Abstract

Health is a very important thing since it affects daily activities. If we have health disturbance, we certainly do not like it. One of these disturbances is skin disease. When we want to identify skin disease we usually visit a doctor. However, we sometimes find a problem in handling this skin disease identification which may be influenced by the high cost of visiting doctor. Because of this reason, an expert application system is needed as consultation assistance to replace doctor’s role in giving solution toward problems related to skin disease.This study uses Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method, of which CBR is one of knowledge based approach methods to study and solve problems according to problem experience in the past to be stored in a system called case-based. In this case, there are 44 different symptoms and 14 kinds of skin diseases. The management of data similarity uses attributive value with the closest margin. These values are calculated by using Nearest Neighbor method in order to find out the highest similarity value among existing 14 old cases. In accordance with the input result from the existing case example it shows that the result of manual calculation and system calculation are the same. This system can assist in diagnosing kinds of skin disease by taking conclusion obtained from the highest similarity value from the existing cases based on some symptoms which are input by the users (patient), and the system can also give solution in handling the problems. Keyword: Skin Disease, CBR, Nearest Neighbor

Abstract

Cloud computing and the Internet is the latest generation in the world of information technology (IT). This technology allows an organization to save costs IT infrastructure investments, in general, the organization that will use IT must build a data center that consists of multiple servers and build a whole needs supporters such as backup power, data backup and others are certainly in need of funds a little. With cloud computing technology was submitted burden on providers including peraawatan costs. Based on the type of service it, cloud computing is divided into three: SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (infrastruture as a Service) (Juan, 2012). SaaS is an application that is intended to be used multiple users and invested in cloud Infrastructure generally accessed through the Internet by using a browser (firefox, chrome, etc.). In the traditional way of software deployed by installing on a desktop computer and its common one license for each computer. In the SaaS application can be used without having to install on the computer (Juan, 2012). This research emphasizes on how to build software based on SaaS and it’s implementing POLINELA. Of these activities is expected to be dug deeper into the advantages and weaknesses of this technology. Abstract

The criteria which used to recommend the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya are not compatible with the applied regulations. Therefore, this research aims to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to decide which students have to choose according to the applied regulations.The Decision Support System in deciding the outstanding students of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya is constructed by Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This system also uses Waterfall method to develop the software with some phases which are problem identification, design of the system, implementation and test of the system. This Decision Support System processes data which is related to data management of user, criteria of data , data management of students, the decision support system on deciding students and print out reports. This system gives information about rank of students to help the principal of SMPN-8 Palangka Raya to make decision to choose the outstanding students. This system has been tested by Blackbox Testing. Based on the result, these data applications are able to give the same result with the manual counting in MS Excel. The final score is 7.1 which are stated as Grade A (very proper). Abstract

Information systems contribute to improving the quality of education services, operational efficiency and organizational business support. The use of information systems and information technology in a variety of teaching and learning process activities in an educational institution is not something that is complementary and additional, but a need in improving the process and the results of educational implementation of universities, therefore it is necessary to manage the information by building a system Information (SI) and supported by good and planned Information Technology (IT) to become a new strength for institutions in maintaining and increasing competitiveness. The Ward and Peppard method is a widely used model for preparing a strategic planning of an information system in an organization. With this method, various factors affecting both internal and external organizations are analyzed in such a way as to derive a new strategy. Research conducted in STKIP Muhammadiyah Kotabumi, data collection is done by doing interviews, observation and review documents. Abstract

If a mobile phone outlets only sell hems in quantiies so there is no problemwhich is related whit accounting report. However, if the outlet providing all the hems in full and in a large quantity, it so will have difficulty in the process of provide profit and loss. Thus the need for a system that can resolve the issue. This study will be made through an application system that is able to provide the reports required by the owner of the phone booth’s report related to inventory and financial statements. From the results of this research can be concluded, that the system can knowing the accurate and fast, and the system can determine the remaining stock of existing items.Keywords :Information Systems, phone booth, Reports.

Abstract

 The design of knowledge management based applications to monitor this academic achievement facilitated interface in the form of Applications used by the manager of academic achievement in Higher Education. Students' academic achievement is generally shown through the evaluation results in final form with GPA, as well as at Informatics Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya. IBI Darmajaya to produce competent graduates in their field is not enough just to provide learning support facilities such as adequate facilities and infrastructure, reliable lecturers, good curriculum, and scholarship facilities. Application Monitoring academic achievement is needed so that IBI Darmajaya can continue to control the increase or decrease in student achievement so that it can pass on time. Therefore, the design of knowledge management based applications for monitoring academic achievement as an interface in the management of academic achievement is needed. With the stages of SDLC, knowledge management system will provide convenience in the design of applications, so the application produces information that becomes knowledge for IBI Darmajaya and the manager in particular can monitor academic achievement, controlling the increase in student achievement in each semester, so that students are motivated to learn and pass appropriately time. Applications with the right information search attempt to motivate the CPI to remain above the average provisions, to provide a CPK report to parents and management of scholarship managers. Keywords: Application Design, Knowledge management, academic achievement, IPK

Abstract

This research aimed to comprehend the effect of variables external consisting of experience, subjective norm, perceptions, job relevance, output quality and result demonstrability, computer self efficacy, perceptions of external control, computer anxiety, computer playfulness, perceived enjoyment, and objective usability for perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, service quality, behavioral intention, use behavior and user satisfaction of academic information system. The population of this students of AMIK Parna Raya Manado in academic year of 2013 and 2014. By using Slovin method, it was obtained the rate of the sample amount of 120 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and the model used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM III). It had been used Structural Equation Model (SEM) for examining the relation between those variables. The result of showed that the use TAM III method of significantly affected of the service quality satisfaction of academic information system. Abstract

CCTV which available now is not provided with the ability to recognize but only to record and must be observed directly by users. This way will heighten the level of human error, therefore this paper will build 3D face recognition to be implemented on CCTV provided with camera control using microcontroller. Microcontroller will assist in the process of face recognition. Abstract

Usability comes from a usable word that generally means it can be used properly. Basic usability usability levels include: Learnability, efficiency, memorability, error and satisfaction. PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang has a website that is www.tirtamusi.com, and has not been evaluated how far the website is useful (usable), in presenting information and service satisfaction to customers. The usability method can be used to evaluate the website. In the process of website evaluation, usability testing can use the supporting application that is Techsmith Morae Recorder. Morae provides functions to assist usability practitioners in planning, testing, data analysis and reporting of results. From the results of research can be seen that the website PDAM Tirta Musi Palembang not yet meet from the level of satisfaction (satisfaction). Where necessary the addition of information menu is Telephone Information and Company's Complete Address, Service Unit Information, Site Map and Searching. Research using this usability is expected to provide an assessment for the development of the website so that it can be useful and provide satisfaction to customers.Keywords: Usability, Website, Evaluation, and Morae Recorder.

Abstract

RSUD Kraton Pekalongan Central Java is one of the Public Service Board which is engaged in health care, especially for society in pekalongan and the surrounding counties. One of the existing service is outpatient treatment services which operationally has many obstacles due to the large volume of patient visits without any supported by tools such as computer-based information sistems. This study tries to provide an alternative model of outpatient administration by using the information sistem of architecture client/server applications which can connect several parts involved in outpatient operations. by this administration sistem of patient registration, action and the use of medical devices and prescription services can be assisted by using the sistem, then the entire bill of patient can be easily displayed through the cashier menu as billing patients attending for treatment in outpatient installation.Keywords: Outpatient, Client/Server, RSUD Kraton
