Abstract

BRILink Mingalvo is located in Hutumuri Village, South Leitimur District, Ambon City. BRILink Mingalvo is a BRI agent that can assist the public in making withdrawal transactions, payments, and social assistance collection without the community having to go to BRI which is a long distance from where they live. At BRILink people who get social assistance must come first and queue to make transactions, of course this is inefficient and a waste of time for people who have to do other activities. Therefore, a queue application is required for social assistance collection on BRILink. An app that can be accessed by social assistance recipients wherever they are.This web-based application is created using the HTML, PHP, and MySQL database programming languages. The First create source code in sublime text 3, and continued by creating a database on MySQL. After the program is completed, Testing on users and admins for the application.The end result of the development of this application is that it can easily retrieve queue numbers, can view transactions in progress, and in the admin can add a social assistance retrieval schedule for the user.

Abstract

Information technology has an important role in the business world. However, there are still companies that have not utilized information technology. PT. X is a construction company that still does all the work manually. This resulted in the emergence of problems in the company, among others: in obtaining information it takes longer time because the data contained in the company has not been integrated. Then, the possibility of problems from negligence committed by employees, such as there is data that is forgotten to be entered into the recording of company data. The Enterprise Resource Planning program was created to try to overcome the problems that occurred at PT. X. For that the platform chosen is Odoo because it has many advantages such as easy to configure and customize the module. To overcome the problems that exist in the company, a Critical Path Method (CPM) function is made to support the company's business processes in project management. To measure the success of the Odoo ERP program implementation, user satisfaction analysis was carried out using the Doll and Torkzadeh (1998) method. From the analysis of the implementation of the Odoo ERP program in the company, it can be concluded that the Odoo ERP program has a good impact on meeting company needs properly and quickly.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face learning has certain conditions so that the health of both teachers and students remains healthy. One way of prevention at Petra Christian University (PCU) is to check the temperature when entering the campus area. However, manually checking the temperature and looking at the campus access permit made several students or lecturers queue because the security had not finished seeing the campus access permit or checking the temperature of the first visitor who came.For this reason, if there is a program that is able to recognize students and check student temperatures, it will help to expedite the checking process at PCU. The author tries to implement a thermal camera and RFID scanner on a raspberry pi 3 mini computer to be used as a tool that can recognize students through the student identity card and to check student temperatures. In addition, data from checking can be stored in the database to view the records according to the checking information obtained.The results of the system test show that the implementation of the thermal camera and RFID scanner is able to read student identity card and check student temperatures. However, when checking the temperature, the camera has problems when several objects are caught on the screen. Such as the presence of other person or other object such as student’s carrying items that contain hot temperatures. This causes the system to record the temperature of the object that has the hottest temperature in front of the camera screen, this can cause information errors in the checking process.

Abstract

The convenience of shopping online has resulted in the development of online business trends making content and publication consistency very important to attract consumers’ attention. Color selection is an important process in content creation. However, not everyone can choose the right colors, create interesting content, and have the time to create content and organize its publication. Li's research uses Generative Adversial Networks to help design’s layout. But these elements are not provided by the application, so user still need to design themselves. To answer this problem, a content maker application was developed.K-Means Clustering is used to get the most dominant color from an image and Euclidean Distance calculates the closest color distance from the user's image with various design templates available. The additional feature of Scheduled Post addresses the problem of limited time for content publication.K-means color segmentation of 20 images with 1 or 2 dominant colors obtains 90% accuracy. Five PCU VCD lecturers rated the accuracy of selected template design color nuances 76%. Making content using thesis application is 56.18% faster than using similar application. Result of content maker design compared to other designs won 1st place with voting score of 46.66%.

Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indowood (BMI) is a company that provides high quality solid wood floors, with a choice of thicknesses to meet various needs. PT. BMI itself has several warehouse divisions with different functions. However, with such a large warehouse area, the obstacles often experienced by companies are still minimal use of information technology, such as for example manual data processing, and errors in recording, and as a result the recording process by PPIC is disrupted and the company's business processes are a little late.With this background, it will be done to find a solution by designing an inventory information system at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With the application of information technology, it is hoped that PT Bina Megah Indowood can correct errors that often occur in the field, shorten existing data processing, so as to improve labor efficiency and minimize data input errors that occur in the field.The test results on the manufacture of the Inventory Control and Monitoring system at PT. Bina Megah Indowood show that the system can perform data calculations correctly. So that the data obtained can meet precise and controlled calculations and can reduce errors that occur in the field. Testing for reports from inventory control is also successful, as evidenced by the resulting reports that can calculate all the stock owned by each warehouse properly and accurately. This is useful so that the company will no longer have trouble seeing and monitoring the stock they have.

Abstract

The nervous system or system is one of the smallest parts of the organs in the body, but its the most complex part. The Central Nervous System, namely brain (encephalon) and spinal cord, is the center of integration and control of all body activities so that will be very dangerous if our nervous system has problems, given that death can occur due to nervous system problems. Minimal knowledge and information make it impossible to know which disease that the nervous system is suffering from. Therefore, we need an expert who is skilled on nervous system diseases and their prevention.Based on the facts above, this final project can help us to diagnose central nervous system diseases and anticipate if someone have the disease. This application is made based on web base (PHP) and using XAMPP as MYSQL database server. In this expert system the user will choose the disease they want to diagnose first. Then, the user answers several questions related to the existing symptoms. After the user answers all the questions, the results of the diagnosis will appear along with the level of confidence and solutions that can help anticipate the disease.

Abstract

Saat ini, banyak masyarakat Surabaya yang berpergian baik itu ke kantor atau sekedar jalan – jalan menggunakan alat transportasi umum seperti bus atau bemo. Tidak sedikit pula orang yang merasa kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi rute angkutan umum yang ada di Surabaya.Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan itu, penulis merancang sistem informasi pencarian transportasi umum yang ada di Surabaya dengan menggunakan perangkat Android. Aplikasi pencarian informasi transportasi umum menggunakan koneksi Internet untuk berkomunikasi dengan server. Aplikasi pencarian informasi transportsi umum dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini dapat melakukan pencarian nama angkutan berdasarkan lokasi awal dan lokasi tujuan, menampilkan list rute yang dilalui oleh setiap angkutan, menampilkan posisi jalan – jalan yang dilalui oleh angkutan melalui google map dan melakukan perhitungan jarak dari lokasi awal sampai lokasi tujuan.

Abstract

Layanan Psikotes pada Pusat Karir UK Petra sangat membantu para fresh graduate yang hendak mencari posisi yang tepat sesuai minat, bakat dan jurusannya. Namun, penanggung jawab layanan psikotes sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola hasil psikotes yang dikerjakan oleh para peserta tes, dikarenakan masih menggunakan proses manual.Melalui Penelitian ini, penulis ingin membantu membuatkan suatu aplikasi psikotes untuk membantu Staf Pusat Karir dalam mengelola hasil psikotes manual. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini para pencari pekerjaan khususnya mahasiswa UK Petra dapat mengetahui posisi pekerjaan yang tepat ketika lulus dari UK Petra.Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang telah dibuat antara lain, dapat menyimpan data pendaftaran peserta tes, jadwal tes, soal Tes Eksplorasi Karir dan Minat Jabatan beserta hasilnya serta dapat menjalankan aplikasi psikotes Eksplorasi Karir dan Tes Minat Jabatan sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Aplikasi juga dapat membuat dan menampilkan laporan kwitansi, laporan keuangan, rekapitulasi peserta per tahun, form pendaftaran peserta.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional yang berbasis teknologi informasi menggunakan jaringan komputer, suatu organisasi perlu memperhatikan faktor keamanan dalam sistem informasi. Keamanan jaringan komunikasi mutlak diperlukan untuk mampu memberikan pelayanan terus menerus bagi para penggunanya. Sebagian besar staf yang berkecimpung dalam pembuatan kebijakan keamanan ini, seringkali merasa kebingungan dalam memulai pekerjaannya, dikarenakan belum memiliki pengalaman yang cukup atau merasa belum memerlukan suatu kebijakan dikarenakan belum ada kejadian yang terkait dengan suatu kebijakan keamanan.Untuk mengatasi masalah ini,diperlukansebuah aplikasi untuk membantu staf dalam membuat desain sistem keamanan yang terstruktur dengan modul pelaksanaan yang bersumber dari modul kebijakan keamanan dan manajemen risiko sehingga dapat dipantau jika terjadi kesalahan.Output yang dihasilkan aplikasi bukan hanya bisa berlaku pada satu organisasi saja tetapi bisa dipakai ke organisasi lain karena sifatnya general. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan engine untuk melakukan pembuatan planning CISSP (Certified Information  System Security Professional), perhitungan kuesioner, dan hasil dari perhitungan risiko.

Abstract

Teknologi merupakan bidang informasi yang berkembang cukup pesat. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin banyaknya media-media yang digunakan untuk belajar, salah satunya mobile device berbasis Andorid. Dunia SMA merupakan tempat dimana setiap siswa akan memperdalam setiap ilmu pelajaran, termasuk kimia. Berangkat dari perkembangan teknologi, muncullah ide untuk membuat aplikasi pembelajaran Kimia untuk membantu siswa dalam belajar. Aplikasi ini berisi materi-materi tata nama senyawa hidrokarbon yang dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari dua bagian, yaitu aplikasi pada Web dimana dikelola oleh admin yang bertugas untuk melakukan update pada aplikasi yang terdapat dalam Android dan aplikasi Android itu sendiri yang dapat diakses oleh para siswa atau user. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi dapat menjalankan fungsi download, menampilkan materi, soal pilihan, soal gambar serta fungsi lain yang telah disebutkan. Dalam melakukan proses download, aplikasi ini membutuhkan internet yang stabil agar proses update dapat berjalan dengan baik. Aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik terutama pada Android dengan versi 4.2.2.
