Abstract

The meaning of Elizabeth Bag Store Interior Design in Semarang is map out Elizabeth bag store interior with design concept be in the form of design ideas, design themes, ideas or themes characteristic and ideas or themes application in bag store's interior. Elizabeth bag store is designed with post modernism style which is contained modern style, colonial style and java etnic. The modern style application in Elizabeth bag store's can be found at simple furniture's shape but elegant and apply materials like glass, stainless stell and gloss finishing. The colonial style application in Elizabeth bag store's can be found at window's design, high platform and chandlier lamp. The java etnic style application in Elizabeth bag store's can be seen at wood texture finishing.

Abstract

Batik is Indonesia’s most famous culture product, well known by both local community and international society. Unfortunately the art of batik nowadays is abandoned and underestimated by Indonesians themselves especially by the youngsters because batik has been regarded old and out of date. One of the ways to attract people’s interest in batik is creating a place, in this case is a shop or batik gallery with modern but featuring Indonesia cultures element as well, therefore it fascinates the visitors to come for admiring and even purchasing the batik products.In the interior design of Batik Semar Gallery in Surabaya, there are facilities such as retail shop of Batik Semar batik cloth, apparel, and accessories or souvenir and workshop space of batik cloth processing purposely shown to the visitors where they can watch and even take part in producing the batik. Dynamic is used as a concept, applied in shapes, lines, and layout composition in this design. It is expected that this design can raise the value of PT Batik Semar’s products.

Abstract

Modular indoor booth design is an inovation on product display system for the interior of exhibition space. The aim of this booth design is to facilitate the exhibition’s organizer in setting up and disassembling the booth. Combining modular system and breakdown system in the design may provide an ease in many aspects, such as in transportation, assembly dan storage. Methodology design by Kembel[1] used in the design process, including 5 stages consist of understand, define, ideate, prototype and test. The advantages of this display system are its capability in adapting on different situation may appear in exhibition space and creating several different forms from one set booth design. It also supports the world in overcome global warming by using material efficiently.

Abstract

Surabaya is one of the biggest cities in Indonesia. Most people whose life there has a consumptive life style, especially for those women. Surabaya has much fashion retails with its brands and facilities. But it still can’t fulfill what customers needs.So, with this Interior Design Fashion Center “Forever 21” in Surabaya hope can fulfill what customers needs and also can give them a new shopping experience. Forever 21 is a brand which already available in Jakarta and get positive responses from people there. Because the design concept is showing a new and interesting store, and also give a happy atmosphere for customers. This concept ‘ll be applied at display shape and interior element. This project ‘ll be supported with information center, so that people can get information about brand and fashion trend.

Abstract

Ship is the oldest transportation tools in the world. Compared to others transportation tools ships need the longest time to get to their destination. Because this reason by the time ship is completed with others function, such as recreation facilities. When the passengers are on the sea they need facilities that can accommodate their needs. Concept for this ship’s design is Inforgettable. This concept concern on giving the passengers unforgettable trip. This concept is presented with Papua culture theme. So it can introduce Indonesian traditional culture which isn’t well known. Combine the Papua culture theme and presented in modern way make post-modern stlye.

Abstract

The design is made to increase community activities in sport, especially for the teenagers, this design also to introduces a new sport to community, the sport of airsoft gun. This design not only invites community to exercise but also to provide information of airsoft gun.                    This design uses the function space so that people can visit to get information clearly and a new place for an interentingly exercise, by displaying a collection of objects and their descriptions, and supported by an attractive interior atmosphere.

Abstract

This project aims to introduce traditional Japanese dance, Kabuki as one of the components that enrich the culture of Indonesia. This center serves public facilities that have a connection with a community learning activities to learn the art of Kabuki traditional dance broadly, open, and appreciate art. The concept is movement by taking the concept of a centralized space set according with the order of importance based on the problems that arise and adapted to some of the literature and survey as guidance in solving problems to achieve the above objectives. Application presented through the plot, shapes, colors, and materials of nature in accordance with the design concept.

Abstract

Before the Europeans and Chinese in Indonesia, the use of the furniture in the small day-to-day life. With the arrival of the Europeans and the Chinese carry considerable influence in which the entry of a new culture began to appear on the forms furnished with stylish design their home country. This design style is created and born from the desire of the authorities to his hometown. Existing furniture in the cafe & bar Blue Shanghai is the Colonial influenced design style (Batavia) and China can be seen from the formation, colors and motifs of the furniture. This research studied the effect of applied and learned Chinese and Colonial style designs on the cafe & bar furniture Shanghai Blue 1920 in Jakarta.

Abstract

Dogs are social animals, which because of the proximity of human behavior patterns by making a dog can be trained, to play, live with humans, and invited socialization with humans. That's why a lot of people that make a dog is just like a friend as well as your own. The Interior of Dog Lovers café is a place to be able to meet the needs of dog lovers and can be a facility to realize the wishes of dog lovers who want to introduce the dog to the general public. Besides the lack of similar facilities in Surabaya. Facilities provided include a reception area, indoor cafe, outdoor cafe, galleries, libraries, clothing stores, souvenir shops, and a photoroom. The concept of the design is to create an attractive atmosphere that can attract visitors.
