Abstract

One of the determination the successful students in lectures is the appropriateness in the selection of the courses. In fact, many high school graduated were experiencing difficulty decide the course that will be chosen. In general they don’t know what program should be chosen after graduated from the high school. Unsuitable selection of courses is often experienced by college students perceived generally after undergo the lectures more than a semester. In many case, the student proposed to get to transfer the majors to other appropriate things. It will impact in low index achievement of the students, the length of the study even the occurrence of drop-out (DO). These problems might be solved by applying a system decision making development method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Keyword : SPK, Drop Out, SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)

Abstract

Application of the Technology of Augmented Reality is projected as a learning process of learning media innovation with conventional methods (slides) and using guidebooks and the like can be used to support the learning process itself in order to give understanding to users about the material presented. In contrast to conventional learning, applied technology is interactive and more interest because the information is delivered more interactive with the user use. The utilization of computer graphics Applications allow illustrate images together in the form of animation (moving images and three-dimensional) that can explored in different angles (top, bottom, right, left) so it will give you a better understanding of the user. The application of computer application was developed using one of the methods of software development which is "waterfall". In this study, a series of activities will be undertaken in order to obtain information on the system requirements, design and implementation phases proceed with making the model of object contained in the Handbook. Further integration is done on the application uses Augmented Reality. On the next stage of testing is done.Keywords: Augmented Reality, animation, virtual, learning, waterfall.

Abstract

A design and implement a data provider services (services provider) new admissions web-based services to support the needs of data for executive support system without reducing the workload of academic database server, ensure interoperability and security systems in Lampung State Polytechnic. With the data provider services (services provider) is a web-based services, the future of academic data base server can be accessed and processed using a multi-platform applications.Methods floating system used in this study are the method of software engineering approach, Linear Models. Starting with the analysis, to collect and analyze data through field studies. Later stages of the design, architectural design services for data providers, data design, interfaces and applications required. The next stage is the implementation of the service architecture design data providers (services provider) web-based services, data, interfaces and applications implemented on the real or actual conditions. One of the biggest factors in the success of software development understands the needs of the user. These needs are outlined in the features provided in the software. This paper discusses the factors that need to be considered by the information system with unified modelling language programming can contribute to the performance of the business organizations that can meet a critical factor companies that implement application programs. Abstract

The goods submission is a process which is undertaken by a staff or an employee to obtain the needed goods. The process of the goods submission at AMIK AKMI Baturaja still use manual system, so it makes some problems just as there are the submission documents are not archived well and if the an employee will propose and the staff of domesticity department is not in place, the goods submission have to be postponed at a later time. This will hinder the process of submission goods. The method of this research uses iterative method, it means that every builds a module, the process undertaken is a design and a development, a testing and an implementation. The result of this research is a system which is able to help the employees or the staff of the domesticity department in managing the goods submission.Keywords: information system, the filling goods, iterative model

Abstract

RSUD Kraton Pekalongan Central Java is one of the Public Service Board which is engaged in health care, especially for society in pekalongan and the surrounding counties. One of the existing service is outpatient treatment services which operationally has many obstacles due to the large volume of patient visits without any supported by tools such as computer-based information sistems. This study tries to provide an alternative model of outpatient administration by using the information sistem of architecture client/server applications which can connect several parts involved in outpatient operations. by this administration sistem of patient registration, action and the use of medical devices and prescription services can be assisted by using the sistem, then the entire bill of patient can be easily displayed through the cashier menu as billing patients attending for treatment in outpatient installation.Keywords: Outpatient, Client/Server, RSUD Kraton

Abstract

General election of regional head, governor or regent, in Indonesia is conducted conventionally. This kind of election is prone of human errors and also black campaigns committed by certain parties. This research aims to build an e-voting system in Tasikamalaya City using Two Central Facilities Protocol, i.e.: Central Legitimization Agency (CLA), for the approval of voters, and Central Tabulating Facility (CTF) for counting. This system is purposed to facilitate the general elections, so that the election will be run effectively and efficiently. However, there are some factors to be considered to polish the system in order to implement it in real general elections. Abstract

Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is one of the universities that aims to develop human resources through the disciplines of computer science and business. In duties and daily operations can not be separated from computer technology as a means to process data and information. As a college in the field of education, IBI Darmajaya develop a working system based on objects including the foundation, employees, lecture and students. As the development of higher education required a computerized system designed to speed up the process in the administrative services of student academic registration namely correspondence among others : Academic Leave, active the academic, Move Class, Department Move, Move PTS and making of the report and reduce the possibility of error in each process in case of queues in service Registration at the Biro Student Academic Administration IBI Darmajaya. With the implementation of this system in the form of an application program, the manufacture of correspondence or academic administration there will be no data errors, the reporting process and the data search can be done more quickly. This system can also improve productivity by increasing the quality of the work caused by increased work efficiency, saves work time and time decision making to solve a problem and is very helpful for the accuracy of the data when necessary speed in making reports.Keywords : Information Systems, Registration, Academic.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan dikembangkan suatu perangkat lunak bantu pengontrol dan monitor suatu keamanan ruangan berbasis Short Message Service (SMS) dan mempergunakan internet protocol camera (IPCam), serta berintegrasi dengan komponen-komponen perangkat keras seperti handphone dan komputer, yang menghasilkan suatu fungsionalitas tertentu untuk membantu sistem pengamanan ruangan. SMS digunakan sebagai antarmuka antara sistem dengan pengguna. Pengguna dapat mengetahui status keamanan ruangan yang dilaporkan oleh sistem melalui SMS. Pengguna pun dapat mengendalikan peralatan elektronik yang terhubung ke sistem dengan cara mengirim SMS yang berisi perintah ke sistem. Perangkat lunak bantu pengontrol keamanan ruangan berbasis SMS, bisa dikonfigurasi melalui panel khusus atau melalui pengiriman pesan singkat /SMS oleh pengguna tertentu. Pesan yang dikirim akan mengacu pada sintaks yang telah didefinisikan, dimana setiap sintaks akan memiliki semantik yang menggambarkan jenis layanan tertentu. Pada saat yang bersamaan akan mengirim infromasi ke pengguna berupa pesan singkat SMS melalui Handphone gateway, Model pembangunan perangkat lunak menggunakan waterfall model prototype dengan metode berorientasi aliran data. Penghubung antara komputer dan rangkaian elektronik yang menjadi pengendali menggunakan mikrokontroller pada parallel port. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 1.5.0 dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai sistem database dan penerapan Internet Protocol Camera sebagai media untuk meonitoring berbasis jaringan baik intranet maupun internet   Kata Kunci : short message service (SMS), Internet Protocol Camera (IPCam), sistem pengendal controlling, sistem pemantauan  monitoring, java,  internet daniIntranet

Abstract

The process of acceptance of lectures in STAH Lampung has an obstacle which is the duration of the data management process and subjectivity of decision taking especially because some of candidates which do not have different ability. This obstacle impacts in the duration of decision making process for lectures acceptance. Fuzzy logic is used as a way to map the problem from  input to output, the process of decision taking of lectures acceptance is using Mamdani Fuzzy method which is known as max-min method. The input variables that are used are IPK, experience, interview, and the interest variables while the output is final score. The selection process troughs several steps which are fuzzy group creating, implication function application, the rules composition, and defuzzy. This decision supporting system of lectures acceptance selection by using Mamdani FIS is able to give the specific and right score which is suitable with institution standard z ≥ 50 score.Key Words : STAH, Lecture, Decision Supporting System
