Abstract

Android technology development is very rapid, people used to aid activities in various fields, one of them in the field of sports. To maintain body condition in order to stay healthy in the midst of hectic activity, some people take the time and cost more to work out at the fitness center. But not infrequently they feel bored because it is always exercising indoors, it makes some people choose a sport that can give pleasure, lively sports are cycling a few years. Users can exercise bike burns calories by looking at the calories spent on the tool, because by looking at the sports activities we can evaluate how adaptable our sport. Given that problem, the application needed to help the public to remain able to evaluate and monitor their cycling activities such as speed, mileage, travel time, and calories burned anywhere. Android is rapidly evolving technology today, almost all mobile products now have the android operating system, and many are using this technology. Burned calorie counter app is based on Android that can be used anytime and anywhere they cycled, thus saving costs. The results of this study are expected to make the community more motivated to live a healthy lifestyle by exercising, people can evaluate their cycling activities at any time. Keywords: kalori terbakar, android, aplikasi, olahraga sepeda.

Abstract

Local computer network is a computer network that is built on the college STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang and serves as a support learning tool for students. This private network built and designed by an Admin. Admin should always monitor network construction. In order for the construction of the network remains stable. But not forever a network admin will continue to be on a server computer, there are times when an Admin has a personal interest that requires Admin leave his job. It takes a special application that can to remote computers with a remote server.Virtual Private Network or VPN is better known by the tunneling method is implemented on a local network to develop local networks that exist in universities, facilitate an Admin to connect to servers and computers to remote computers with a remote server.VPN has been tested on a local network STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang Ubuntu11.10 operating system. The result of this research is the establishment of a network virtual private network (VPN) with tunneling method in laboratory network Ubuntu11.10 STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang. Keywords: local network, VPN, Server, Client.

Abstract

Penggunaan simulasi lalu lintas adalah salah satu pendekatan yang paling banyak digunakan untuk mengukur keakuratan dari sebuah simulasi dengan kondisi nyata pada lalu lintas. VISSIM merupakan software simulasi yang digunakan oleh profesional untuk membuat simulasi dari skenario lalu lintas yang dinamis sebelum membuat perencanaan dalam bentuk nyata. Pada penelitian ini , VISSIM digunakan untuk membangun sebuah simulasi pada perempatan di kota Malang tepatnya pada Jl.Bandung. Sebelum melakukan perbandingan dengan kondisi nyata dilapangan, pembuatan simulasi ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah prototype simulasi pada sebuah perempatan jalan raya yang mempunyai karakteristik sama dengan Jl. Abstract

Tomato (solanum lyco persicum) are a pland of solanceae family, native plants of centeral and sount America, from meksico and peru. Tomatoes have a short life cycle and height from I up to 3 meters. Nowadays farmers often ignoie about to the pest and direases of tomatoes because of lack of know ledge. They also considered it’s eventually happen in planting fase, experts in tomatoes pest and diseases were umited, less dissemination from agricultural staff about pest and diseases in tomatoes, how ever they didn’t know to control it and to eliminated fastor cawses decceased productivity.This study was using Forward Chaining  method it is a description that starts from the know facts and then match it with IF and rules IF-THEN passage.Pert and diseases with high prevalences in tomatoes are pert: for a pert is Ulat buah, Ulat tanah, Kutu daun hijau, Lalat putih, Lalat buah (bractrotera) and then a diseases is a: Layu fusarium, Penyakit Bercak Daun, Bercak bakteri, Busuk buah .This expert system application provider information tomatoes pert and diseases diagnose, including controlling solution that can be used to reduce of minimize the risk of tomatoes plants damage. Keywords : System Expert, Diagnoses Pert And Diseases, Tomato.

Abstract

The development of information technology has developed rapidly into the world of education where more and more campuses and institutions use a variety of web based applications to simplify and accelerate the education services on campus or institution, one of which is the Department of Information Technology State Polytechnic of Malang to the field of web-based applications are frequently used applications is e-learning. One important part of e-learning applications that frequently used are online exams, where student can use the application to take online exam. However, online exam applications is not without drawbacks some weakness that often occurs is the application became slower and less responsive when accessed by many student. To overcome those problems in this research we develop an web based application that uses MEAN (MongoDB, Express Js, Angular Js, Js Node arcitecture).Based on our test with 100 to 150 client that connected simultaniously to our online exam application for one minutes the application have 3938 ms average of response time.  Keywords  : Online Examination, e-learning, MEAN

Abstract

Psychotest test becomes an important need in various human life space. Not only related to things that are clinical, psychotest test is also used in work space. Psychological test is implemented as an effort to know by recognizing ones personality further. One of method used psychologist is Kraepelin to get the types of personality. In practice, psychological tests in understanding an object that is human with all the attitudes and behavior is still using the old method. Psychological tests still use sheet or question series given to related objects and the calculation of the results or scoring still done manually. Error in scoring will affect the result so that will lead to the perception that is not appropriate.Assessment Kraepelin can be formed with an intelligent system with the approach method of Fuzzy Inference System, with the basis of experience in the field of psychology.Fuzzy Inference System will be the brain in analyzing the scoring which is a representation of the thinking of an expert, in this case the psychologist.Sistem is web-basedwhich provide personality test results and also provide information about the types of personality that exists.Keyword : expert system, kraepelin, fuzzy inference system

Abstract

A stereo decoder is enabled to separate information and modulated signal by recovering the previous information signal come as one with the carrier signal using a varying frequency according to the amplitude change value that becomes the same information signal as the original signal or as stereo audio. Inside a stereo audio, there is a component which each functions to get the required signal results in the stereo decoder. The designed stereo decoder uses a single IC; IC AN7410N as a demodulator that is designed to demodulate the signal from the stereo encoder to the L and R audio signals. The result of the test shows that stereo decoder can detect the 19 kHz pilot tone frequency and stereo decoder can also receive FM radio broadcast from the sender and output audio results in the form of stereo L and R, even though the sideband frequency output measurement from each channel L and R, shows the frequency difference (Hz) of expected output frequency.Keywords: audio, stereo, decoder, AN7410N

Abstract

E-learning allows students of STMIK STIKOM Bali to keep learning even though physically absent or unable to attend when the learning process going on in the classroom. The utilization of e-learning can also make the development a high learning flexibility. The perception of the user in this case is a student will be indispensable in order to assist the utilization of e-learning optimally. The goal of this research will examine about admissions in the utilization of e-learning used in STMIK STIKOM Bali. The behavior of students needed to know what the students felt towards e-learning. The research will be focused on reviewing the acceptance of the use of e-learning in accordance with the model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Analysis of the results obtained showed that the student respondents on this aspect of convenience and expediency of having a positive influence to the attitude when using e-learning, even on the final results of the e-learning has not been well received by the users (students). Whereas, on the usefullnes aspects of the lecturer, respondents have influence nearly all other aspects, so that the final result obtained is lecturer receives well the use of e-learning in the learning process. Further research can be developed by developing indicators for each variable.   Keyword : TAM, e-learning, PLS

Abstract

The uses of technology in daily organization operational becomes ordinary thing. The optimum technology uses are the use technology that  align with the need of the users in order gaining efficiency and inclining productivity. STMIK  Asia has used finger print absensce media for recording its employees attendence.Yet, the attendence machine that has been used for a long period, can not accomodate the Human Resource Department’s  need in order to observe its employee presence during working-hours.The emergence information regarding the employee presence during working hours, is supported by manual written absence book.However, this manual written book, can not provide a real-time information the presence of the employee. Furthermore, in the end of the period, recapitulation absence book become a burden, take a lot of time for inputting data to the computer. Thus, STMIK Asia adopting other technology in order to fulfill the need of Human Resource Department. The new adapted technology is not a more modern or sophisticated  machine, however the new technology accomodates employees attendence system that align with STMIK Asia needs. Keywords: attendence, finger print, convertion, HR Information System
