Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out and study about the influence of management information system in PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, Bandung branch office which is located at jalan Lembong Bandung. The research method used in this research was ekspanatory survey with research type survey. The test results of 5 indicators of latent variables have a management information system that is effective and consistent reliability so that the variance extracted value meaningful to the information in the latent variable.Keyword: management information system, information system

Abstract

This article reviews the theory of Keynes relating to monetary policy, management of long-term debt, and liquidity of investment funds as written by Geoff Tilly in 2006 with entitled Keyness Theory of Liquidity Preference and His Debt Management and Monetary Policies, and taken from the Cambridge Journal of Economics , Volume 30, pages 657-670.Results and conclusions derived from these journals is that the macro-economic conditions of country are determined by the long-term interest rates that may affect directly to investment, growth, and the unemployment rate.In this article also carried out a critical and review of the journal. The results of the review are agreed that the monetary policy of the government to stabilize the macro-economic conditions not necessarily be a panacea in solving the problems of macro-economy of country. This means that the macro policies of a general nature is not always a way out for resolving the problem, therefore it need  a sensitivity policy to solve problems, especially policies issued by factor conditions / situations, geographical, historical, and of course the factors of uncertainty of the country.Keywords: Keynes  theory, liquidity, debt management, and monetary policy

Abstract

Management information system is an economic device companies as the supporting of busniness wheel. This system is a support that ease companies to receive information flow where the information flows come from both internal and external company can be absorbed and presented in a place that is easy to understand, quick and on target includes the current financial information, human resources (HR), marketing and sales strategies that will be built by the company to the issues that will influence business wheel in the company. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource management, electronic systems, and the distribution system in moderation system information for competitive advantage of UKM in Lampung Province.  The method uses descriptive and associative.  The research result shows that human resource management positively and significantly influences competitive advantage with moderation organization information system, electronic system does not significantly influence the competitive advantage with moderation organization information systems, and distribution system significantly influences the competitive advantage with moderation organizational information systems. Key Words: Human Resources Management, Organization Information System Electronic Systems, Distribution System, Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

These days Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) have been run by people to improve economic income. Some kinds of SME business in Indonesia are services and commercials. However, because of the lack knowledge of accounting cycle, many enterprises cannot implement appropriate recording system according to general accounting recording. As the result, the SME owner cannot draw aside enterprise financial and personal financial. The case is that when the SME owners are planned on evolve their business, they can propose bank loan. But, there are conditions to propose bank loan, one of the conditions is appropriate financial report.The implementation of accounting cycle on SME can help the owner to manage their business that their business can be successful. Abstract

CV Gunung Agung established since 1990 is a company which is a branch of PT. Great Mountain Center. As a branch company, product and price has been arranged so that the uniformity of the product and the price is no different in different regions. During the establishment of this company until this year the company has not been able to achieve the sales target has been set from the center. While promotional activities in the form of advertising and sales promotion to achieve the sales target continues to be maximized.Thus, the problem is how the role of the cost of advertising and sales promotion expenses to the value it sold PT. Gunung Agung Lampung branch.The hypothesis is the cost of advertising and sales promotion costs greatly affect the sales of the Supreme PT.Gunung Lampung branch.Setelh testing, it turns out variabeladvertising effect on sales. Figures advertising costs variable coefficient β1 = 14.9830 indicates that every increment of Rp. 1 (the rupiah) would add to the cost of advertising sales of Rp. 14.9830. Variable coefficient value of sales promotion costs would lead to increase in the sales value of Rp. 7.1766.In terms of the contribution of each variable is seen that the administrative costs contributed terhadapnilai greater sales when compared to the cost of sales promotion. But in terms of the relationship between variables is seen that the variable cost of sales promotion more closely (94.56%) when compared with the cost of advertising (90.61%).While in terms of contribution to sales variable, together the two variables provide a contribution of 90.37% while the rest of 9.67 was obtained from other variables, such as personal selling or other marketing variables.Keywords: Variable, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Sales

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of management implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 the college in Bandar Lampung and important aspect of service quality. The samples are all of students of  the colleges was applied quality management system. This study uses regression analysis to determine the impact of academic service quality of the education institutions . Then uses the Cartesian diagram to identify the aspects that are priorities for student academic services related college.The results showed that the significance level 0.034 alpha is smaller than 0.05. It is mean that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, and it can be stated that the application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System significantly affect the quality of Academic Services . R square of 0.023 or 2.3 % indicates the magnitude of the effect of the application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System on the Quality of Academic Services is still smaller . Based on result of the analysis and then the Cartesian diagram proves that the aspects that determine of the academic services quality and  satisfaction factors are the comfort of the services, facilities services, the attention of service personnel, and personnel responsiveness to student complaints. Keywords : quality management system, quality of service

Abstract

In information technology era, there are so much promising chance and business challenge for enterprises in Indonesia, for instance to expand the market target of products from Indonesian enterprises. But, in other hand, this challenge also brings a tough competition. So that, the enterprise should have a good strategy to face the competition, but also focus on developing their business, products, price, promotion, and effectively distribute their products. One of developed business in Indonesia is sport product seller. The issue of this paper is how to analyze the products and price toward consumer decision to buy sport shoes brand Adidas at sport shop in Pangkalpinang city. Based on the result of double regression analysis partially and simultaneously, there is significant and positive effect between product (x1) and price (x2) toward consumer decision in selecting soccer shoes brand Adidas at sport shop in Pangkalpinang city. The regression equation between each variable is Y= 0,117 + 0,827X1 + 0,168 X2 + e or determination coefficient value of 0.787 (73.8%) that means 73.8% decision variable can be explain by variable product and price.Key words –product, price, consumer decision

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and examine the influence of price and consumer characteristics toward the purchasing decision at Data.Com Computer Kota Pangkalpinang.This research is a descriptive and quantitative research. The method of sampling used in this research is the nonprobability sampling, particularly the accidental sampling. The population of this study is the consumer of Data.Com Computer Kota Pangkalpinang. The samples of this study are 138 people who are taken by using Sevilla Slovin formula with 5% error margin. The data analysis was conducted through descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t-test, F-test, multiple regression analysis and determination coefficient (R2).            The result of the research shows that partially the price variable has 1.182 positive effect with t-test of 23.679 > 1.65 t-table at significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 toward the purchasing decision, and consumer characteristic variable has 0.037 positive effect with t-test of 5.650 > 1.65 t-table at significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 toward the purchasing decision. Simultaneously, the price variable and consumer characteristic have positive and significant effect toward the purchasing decision with F-test of 1070.838 > 3.06 F-table at significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The adjusted R-square is 0.940 which means that 94% of purchasing decision can be explained or influenced by the price and consumer characteristic variables, while the remaining 6% of purchasing decision are influenced by other variables which are not studied in this research.  Key words –price, consumer characteristics, purchasing decision.

Abstract

The world of education today face the challenge to make a real contribution in solving the existing problems. Students as the next generation in the continuing development phases have a duty to be able to contribute ideas in the form of real work. UNJANI Management Faculty of Economics is one of the courses that are in west Java Cimahi.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the difference in behavior of student learning at the Department of Management Business Communication course. The purpose of this analysis was to compare the two averages two unrelated groups. The data used is quantitative assuming normal distribution. The sample in this study amounted to 68 people and is divided into two groups, each numbering 34 people. Statistical analysis tool used is a non-parametric statistical test form independent sample test. Based on the results of statistical data if the result is that there are significant differences between the test results of the two groups of students of this can be seen from the Sig smaller than alpha is 0.013 <0.05. The results of the test group of students who received treatment with no prior information about the execution of the test to get a better result than the test results of students who obtain information on the previous exam. This is due to the different behavior is that some students perform regularly set aside time to study and some will not.Key word –behavior of student, exam results, business communication

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of quality perception and score perception toward consumers’ loyalty of futsal sport field users in Bandar Lampung.  The problem comes from the futsal field are the number of limited field which is had by the field owner, comfort, facility and venue, futsal field rent price is different at each of different level. It is seen from the condition above therefore the consumers’ perception indicates that consumers’ perception of quality and score perception about Dome sport field that Dome field has many fields compare to other futsal fields. This research used descriptive research type. The population is futsal sport field use analysis result mutiple linear regression means that there is an influence between quality perception and score perception toward consumers’ loyalty of futsal field users in Bandar Lampung. Key Words : Quality Perception, Score Perception, Consumers’ Loyalty
