad internet connection affect the performance, such as sending data to the server or retrieve data from the server so that it slows the load of data and images. Testing the exact distance and notification to the destination succeeded. Applications can add to the list of Alerts, Notifications and nearby stations. The results of the questionnaire that has been done is the percentage of user ratings of the overall 80% said the application is very good, 20% said the application is good.

Abstract

Currently the game has grown not only in terms of media, but also in terms of goals. The game is currently shifting from its original physical form, now can be played in digital form. The purpose of the game is not only for fun, but also become one of the effective and interactive learning media.Studying is not limited just for academic values, but also ethical ones. To teach ethical values through game media, a Visual Communication Design alumnus has created a board game of ethical Christian learning called “Ethinere”. To create a set of board game “Ethinere”, it takes one million four hundred thousand Rupiah, and the physical form of the game is very easy to missing or damaged.The conclusion of the application made is that fast and stable internet connection has a very important role in application performance, in addition to the numbers of players who play at the same time. Testing login page, lobby, game, result, login map editor, and map editor and its features work as their function.

Abstract

The development of the game is now very rapidly growing. As the game develops, making AI (Artificial Inteligence) in the game even more advanced. There are many types of AI that are usually used in the game including AI NPC Companion is AI that will accompany players during the game. Game will be developed using Unity Application and using C # language programming language. In the game players will be accompanied by NPCs who use Fuzzy Logic combined with Ellie: Buddy AI as AI controller. In the game players will also face zombies and bandits as enemies that will use rulebase as AI nya. The end result of this game is a survival horror game genre with NPC Companion feature. The testing done at the end of the segment is testing of the application, testing of NPC, testing of Enemies, testing of players and Comparison between NPC Companion and AI bandit.The final result of testing is that the game can run smoothly, AI NPC and Enemy can run with Well, and Control player can be used well, At the end result of comparison NPC found can do action more varied compared to AI bandit.

Abstract

In this paper we will explain about vacant parking space detection system through image processing. This program was made with Visual Studio using C++ programming language and OpenCV library. Image processing itself has a vast research area and some of its methods will be used to create a parking space detection system. In this program, the input consists of the video feed of the parking lot, the said video is processed and analyzed with thresholding classification and SVM classification, resulting in an indicator to show if certain parking slot is vacant or not.

Abstract

Inproviding the information regarding managing the land certificate, Kantor Pertanahan Nasional of Kupang Regency was used manual system in which the applicants must come to the office directly. This kind of system caused difficulties for the society in obtaining some information about the land, the enrolment application, the certificate making status as wel as its completion.Feature contained in this application is the applicant can register the application for making land certificate. After that the counter clerk can view the application data and update the status of the certificate until the certificate is completed.The results of this application development are, the users are able to fill out the registration form, receive the land certificate progress information through website and receive SMS from each certificate service process. Furthermore, the application is also able to show the service information offered by the office, also, the officer can see the reports and graphs of certiciate making.
