Abstract

Warehouse is an important element in logistic. Warehouse is place to keep raw material, work-in-process material, or finished goods. Warehouse is used to store goods so that it does not easily damaged. Technology is applied to make warehouse system more efficient. It is important for the owner to know what goods are stored in the warehouse or retail store. Incoming, outgoing, and transferred goods must be known to prevent profit loss. To fulfill orders from consumers and to maintain the number of stock items on the shelves in retail store, picking orders are carried out to pick up the items needed from the warehouse. Efficient picking orders can fill orders faster and complete more incoming orders. This application utilizes Harmony Search algorithm to do routing. Routing is made to do picking order at the warehouse to meet demand. The application can also display warehouse map visualizations to make it easier for users. In addition, the use of weight sensors on retail store shelves to detect stock on retail store shelves. Users can fulfill demands based on routes that have been calculated with the Harmony Search algorithm.

Abstract

PT. X is a company that sell cars and car’s spare parts by retail that use brick and mortar as base. PT. X want to make e-commerce website with hope that the website will help them expanding their market area for facing the rivalry with similar companies.The website poses online market feature that will help the users make their purchase and tracking their transaction they have done, users are divided into two category users and admin, admin are the PT. X promoting and selling their goods, while the users are the one who purchase through the website. This web is scripted using PHP, Ajax, and JavaScript, and user MySQL for creating the database. The development is done using notepad++ software.The data mining feature is based on generalize sequential pattern algorithm, where this feature is used to analyze the customers purchase behaviors and patterns by finding the connection between sold items based on time. Data is processed using the algorithm resulting frequent item sets that will turn into association rules in form of generalize sequential pattern table.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, many people are selling online. Many people who sell online in the marketplace or have a personal website to sell. But often the problem faced by sellers and consumers is ineffective communication because the media to communicate is only limited to one or two media so that consumers often become disappointed because they are waiting for a long response. To overcome this problem, an online store application is created that can make sellers and buyers communicate with several kinds of media to communicate. The feature is that the seller can receive and send messages to the seller through several social media options available, for example Whatsapp. And in order to maintain the security of buyers when transacting websites using payment gateway services from Midtrans that provide payment methods including card payments, bank transfers, direct debit, e-wallet, over the counter, and others.The end result of making this program is an online store application, which has communication features via email to social media. The conclusion obtained from making this program is that the program is feasible to use, and the store application communication features and payment can run well.

Abstract

In this day, the delivery of promo information to people can be done easily. Lots of sites that provide information about food promos. Of course the site can help people find the most profitable promos. However, some sites still do not provide complete search features. In addition, there may be promos on the same food supply business, but with a different prices. Of course people will try to find food promos at the best prices. This takes a lot of time, and also less efficient to do. The Naïve Bayes process is also used to determine wheter the promo is in the food category or not. The application was made to collect all promo information from promo provider websites. To do this, we need a server that can retrieve promo data on each promo provider site. After the retriaval process, the data processing and classification process is carried out wheter the promo is in the food category or not. Data that has been processed will be displayed on the application. Based on the result of test that been done on program, program managed to collecting, processing, and displaying data about a promo from promo provider websites. The Naïve Bayes classification process successfully applied to differentiate promos according to category, although there were still shortcomings in the classification process.

Abstract

The need for information in this era of globalization needed a breakthrough that could facilitate the acquisition of information, along with the various methods done to develop knowledge and information in Inventory Control. He did this research because of the stock information on CV. Plastic is not managed properly, so often the buildup of goods in the warehouse CV. Plastic, as well as uncomputerised stock logging.Inventory Control system using Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) and forecasting method, can help to manage information in stock logging, assist in the operation of stock transaction in stock order, stock procurement, storage Stock, and stock mutation, and to support the sales process on CV. Plastic.The results of the research indicated by the calculation of FOQ, safety stock, and ROP can be used to prevent excess stock, lost stock, damaged stock and anticipate out of stock. Forecasting that can be used is trend forecasting because it has only error 6%.

Abstract

Docker is an application that is based on open source technology that allows developers or anyone to create, run, do experiments and launch application in a container. Docker make the process of packaging application components together quickly in an isolated container, so it can run in local infrastructure without changing configuration on the container. Docker also very light and fast when compared to hypervisor-based virtual machine.Department of Information Engineering of Petra Christian University has a considerable number of students, which the number usually hundreds, while the number of computers in the laboratory of Department of Information number is not as much as the students. With this amount is not comparable, then some students work in the same computer alternately. It makes the students cannot be comfortable working on one computer, because configuring a computer on every lesson is different. Therefore, implementation of Docker application carried out in the laboratory.Docker implementation and RAID storage system and after implementation, testing was done by measuring the speed of docker image transfer. The resulting data were used to development of container system and evaluate the speed of RAID storage system are used.

Abstract

At this time, the ‘X’ laying chicken farm in the Pare city has not yet implemented an accounting information system. All operational transaction records are still carried out manually so that it is prone to losing important data, making it difficult for farm owners to know his business developments. Because of the problem, then an accounting information system was designed with the assumption of an average inventory. This application uses the programming language PHP and MySql.    Based on the results obtained from this application include recording card stock, recording transactions both purchases and sales, recording maintenance, recording debt and receivables, and basic accounting reports in the form of income statements, balance sheets, journals, and ledgers.

Abstract

Developments in the field of the stage is now increasingly widespread. More and more people are willing to spend big money to get the quality of a spectacular event., the supplier and the expert in this field is still relatively very little. Lasika now present in Surabaya as one of the oldest home industry to explore the aspect of sound system, rigging, LED, and others. Lasika quality has proven capable and became the mainstay of the city of Surabaya when there are events that bring national artists. To that end, Lasika feel the need to balance between performance and branding is also good for the entire society Surabaya, Indonesia even be able to know the quality offered by Lasika.In this thesis begins, the process of website creation of designs using the use case and the flow chart followed by the creation of websites using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as a programming language and MySQL for its database. Features that will be created that is google calendar, instagram, suggestion, and live chat.Results of the implementation and testing of the website is generating features member profiles, view instagram hashtag, google calendar, suggestion, live chat, and be able to see the products offered by Lasika.

Abstract

In this developing technological era, information technology has played an important role in the business world. However, PT. X is a ready-mixed concrete company that still does all the works manually. This causes the company to need more time to get the information needed because the company’s data are not integrated. In addition, there are human error problems that can occur due to employees’ negligence, such as forgetting to ask for proof of payment or forgetting to collect past due customer receivables. If the human errors are not immediately handled, they may cause problems in the company’s cash flow. This research tries to overcome the problems faced by PT. X by creating an Enterprise Resource Planning program. Among many ERP program platforms, Odoo was chosen as an ERP program that has many advantages, one of which is the ease in configuring and customizing the modules. An analysis of the ERP program is also carried out to measure the success of its implementation in the company by analyzing the suitability of business processes between the ERP program and the company's old business processes. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the ERP program at PT. X, it can be concluded that the ERP program has a positive impact on the company. Almost all business process designs in the Odoo program can meet the needs of the company well. Despite the limitations of Google Maps and financial data, the Odoo program can still run well.

Abstract

Chinese Language Course Institute X, founded in 2010, is located in Surabaya. Presently, Chinese Language Course Institute X has not used any information system, so everything is recorded manually, from the administrative matter, course schedule, new student registration, attendance checklist, until the financial matter. A lot of archives must be stored and it takes so much time to find particular data. Therefore, an administrative and service information system for Chinese Language Course Institute X will be developed using the Web and mobile application technologies.The Web-based application will help the Institute’s administrator in managing course schedule, calculating salaries, marking students’ and teachers’ attendance, storing and retrieving financial data. The Android-based application, on the other hand, is aimed to help teachers and students in view course schedule, making changing request schedule, view attendance, input and view test scores, view salary report, upload and download teaching materials.Experimental results show that the mobile application can run smoothly in mobile devices with Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and Android 4.4 (Kitkat) operating systems. All the developed features mentioned above work well and can help users obtaining the course-related information.
