Abstract

In accordance with Indonesian Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on Policy National Strategy for Development of E-Government. In order to realize the implementation of a strong bureaucracy, professional, effective, productive in providing excellent service to the community is one of the objectives of good governance at the local government, especially in North Lampung Local Government. To achieve these goals, it is necessary to develop systems of management and work process and utilize services that use information and communication technology (ICT) is appropriate. Information technology infrastructure is a foundation that will support the entire information system which will provide IT services to the organization, so it needs an infrastructure planning. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that will be used as reference in designing the information technology infrastructure in North Lampung Local Government. The results of this study are: (1) From the result of design using TOGAF ADM candidate obtained 28 new applications are proposed to be developed in North Lampung Local Government. (2) Generate a fiber optic connection to the rest of SKPD connected to the metro-LAN or Metro Area Network (MAN). (3) Generate the concept of "Advanced Catalog" and PTSP online in support of public services. (4) The results of the analysis of applications and technology gap seen anywhere made the turn, maintained or integrated into the new system. Abstract

E-Learning has become a strategy and solution for agencies education and successful organizations in the world in order to regulate and updating of knowledge and learning. For its members, so that no less in an increasingly competitive competition in the era of globalization. When e-learning owned agencies or organizations can be integrated into social media then it would make learning process will be growing and very enjoyable. The method used in this study is to collect data needed to build e-learning and social media.The developed  E-learning is using moodle cms and social media is using Mahara cms. E-learning online is developed by garuda-book.com address and cs-learning.com while social media developed to address janevela.com. This is the result of an empirically-based social media e-portfolio and e-learning are integrated with the method of single sign on. Users can access social media through e-learning that has developed. Respondents were involved in the testing of this system comes of students of informatics and informatics engineering management. Of the 100 respondents who were randomly selected to evaluate the developed social media  that produces 100% the registration process easier,87% easy charging profile, charging 70% of e-portfolio is easy, 100% manufacture easy group, 72% of making blogs easy and 100% knowledge sharing Keywords: E-learning, social media, e-portfolios and Sigle Sign on

Abstract

Expert system to diagnose lung disease was designed as a tool to diagnose the type of lung disease in particular. The knowledge obtained from various sources such as research and exposure to experts in the field and conducted a book-related lung disease. Inference in an expert system which is made using the method of Forward Chaining. Expert system will display a selection of symptoms that can be selected by the user to get the final result. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one aspect to be achieved by organizations that provide services to customers. One of the existing service is a queuing system which is the front guard in the process of service. Many public service organizations that have not applied the queuing system in the service. This resulted in a buildup of the queue and the calling process is still done conventionally. On the other hand queuing system that is much used in the form of hardware that if one day there is a change in the installation then the entire device must be replaced. Another alternative is a queuing system made with software that contains multimedia features. Making it easier for the installation and modification to the changes that occur. With the help of socket programming allows to send messages between computers connected in a queuing system, as well as additional multimedia features will further provide information of interest to the customer. Abstract

IBI Darmajaya as colleges can also apply CRM to improve customer management at institutions like corporate training center. IBI Darmajaya training center providing information related to training, also play a role as ‘career centre’ that bridges the corporate and college alumni. Alumni and partner companies or companies which alumnus absorb the labor force, either working together or not, is a customer that receiving IBI Darmajaya services about training and job information. Career centers currently provide training and job information on the alumni that still taking education or a student and only with companies that work together. This allows the service as well as the connection between alumni, companies and IBI Darmajaya less effective, because the information provided by the career center is not necessarily known to the alumniand even the partnerscompany. That requires a CRM application at the career center, so that IBI Darmajaya have yielded information communication media according to the needs of alumni and companies. Abstract

Parking system is a step in regulating the rate of development of vehicles that will park in IBI Darmajaya Bandar Lampung, hope that this parking system can be  utilized to facilitate the control of data on IBI Darmajaya parking Bandar Lampung. The method used in the manufacture of this data processing system is the method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model of Waterfall. And data collection performed by the method of observation and book study while the implementation of this waterfall models described by systems analysis, Data Flow Diagram, Normalization, Table Structure Database, Table Relationships, and the design of Input / Output. Abstract

Belfast city region has an area of ​​197.22 km2 with a total population of 881 801 inhabitants (census 2010), with jiwa/km2 4471,154 population density and population growth rate of 1.79% per year (lampung.bps.go.id). Increasing the number of residents in the city of Bandar Lampung is not followed by increments of land giving rise to problems, especially for housing residents. Topsis Fuzzy methods used to find a recommended ranking of housing alternatives for consumers in the housing selection decisions. Both of the test results and calculations with the Excel program, the alternative selected / recommended by Topsis seen from the low price, land area and building area is quite, and facilities using methods FMADM terpenuhi.Perhitungan Topsis compliance calculations obtained by the application program used for all criteria are calculated on TOPSIS after testing the application program. Exploiting Of Technology of Augmented Reality used to develop a[n application which good for as supplementary information media at objects which there are in museum float in the form of text of virtual, object three ( 3) dimension, audio animation as well as video. Tools supporting this application is woke up among others use Artoolkitplus library software utilize to present information in the form of presented text by virtual, presented object threely ( 3) dimension and also in the form of animation. This application is also woke up by using Ianguage pemrograman of C++. used Marker assist to place model of virtual in real world by determining co-ordinate of marker relative to camera. This application is called by MULA-TAR abbreviation of Museum Lampung-Teknologi Augmented Reality. Abstract

Data mining is a term that used to discover hidden knowledge in the database. Data mining is a semi-automatic process that uses statistical techniques, mathematics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to extract and identify potential useful information and knowledge that stored in large databases. One of methods in data mining is association rule method where this method will looking for a set of items that frequently occur together. This method is often analogous as shopping cart which can be known, what items are frequently purchased together and which items are not. The advantage of this method can be utilized to determine amount of inventory that must be provided in a business. In this paper will be made of a mining system that will show the trend of buyers in a restaurant so that decision-makers will be able to determine amount of groceries accordance with the business need to minimize losses.
