Abstract

SMS Gateway Server will connect with a database which  will be sent via sms sender modem. When a message is sent to the recipient, the time required to send the SMS is for a long time. To be able to solve these problems can be used multiple modem, so the sms delivery expense can be divided into several modems in one delivery. This requires the technique of how to manage the sms recipients in order to be well distributed to multiple modems at once. The technique that can be used is database synchronization with multiple modems, by dividing the number of messages to be sent. Abstract

A good implementation of information technology within a higher education institution can drive the quality of information availability, business functions integration, and thus the overall performance of the organization. When the information technology is managed unproperly, then it will present enormous challenges for the organization to fulfill its needs of valid information. Those invalid information and false indicators will lead to difficulties in measuring the actual performance of the organization. STIKI Malang is a private college institution located in the city of Malang, Indonesia. Its quality assurance department (Unit Penjaminan Mutu) often find difficulties in taking any required decisions in order to measure the performance of the organization. Some of the processes are considered as inefficient since they are not able to display the needed indicators within the scheduled time. This research analyzes the existing business processes that are related with performance management of the organization. It presents a set of information systems functional requirements model that is resulted from requirements engineering methods. Abstract

By using the exsogen variable and endogenous variables that include lecturer variable, modul_dosen, student and modul_mahasiswa. Output loading (in SPSS called Factor Loadings) is used to measure the convergent validity of the measurement model (instrument). In this case, the outer load test results show a high value on the LECTURER variable that is more than the tumbs rule of 0.70 (Chin, 1998). A score of more than 0.70 also appears on the construction of POST and MANAGE. The MODUL_DOSEN variable also has a correlation not only with him (MD) but also on the MHS (Student) variable and the MDHS variable (Module_Mahasiswa) From the results it can be concluded that the Student (MHS) and (MDHS) variables have convergent validity Thats good, so this variable Must be included in hypothesis testing Moderating variables From the statistical analysis using PLS, it can be concluded that the Student (MHS) and Modul_dosen (MDDS) have a positive influence on the lecturer (DSN), with p <0.05, 0.000 and 0.063 Thus it can be concluded that hypotheses 1 and 2 are supported In addition to testing the test method of construct the flowmap variable of the external test evaluation with the result of cardinality connected 1: 1,1: N and 0: N. Abstract

One of the medical record activities in puskesmas is the diagnosis of disease, according to ICD-10. Coder at Puskesmas Kendalsari in establishing the disease diagnosis code has not implemented the coding steps, according to volume 2 ICD-10. This is one of the causes of inaccuracies of disease diagnostic codes. This study aims to implement a manual book made in accordance with volume 2 ICD-10, about the procedure of giving the disease code. The research instruments are checklist, ICD-10 and interview guidelines. Population is an outpatient medical record file at Puskesmas Kendalsari. The number of samples is 50 records of medical records. The study design is the pre-experiment One Group Pretest Postest by measuring the percentage of accuracy of diagnosis code of disease diagnosis before and after manual book implementation. The results showed the percentage of accuracy of disease diagnosis code before manual book implementation by 42%; While after the implementation of the manual book by 82%. Statistic test with Independent Z Test obtained Sig value. Less than 0.05 ie 0,000 which means Ho is rejected, meaning there is a difference in the proportion of the accuracy of the diagnosis of disease diagnosis before and after the implementation of the manual book. We recommend that the manual book can be used as a guide in determining the diagnostic code of the disease in Puskesmas Kendalsari. Keywords: diagnostic code, manual book

Abstract

Bamboo products such as Gazebo are bamboo handicrafts that require only small capital but can generate business opportunities with multiple profits and have tremendous prospects. Gazebo is one of bamboo handicraft which, if it is processed by creative hands, hence bamboo handicraft can be valued to millions of rupiah. As in the area of Pendem Village, Junrejo Sub-District Batu Tourism City was chosen to be an object because in that area there is a very active and enthusiastic Business Group in this entrepreneurship program, so it can be utilized by local people as a means to get a job and increase income welfare. The problem with this effort is the process of making bamboo and glugu gazebo this is all done manually one by one especially bamboo cutting process and making hole in bamboo and glugu, so it is not efficient and effective. In addition there are limitations about insight enterpreneur, management, marketing and making simple bookkeeping (accounting). The results of IbM activities that have been carried out by the Implementing Team, including the provision of bamboo and glugu cutting machine, drilling machine, operate and test the machine, training and mentoring both about entrepreneurship, management, marketing and simple accounting comprehension in order to optimize products more qualified, innovative , kratif can develop so as to compete with other similar industries. Keywords: Business group, Bamboo & glugu cutting machine, Gazebo, Efesien and effective

Abstract

The purpose of this study are : (1) To analyze the effect of the significance of Compensation for Motivation lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (2) To analyze the effect of the significance of Compensation for Performance lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (3) To analyze the effect of the significance of Competence on Motivation lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (4) to analyze the effect of the significance of competence on the performance of a lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (5) to analyze the effect of the significance of motivation on the performance of a lecturer at the Polytechnic of Malang, (6) to analyze the effect of the significance of Compensation and Competence to performance with variable between motivation at Politeknik Negeri Malang. In this study, the design used is the analysis of the design Explanantif Path (Path Analysis) to measure the relationship between variables research or to analyze how the influence of a variable to another variable. Data collection techniques in this study using a survey method, with tools enclosed questionnaire, in which respondents choose one of the answers that have been provided with alternative answers consisted of the interval is 1 - 5. The object of the study was 42 faculty of electrical engineering courses Politeknik Negeri Malang. This study found evidence that: (1) Compensation positive effect but not significant to the motivation of lecturers polytechnic poor, (2) Competence positive and significant effect on the motivation of lecturers polytechnic unfortunate, (3) Compensation positive effect but not significant to the performance professor polytechnic land poor, (4) competence positive effect but not significant to the performance professor polytechnic unfortunate, (5) Motivation positive influence and significant impact on the performance of lecturers polytechnic unfortunate, (6) There is a positive effect and significant compensation, competencies through motivation on the performance of lecturers polytechnic unfortunate. Keywords: Compensation, Competency, Motivation and Performance Lecturer

Abstract

In FM radio receivers many frequency instabilities are found in the form of interference from other transmitter radio frequencies. This requires a frequency locking system that can lock the frequency of the relationship between the reference frequency and the frequency wave generated by VCO. The locking system is the Phase Locked Loop system. The Phase Locked loop system requires a divider frequency circuit that uses IC TC9122, input the IC frequency divider will experience a division process that is controlled by a DIP Switch that has been calculated based on the desired frequency to be locked. With this background, it is necessary to create Frequency Dividers for Phase Locked Loops Based on IC TC9122 ", because they see how important PLL is in the radio reception system as a frequency stabilizer. The results of this tool get stability, if the DIP Switch value is calculated based on multiplication of 8 stable prescaler frequencies. To obtain the output frequency stability, the calculation refers to the output of the prescaler 8 divider.

Abstract

Population is a group of people that live in a particular area. The population data set required by the government to determine policies related to public services, development plans, budget allocations, democratic development and law enforcement. Therefore, the existence of every inhabitant should be noted and properly managed. Currently, the data management mechanism of the population involves many parties and is done gradually, starting from Rukun Tetangga (RT), Rukun Warga (RW), village and subdistrict office. some of the problems experienced by the village government are: residents are not aware of the terms of submission of public services, RT/RW is difficult to find or can only be encountered at certain times, the population took a long time to get a letter from the village government and village officials take a long time to report the status of the population. To overcome these problems, an integrated information system is needed.
