Fuzzy logic is a branch of artificial intelligence to build expert systems. Fuzzy logic is often used as problem solver in a system that does not use numbers, but linguistics or unobvious variables. One of the implementation of fuzzy logic is decision making in determine the topic of final assignment, especially bachelor thesis. IBI Darmajaya has some study programs in the faculty of Computer Science. One of those study programs is Informatics Engineering. The study program of Informatics Engineering leads the students to the specialization of Web Development and Multimedia, Software Engineering, or Expert System for their bachelor thesis. During this time, the specialization that taken by students is not actually what they expert in or the grade they earn from each subject. Usually, students take the specialization because of many students take that field. As the result, they have difficulties to finish their bachelor thesis. This research uses Fuzzy Inference System of Mamdani with 12 input variables, 37 rules, and 3 thesis specializations. This research aims to generate a fuzzy system as a decision maker to determine the thesis specialization. Key words: Thesis Specialization, FIS-Mamdani

STISIPOL DHARMA WACANA evaluate the performance of qualified lecturers and have good skills useful for the determination of the subjects that are taught each semester. Constraints faced is a the lack of system specifically to provide support for the Head of Department at the Department of Public Administration in the decision making. In addition, the supporting data is needed as a basis for decision making comes from part or another agency that the decision making process takes a long time. Based on these constraints, required a method for determining the course lecturer uses a method that is technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The criteria in determining lecturer in the DHARMA STISIPOL Discourse is the assessment of the Department, BAAK, and a questionnaire from students. This research resulted in Decision Support system as recommendations for decision makers determining lecturer membuthkan subjects so that not a long time.Keywords: Decision Support, TOPSIS, Lecturer Course

Higher Education is an institution whose main activity is conducting teaching and learning activities. This main activity can be done well if supported by the administration that is orderly and run well too. One of the most important administrative activities is in the management of student college payments (Student Payment). During this time the process of paying college students conducted without involving students and guardians of students to participate actively in the system. This resulted in many students experiencing late payment and impact on unilateral leave or students who then went out or moved to other universities. This research will try to make an application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the form of student payment to bring universities, students and guardians as entities that have the same role in the system. The expected result is this application can help the college in maintaining good relationships with students or guardians as customers/partners who have a big role in the progress of college. Aktifitas penelitian mahasiswa dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan dan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan maka perlu berkembang dan bervariasinya tema penelitian, sehingga tidak monoton pada masalah tertentu saja. Banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa yang mengajukan judul tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan praktik membuka peluang data yang serupa, penjiplakan laporan tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan kerja praktik serta kesulitan dalam menentukan pembimbing yang sesuai. Pengadilan Tinggi Agama (PTA) Pekanbaru are institutions in services that require and provide good service, fast and accurate for the sake of the best services. However, the applicant information service for PTA Pekanbaru very unsatisfactory because it does not routinely so that data collection is not known how the improvement of performance such as satisfaction with the services provided. This becomes a problem because the Supreme Court at any time will make an assessment. In addition to conference PA PTA Pekanbaru legal difficulties in reporting the number of visitors each month and year information and frequent delays. To overcome these problems, the solutions given in the form of web-based Info Desk applications that support the performance and service of the PTA Pekanbaru. The method used in establishing the method Prototype Info Desk, and using tools UML (Unified Modelling Language) which is a tool of object-based design method, namely OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design). With the Info Desk application can improve the performance of the service at the PTA Pekanbaru, help alleviate the Information Desk attendant jobs, and help PA Selat Panjang, PA Pangkalan Kerinci and PA Tembilahan to provide information to the PTA table reports Pekanbaru.Keywords: Desk Info, OOAD, Prototype, WEB.

Refill of electronic phone credit is a method to do an electronic phone credit transaction to a hand phone number through electronic. The refill of phone credit through an electronic can be done by sending short messages using short message service (SMS) technology. The message will be sent with the format determined by the phone credit server. Every phone credit server has a different format or operator code. The seller (user) has to memorize specific codes so that it is apt to making errorssuch as in inputting the operator code or the amount of phone credit inputted is not correct. The application design used the development of software waterfall and Blackbox testing as the testing method. The phases done at the waterfall method are analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application has several advantages such as platform used was based on android. Another advantage was the integration of other facilities in this application. Besides as an application of phone credit application, there was useful information like phone credit information, phone credit transaction information and also daily or weekly phone credit information can be obtained easily. Users can select the available content menu in the application such as phone credit menu, balance ticket or change the pin without having to type the manual format such as having to memorize the code of each operator, so the level of errors in this case human error can also be minimized.Keywords:Phone Credit Transaction, Android, Waterfall.

Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics has the main task that covers the planning, procurement, management, maintenance and security infrastructure in the IBI Darmajaya. This bureau has been utilize the information technology, especially in the Logistics Section already has an application that is designed specifically to facilitate the work that is associated with procurement. It is not quite ideal, given the complexity of the existing work in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics. Integration and sharing of data between relevant section in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics can not be done well. The method in this study used 5 stages of ADM TOGAF in the process of planning the development of this information system. Based on the results of the implementation of the TOGAF ADM framework, information systems architecture consisting of 19 proposals generated application that will be used to support the work of the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics IBI Darmajaya. The results of this research is a blueprint for asset management information system and the integrated logistics so we expect that the resulting of information system to facilitate the implementation of existing business processes and meet the different needs in that area.Keywords: Asset Management , Integration , Data Sharing , TOGAF ADM

The goods submission is a process which is undertaken by a staff or an employee to obtain the needed goods. The process of the goods submission at AMIK AKMI Baturaja still use manual system, so it makes some problems just as there are the submission documents are not archived well and if the an employee will propose and the staff of domesticity department is not in place, the goods submission have to be postponed at a later time. This will hinder the process of submission goods. The method of this research uses iterative method, it means that every builds a module, the process undertaken is a design and a development, a testing and an implementation. The result of this research is a system which is able to help the employees or the staff of the domesticity department in managing the goods submission.Keywords: information system, the filling goods, iterative model

Carrefour is a company engaged in the field of trade. Carrefour during this procedure uses only the standard recommends employees per Division to include in the determination of the best employees. The assessment is done to determine the best employees of the company must comply with aspects such as mastery of insight into carrefour, mastery of the insight into the activities of the shops, the mastery of an insight into the management of the store, the ability to respond to and answer questions. The company is sometimes difficult in making a decision, especially if some of the existing employees have skills that are not much different the existing problems on the determination of the best employees. Therefore required a decision support system in the determination of the best employees. This research method using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) are often also known the term weighted summation method. The concept of the method is to find a weighted summation of the SAW of rating performance on any alternative on all attributes. The method of matrix the normalization process requires SAW decision (x) to a scale that can be compared with all the alternative rating. Development of a system that used to use the waterfall. The results of this research in the form of a system that will help employees admin section in performing data processing employees, can automate the penginputan employees and can provide solutions for the employee admin section. Diabetes or can be called with diabetes or blood sugar disease is a disease that is hard to cure but can be controlled blood sugar levels. This causes people with diabetes is increasing every year. This study aims to determine which algorithm that has the best classification accuracy, so that it can be used to assist in classifying whether a person has diabetes or not. The data used is the Pima Indians Diabetes dataset obtained from the UCI machine learning. Processing of data mining is divided into two stages, namely stage of data preprocessing and feature selection. Results of the research that has been done, C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy of 73.82% and increased to 74.87%, subsequent to the selection of attributes. While naïve Bayes has an accuracy rate of 76.30% and increased to 77.47%. The end result of this research is naïve bayes algorithm is better than C4.5 algorithms because it has a better accuracy rateKeyword: C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Diabetes
