The rapid development of information technology, triggering every area of life must be able to innovate so as not to lag or even disappear. One of the areas that has been utilizing many technologies is the economic and business areas. One of the businesses that is currently growing is the hospitality business. Regional potential in Indonesia that provides many benefits for tourists ranging from sport or recreation to make the business of hospitality become a promising effort. The number of hotels established, making business competition increasingly higher. facilities, promotion, service and convenience in obtaining information and transaction into a factor that can impact the business progress of the hotel. Fast information service especially for reservation is indispensable. This research aims to design a reservation and promotion system in a Web-based hospitality business. The methods used in this research are the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method as well as system design using Unified Modelling Language (UML). This research generates a prototype reservation system and promotion of a website-based hospitality business that can be implemented to build information systems and can then be used to facilitate the dissemination of information/hotel promotion and facilitate consumers to make reservations online

This study aims to make software development documents more organized and have better quality in using of library information systems. The method used in this research is the study of literature and the literature by using the linear sequential model development methodology which is expected to be a reference in the design of library information system. The results showed that the Library Information System Applications using Linear Sequential Methodology is often called the Waterfall Methodology or waterfall is a model that proposes an approach to software developers a systematic and sequential. The core of this methodology is the construction of a system is done sequentially or linearly. If step one has not done it will not be able to do the next step( two, three, and so on). automatically stages 3 will be made if the first stage and the second was done. Its expected to make the design and construction documents to be organized and the quality of the resulting system will be better. Keywords: Sequential Linear, Library Information System.

The way of determining information system form able to fulfil requirement of business and aligning with organizational business growth is to develop enterprise architecture. Enterprise architecture defines a process for organizing and directing information system development plan, what consist of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture to obtain management commitments and support in integrated information system development implementation. Methodology being used in modelling this architecture is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP defines a process for enterprise architects that emphasize interpersonal skills and techniques for organizing and directing enterprise architecture project, obtaining management commitment, presenting the plan to management and leading the organization through the transition from planning to implementation. Research place taken as case study is Informatics Faculty at Business and Informatics Institute Darmajaya Business modelling phase is a process which create business model as representative form that defined business comprise of business function performed by enterprise. Business model used as a basic on define three architecture and making implementation plan. Result of modelling business function in Informatics Faculty at Business and Informatics Institute Darmajaya is defined counted 27 detail business function. Data architecture gets 23 data entities candidate and relationship among others. Application architecture obtains by 20 application candidate. While technological architecture yield conceptual network architecture and enterprise business system architecture.

In an exchange of messages that occur offline and online is very vulnerable to the threat of information theft with a combination of Affine Cipher and One-time Pad is expected to secure a message that is difficult to solve from information theft (Cryptanalysis).Affine Cipher works by using the two integer and One-time Pad keys using keys that match the existing text and the key is randomly generated.The combination of two algorithms is expected to secure information and can return back to its original form (Plainteks), so as not to cause any data lost or excessive. Logic holds an important role in Computer Academic is used as a basic for programming language, Data Base, Artificial Intelligent, Software Engineering, and etc. It can be concluded that if we want to learn about computer, so it will be connected to logic. Logic is one of knowledge which can’t stand alone. It can be used to evaluate and organize the structure of arguments and statements which are collected from the study of the argument and formal system effect to daily human language. Quantifier is a sentence that conatains that quantity of expression involved eg existing objects, all, some, not all, and others. Quantifier consists of two forms Universal Quantifier and Existensial Quantifier. Universal Quantifier has the word - a word that implies a general and comprehensive while Existensial Quantifier have words – words that contain some sprecial meaning. Domain of quantifier interpretation is very important to determine the type of quantifier which would be used and affect its symbol. A control system is a very important aspect in modern technology. This is a interconnection of the components in the connected or associated in such a way as to a direct order or regulate itself and another system. In IIB darmajaya electric system is still done manually , thus that personnel must make building of life and death MCB ( miniature circuit breakers and officials did not can on the monitoring of the MCB will are in a on or off. Based on these problems so there should have a system that could be implemented centrally and also made aimed to ease the users or officers can control and on the monitoring an electrical device from a distance. The design process made system made up of several components of them mikrokontroler arduino that serves as control , CT (Current Transformer) censorship as detecting an electric current , ethernet shield as a liaison tissue between the computer by arduino and relay (Magnetic Contactor) as a switch. Thus, the result of this research is the control system and on the monitoring an electrical device on MCB centrally. Thus the building only will no longer around to check mcb installed at every building as the use of electricity in line with the needs so as to diminish electricity consumption will have.Keywords : Microcontroler Aduino, Ethernet Shield, System Control, MCB

With the rapid development of electronics and computer technology, we had to exploit and utilize the development and advancement as much as possible. One of the utilization of that advances is using the electronics control assembly for garden lighting, water pump controller, and also the electricity safety control. Electricity safety control should be good in ordert to use computer. If the electricity is not safe, it will damage computer. Based on that fact, electricity safety become necessity. So that the author learn about electricity controller from PLN with 220V voltage, and 500VA capacity. In this case, author learn about an application of that tool as stabilizer. In general, traffic control has been using traffic lights regulator. Use of Traffic Light has the disadvantage of setting the vehicle is not based on the real-time condition of the number of cars but by time .Utilization of digital image processing technology can be applied to the traffic light system is to detect the number of vehicles on each side of the road . The detection number of vehicles using edge detection is a way to detect the density of vehicles. This method is an object filtering method to retrieve information about the edges of objects in the form of binary data. While to produce a long time to be provided on each side of the traffic light then use fuzzy logic to the Min-Max method, as a parameter which is based on a comparison of solid vehicle of each side of the road.The results obtained, namely the amount of time lights of traffic light at each segment based intensiveness of vehicles, the solid vehicle, the green light lit up time is getting longer.keyword: Digital image processing, edge detection, fuzzy logic, real-time, traffic light.

Algoritma Naive Bayes adalah metode yang dilakukan dalam bentuk klasifikasi data training dan data testing. Data tersebut dihitung dengan cara menghitung peluang dari suatu kelas masing – masing atribut yang ada, dengan menentukan kelas mana yang paling optimal sehingga menghasilkan suatu hipotesa. Salah satu penerapan naïve bayes adalah pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan konsentrasi skripsi dan rekomendasi Bahasa pemrograman pada mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Informatika Institut Infortmatika dan Bisnis (IIB) Darmajaya. Jurusan Teknik Informatika memilliki dua konsentrasi skripsi yaitu Intelegent System dan Multimedia. Selama ini Mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Informatika dalam memilih Konsentrasi Skripsi tidak berdasarkan keahlian yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa dan nilai–nilai mata kuliah sehingga mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan skripsi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Algoritma Naïve Bayes yang memiliki 14 Variable Input, dan 2 Konsentrasi Skripsi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem menggunakan Algoritma Naive Bayes sebagai alternatif penyelesaian masalah dalam menentukan konsentrasi skripsi dan rekomendasi bahasa pemrograman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah impementasi Algortima naive bayes dalam menentukan konsentrasi skripsi dan rekomendasi bahasa pemrograman. Berdasarkan pengujian 29 data mahasiswa terdapat tingkat akurasi ketepatan data sebesar 96.5517 %.
