Abstract

Usecase Test Method on Flowchart Process Application of Social Data Record Medical Citizens RT.06 RW.02 Village Tunjungsekar Malang. Abstract

Pregnancy is a normal function of the body and part of the life phase of women, during this period there is the possibility of pregnant women have a pregnancy disorder. To determine the type of pregnancy disorder the officer has certain patient criteria ie symptoms experienced by the patient. Decision-making issues can be complex because of the inclusion of multiple objectives and criteria. Thus, the method of Fuzzy Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) was chosen. Fuzzy logic is a method of problem-solving control system, which is suitable to be implemented on the system, and in TOPSIS method there are alternatives and criteria of data that has been added and can be determined its matching rank. The alternative is used based on 12 types of pregnancy disorders only. While the criteria used to get a matching ranking is based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. In order to produce a suitable output with the data, the officer should enter the symptoms according to the existing pregnancy disorder criteria data. If the officer does not enter the appropriate symptoms, the user should enter at least 2 symptoms that other pregnancy diseases do not have. And if the user only inserts one symptom of the data, then the output does not match the existing data.Keywords: fuzzy, interference, pregnancy, diagnosis, TOPSIS

Abstract

The first time patient visits the health care facilities is to be identified the social data of the patient. Patient registration by using the register book takes a lot of time and extend the registration process. Universal Medical Identity card (UMI) is the choice to shortening the time process of identification the social data of the patient. The aim of this research was to implement the UMI card against time identification process social data of the patient. The data obtained through observation and the time for identify the social data of patients was recorded before and after the implementation of UMI cards. Sample were the new outpatient who came to the patient regristration desk (TPPRJ) in Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan City. The statistical test using Independent t-Test proved that there was a different mean time of identification the social data of the patient before and after using the UMI card, with significancy value p < 0,05. It is suggested to use this UMI card at the patient regristration desk (TPPRJ) in Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan City, to speed up the time process of identification the social data of the patient. Key words : UMI (Universal Medical Identity ) card , time process of identification the social data of the patient

Abstract

In large companies such as PT. Telkom, with a large number of employees, it is difficult to process employee appraisals by manual, because it will spend a lot of time and money. The thing that must be observed is how to choose employees in accordance with the criteria that exist in a particular position, then if there are vacant positions, it is the duty of the Human Resource Department (HRD) to conduct an assessment of each employee to fill the position. One solution for time and cost efficiency in determining the promotion of employees in an agency is to build a decision support system that uses Gap analysis. Gap is the difference between employee profile and position profile. Decision support systems using Gap analysis are made based on data and HR norms. Gap calculation process is carried out to determine employee promotion in the Job Enhancement System based on three aspects, namely knowledge and corporate culture, ability, and personality. Standard profile data, core factor mapping, and secondary factors are determined by the company. Standard profiles that are used for all sub-variables are 4 and percentage sharing for knowledge and corporate culture is 40%, ability is 30%, and personality is 30%, while division for core factors is 60% and secondary factor is 40%. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the highest score is 4,395 with NIK 10201346, which means that employees with NIK 10201346 will be recommended for promotion. Keywords: Decision Support System, Profile Matching

Abstract

Radio Network already exist and it was used long time ago. Its use that the radio networks can communicate through frequency in the air, definitely it simplifies us to transmit the information to others. Along with the development of technology nowadays, the radio network has been applied into several media, one of the impact of an advanced technology is the existing of transmitter for remote of a level monitoring for speaker power based microcontroller. This study used Microcontroller ATmega 8535 as the voltage level processor in which produced by the speaker to be transformed into data and utilize the RF communication media with frequency drop of 433 MHz which used to transmit data to the speaker, so it can be displayed through the computer. The result of the establishment of this device, namely pin ADC on the MicroController has read the data analog from the speaker and pin TXD on MicroController has transmit the data well. Keywords : ADC, Microcontroller, RT434A

Abstract

One of the company's main goals is to maximize company value. Company value is an investor's perception of the level of company success that is often associated with stock prices. This research aims to analyze the influence of debt policy toward growth opportunity, investment decisions, and company value. Moreover, this researching on companies listed on the LQ 45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. The analysis method used structural equation analysis / SEMPLS with the help of SmartPLS version 2 software. The results of this research indicate that debt policy has a significant influence partially toward growth opportunity with a t-statistic value of 4,453136 (> 1.96). However, debt policy has not a significant influence on firm value with a t-statistic value of 1.387508 (<1.96). And also, Growth Opportunity has a significant influence partially toward firm value with a t-statistic value of 3.286849 (> 1.96). While Growth Opportunity has not a significant influence on investment decisions with a t-statistic value of 0.277165 (<1.96).Investment decisions have a significant influence partially on firm value with a t-statistic value of 4.175537 (> 1.96). The coefficient of determination (R2) of debt policy towards growth opportunity, investment decisions, and company value is 0.040; 0.001 and 0.349.Keywords: debt policy, growth opportunity, investment decisions, and company value

Abstract

Implementation of Electronic Medical Records by using flow maps is a mixture of maps and flow charts, which show the movement of objects from one location to another, such as the number of people in migration, the number of items traded, or the number of packages in the network. Flowchart is a chart (chart) that shows flow in a program or system procedure logically. Flowchart is used mainly for communication aids and for documentation. At this stage there is also a need analysis where the needs analysis is an analysis to find out who the users involved in the information system to be built include: [1] Medical record officers (registration, data input, storage), [2] Doctors, [3] Nurse, [4] Admin hospitalized. By using Dreamweaver CS 6 Application, it is expected to make it easier to create a chart and flow of inpatient services at the hospital. Abstract

The application of a letter processing system is expected to provide an advantage for a company. In designing a letter processing application, you can use the Levenshtein Distance method, where two strings of Levenshtein distance are the minimum number of operations needed to convert a string to another string. Levenshtein distance is also used to measure the value of similarity or similarity between two words (strings). So that it can simplify the process of finding mail archives. An example of the word used is sirat as the source word and letter as the target word, selling as the source word and submission as the target word, trading as the source and travel word as the target word. The results of the comparison of the word sirat and letters get the results of the distance comparison 1. While the word sales and submission has a distance comparison result 4.
