Abstract

The science of steganography leads to a branch of computer science that is about hiding data information in media that cannot be easily detected. There are many types of media for steganography. The most popular ones are digital images. Along with the development of the science of steganalysis, there is needs of a way to add security to the hidden data. With steganalysis, one can easily reveal existence of hidden data in media files. Therefore, this study seeks to answer the need for securing the data. The program is an application that is useful for securing hidden data. The function of this program is to encrypt data that will be hidden using the AES cipher method. By converting hidden data into ciphertext, even though hidden data can be taken its form is still in the form of text that cannot be read without using the key used to encrypt. This process involves data that will be hidden to be converted into ciphertext first and finally steganography will be performed using least significant bits. Not only that, the program will also compress stego image. From the results of the encryption, steganography and compression trials, the hidden image data can be retrieved using the key used during encryption. The hidden data does not experience loss of information because the process is carried out lossless. The hidden data has been compared with extracted data and produces unlimited PSNR values.

Abstract

Currently, the use of expert system applications has been widely used by many people, and is supported by a very significant development. So it's easy to use by many people and has many benefits to support life today. With this application, ordinary people can easily learn the expertise of an expert so that it can be applied in everyday life. In this application, an expert system is applied to analyze the risk of a person to develop coronary heart disease and be able to do prevention as early as possible. In making this application, the programmer consulted experts (doctors) in making knowledge base (basis pengetahuan). Based on data test results, the application can work well and easily in its use. Application can provide good analysis results in diagnosing the possibility of cardiovascular disease using the parameters provided.Currently, the use of expert system applications has been widely used by many people, and is supported by a very significant development. Abstract

Dengue Fever is the one of the most popular endemic illness in Indonesian.. In early 2019, East Java was recorded as the province with the most Dengue Fever cases in Indonesia, because of that the prevent action is needed to reduce the Dengue Fever cases in East Java. But, due to limitations to get East Java data, this research uses Surabaya data as a model, because it has more complete data.The aim of this research is mapping the Dengue Fever with Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) method that give a local weighted in every independence variable such as rainfall, the number of rainy day in a year, temperature, and humidity, so that can give the more accurate output to prevent Dengue Fever in future.The Output of this research is Mapping with color that based on the distribution rate of  Dengue Fever in every puskesmas area in Surabaya, along with mapping the weights of each independent variable to determine which independent variable influences the determination of dengue fever patients in every puskesmas area in Surabaya. So that area, can do a prevent action from the output of this research.

Abstract

From the increasing interest of the people in Indonesia in the use of YouTube, this has triggered the emergence of content creators who choose YouTube as a medium for work. So that the content creators are competing to produce video works that can be enjoyed by YouTube users. Various methods are used by content creators to improve the quality of the video produced.The process carried out in this thesis is the process of processing raw data that has been collected from YouTube, before the training and classification process. The process of data preprocessing needs to be done to overcome the raw data that is varied and inconsistent so that it can affect the training process and the classification process. Data preprocessing conducted in this thesis includes Tokenization, Stopwords Removal, Stemming. The classification process is the process by which the classification algorithm is run on comments that are used as input data for comments.Applications used in scientific papers have succeeded in producing smoothing values, where the value shows that the comments belong to the classifications of positive sentiments, negative sentiments or non-Indonesian data.

Abstract

In the advanced era of globalization, fish care can be created using special system to monitor the aquarium. The system that  can be controlled via Android becomes one of the most comfortable to use. By using a microcontroller that is connected to the internet, it can monitor the aquarium using sensors in real time and automatically insert data into the database. Through the Blynk application, fish owners can adjust environmental conditions by entering desired requirements. You can monitor data obtained from sensors through a website that is directly connected to the microcontroller. The test is carried out in 2 different fish environments (no system environment and monitoring system environment).  The monitoring system in this study not only can monitors 4 parameters in the aquarium (feeding, water temperature, water level, and water pH) but also controls most of the parameters in the aquarium (except water pH). Based on the results of the study, the monitoring system environment has fish mortality rate of 20% with temperatures around 28 °C while non monitoring system environment has fish mortality rate of 50% with temperatures above 30 °C.

Abstract

Along with the increasing number of 4-wheeled vehicles (cars), problems related to the availability of parking spaces for cars have also increased. Flow in and out of the car that is not balanced with the capacity of the parking lot. This is because the drivers/visitors do not have information about the availability of parking space before being in the parking lot.In this study, a trial will be conducted to help resolve the problem by implementing internet of things technology at the entrance and exit gates of the parking lot, and detecting the availability of parking slots. Then use a digital payment system with QR Code media for parking payments. Implementation of Internet of Things that is used at the entrance and exit gates is to use infrared sensors to detect the presence of cars at the gate and servo motor to control the parking entrance gate. While Internet of Things technology to detect parking slots is to use ultrasonic sensors. The ultrasonic sensor will always detect and send the status of each slot on the server. Then for the payment system created, will use the QR Code media as proof of parking transactions. The entire technology and system will be integrated in an application, so that it is expected to help the problem of the availability of parking lots and simplify the parking payment process.

Abstract

Technology advancement in modern world allow huge amount of information to flow everyday and news became one of the source to get that information. Because of this advancement, available information through news have been increased and so program is develop to make summary of news to reduce reading time using the neural network as the basis of this program.The method used for training the model is Recurrent Neural Network. The type of Recurrent Neural Network that being used is Gated Recurrent Unit that is run in 2 level, the word level and then the sentence level. As for making the Recurrent Neural Network model, some experiment can be carried out, like changing initial weight of the word embedding, change the pooling method, removing dropout layer, and some preprocessing for the dataset.The results shows that for the initial model, F1 – Score for ROUGE – 1, ROUGE – 2, and ROUGE – L can reach up to 80% when using extractive summary as the reference and up to 50% when using abstractive summary as the reference. The experiment shows that the best model is using training dataset as the initial word embedding weight, using average pooling and removing the dropout layer. The best experiment result gives F1 – Score 84.10 for ROUGE – 1, 83.10 for ROUGE – 2 and 83.31 for ROUGE – L using the extractive reference and 57.01 for ROUGE – 1, 51.17 for ROUGE – 2 and 55.10 for ROUGE – L using the abstrative reference.

Abstract

The recording of scores in badminton is important in a badminton match. With the score records, the players, referees and spectators can easily know the score of the match both ongoing and completed matches. So far, score records in badminton matches usually uses a manual scoreboard that needs to be written or used manually. Therefore, another alternative is needed to facilitate the recording of scores in badminton matches.In this thesis a badminton match score recording system will be made using Arduino technology which is connected to an application that can help players, referees and spectators to be able to find out the match scores.The final result of this thesis is a tool that has been designed and an application to facilitate players, referees and spectators in a badminton match to find out the match scores.

Abstract

Two dimensional and three dimensional is part of mathematic that hard to learn if do not know the visualization. Otherwise 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional have to many formulas and a lots of image, so make student hard to learn and to understand.With this problem this application made for educational purpose with 3D visualization using OpenGL ES for geometry, other that this program have calculating the formula’s features, Drawing features, Quiz to help user to understand, and mini game features to help a user does not get bored while learning, but user also can learn and play at the same time.Based on testing result, this application was able to process some kinds of questions and the correct answers, to introducing the material of geometry and plane with visualization, calculate with the right formula, and plane visualization with user interaction.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the city travel activities where people and their families enjoy the beauty of the tourist sites. With so many tourist locations in various cities specifically the city of Surabaya, it is necessary to develop an application that can help in terms of finding a specific tourist location for the city of Surabaya.In this research, an application was made to utilize AR (Augmented reality) technology using the JavaScript-based Wikitude SDK library as a means of searching tourist attractions, so that users could more easily find tourist locations using a smartphone camera. This application will run on Android devices.
