Abstract

Rebranding of National to Panasonic is included name, logo, design and slogan changing. Rebranding make the product image changes and the consumer have to recognize the new brand from the brand before. The consumer perception of rebranding will affect the psychological response which performed by buying decision. Problem of the research shown the sales was decreased in market region of Bandar Lampung as long as five years.The research was purposed to know the dominant variable which influence to the consumer buying decision in market region of Kelurahan Sumur Batu Teluk Betung Utara Bandar Lampung. The method of research used descryptif to describe the phenomena. Population of the research is 96 head families in kelurahan Sumur Batu which chosen by cluster sampling. Abstract

He assessment of the level of the health of the bank in this case was the Perkreditan Rakyat Bank that used the CAMEL method, by means of measuring the component from respectively the factor that is the Capitalisation factor, Kualitas of the Asset, Manajemen, Rentabilitas and the Liquidity. This analysis method was the Banks Indonesian output as being applied in the Banks Indonesian Circular No.30/3/UPPB and the Instruction on the Management of the Indonesian Bank, The date 30 30April 1997 and still current now. This research was the case study to BPR Shinta Daya Kalasan Periode in 2003 up to 2005 with the aim of the research of being to receive the picture that was sharp about the measurement of the level of the health of the BPR Shinta Daya Kalasan bank.The analysis of the data was during 2004 received by results of the Capital assessment with Capital Adequacy Ratio 15.69 %, thought factor credit 100, Quality assets with the ratio of the quality of the productive asset 2.49 %, thought factor credit 100, and the Penyisigan Peghapusan Aktiva Produktif ratio 94.32 %, thought factor credit 94.32, the management with the value of the public of management credit 13,33dan the management of the risk 19, Earning with the ratio Return ounce Asset 5.28 %, thought factor credit 100, and the cost oprasional towards the income operational 87.63 %, thought factor credit 100, Liquidity with Cash Ratio 7.19 %, thought factor credit 100, and Loan to Deposit Ratio 95.05 %, thought factor credit 79.80.Keywords : Acquisition Profit

Abstract

A qualified and competitive bank is a bank which can support good development BRI is one of national bank in Lampung that has good support to develope financial district suitable with district autonomy procedure. This branch of BRI bank in Natar is the bank which trics to satisfy it’s customers maximumly, especially for the customers who live in Natar, South Lampung.The available data indicate that the quantity of BritAma customers decreased about 36% with the average of decrease 3% per a mouth during the period August 2007 to November 2008. Based on the condition above, the problem formulation of this research is “ How is the satisfaction of BritAma cutomers for the service given by the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung?.The purpose of this research are:1. To know the satisfactory degree of BritAma customers toward the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung.2. To give information about the ways to service the customers better for some companies such as this bank.In connection with the background and the problem formulation this research has the hypothesis below: “The service given by the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung has not given satisfaction to it’s customers”The result of count of customers satisfaction index is 78,842% this shows that the service given by the branch of BRI in Natar to the customers has not been satisfied. That is reflected by the index is less than 100%. It can be concluded that the hypothesis has been formulated above can be proved with the following count.“The result of count of Importance Performance Analysis had been done shows that the average which uses the indicator of SERVQUAL about 0,971 is more than the average of customer satisfaction that is 0,745.Keywords: Performance, customers satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis

Abstract

Recently, educational service sector in private higher education has been experiencing high competitiveness as the emerging of new departments which offer non-degree (D3) and under graduate degree (S1) by many universities. In additionally, quality of a university has important and critical factors in this high competitiveness. Existence of university will depend on this quality. This paper will explore student’s perception regarding to services in education performance and extraordinary competence aligned with competitive advantage of south Sumatra universities. Descriptive and verification methods were deployed in this work in addition to modeling and solution technique. The methods will be used as an analysis tool which is known as structural equation modeling (SEM). In this work, private higher education (universities) in south Sumatra used as analysis unit, whilst students as observation unit. This paper shows that in order to improve competitive advantages, there two major aspects influence to services in education performance and unusual capability variables. The result of this work also demonstrates that unusual capability was figured by intangible asset and succeeding with stakeholder consideration as well as tangible asset.Keywords: Private higher education, performance, competitive advantage

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know how far the impact of staffing and compensation toward employee’s competence and its implication toward employee’s working method at “ konveksi” unit of Primkopad Bekangdam III/ SLW. The writer here used Path- Analysis to Analyze the data.Based on the data processing toward the first structure by using path- analysis, it was found that staffing had a partial and significant impact of 51,6 % while compensation had impartial and insignificant impact of only 13,9 %. It was caused by the powerful competition between staffing and compensation although both of them had a simultaneous impact of 32,5 %.Keyword: Staffing, compensation, and competence

Abstract

This research aims to give an empirical evidence about the correlation between Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) with deviden payout and deviden yields between growth company and not growth company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Data used in this research is obtained from Effect Exchange of Indonesia The Data of Capital Market of FE UGM. Analysis methods is the quantitative analysis by using correlation method used SPSS Ver.15 and by using paired sample t test to give evidence the different between Investment Oportunity Set (IOS) at growth and not growth company.In this research is writer test its hypothesis use theprobability by α is 0,05.The result in this research are :First, the correlation between Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) with deviden payout not significantly in statistic (0,150 > 0,05). means that was have not correlation Second, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) with deviden yield not significantly in statistic (0,103 > 0,05). means that was have not correlation. Abstract

Purchasing power is purchasing decision to get and use goods and service that influenced income factor, taste, and price likes society need to consuming fish. society taste towards fish lele be society income level description to can fulfil the need so that identify society purchasing power increase. purchasing power positive influential and significant towards fish sale value lele.This watchfulness population 452 fish purchases lele that is got from 3.616 fish purchase total lele divided eight sale periods in fish cultivation group (pokda) glorious bud at regency performance district reward village pringsewu that buys fish lele, while sample is determined as much as 82 respondents that is regency performance district reward village society pringsewu that buy fish lele in pokda glorious bud based on method slovin, as to analyzer that used doubled linear regression. doubled linear regression analysis result shows correlation coefficient (r) as big as 0,616 that demo that fish sale value lele influenced by income, price and taste as big as 37,9%. hypothesis shows f count 15,904 > f table 2,76 or significant 0,000 < 0,05 so ho aversed, analysis from test f show society purchasing power that cover income factor, price and influential taste towards fish sale value lele.Keyword : society purchasing power, sale value

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine the accounting treatment applied by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) business unit berulu way in determaining the cost of immature and mature when compared with the accounting treatment according to the accounting concepts and also to determine what costs that could be capitalized cost of immature and mature, which is presented in the financial statements.Analysis tool used was a qualitative analysis to explain and illustrate the characteristics of the data so that research results can provide a clear picture. Analyzing qulitative analysis of data by using a theoretical approach related to the accounting treatment for immature and mature plants in pricing in determaining. Data used only the period from 2005 until 2007, so it is more clear in the submission by comparing the financial accounting standards with the accounting policy of the respective companies.In this study we concluded that the accounting policies applied by the company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) business units berulu way consistent with financial accounting standards. In determining the acquisitions of plant, the costs of out is the result of the capitalization of costs incurred on inputs in the immature group. In determining the acquisitions price becomes the basis of plant yield at-5year-old rubber trees and is the present value of depreciation in the financial statements of the company.Keyword : immature and mature

Abstract

This paper investigated the effect of corporate governance to bond rating and bond yield. The proxies of corporate governance are institution ownership, independent committee, and managerial ownership. Those proxies are independent variables, and the dependent variables are bond rating and bond yield.Logistic regression (logit) is used to examine first hypothesis, and multiple regression is used to examine second hypothesis. Sample are all bonds that issued period 2004-2007, and data are collected from Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bisnis Indonesia Daily.The result proved that implementation corporate governance influences bond rating. The existence of independent committee have positive effect to bond rating but the opposite effect is to bond yield. The better of corporate governance implementation the higher bond ratings but bond yields wil decrease.Keyword : Corporate governance, bond rating, and bond yield

Now days, Industry of telecomunication celluler offered various facilities such as service quality as well as good presentation to give plus value at the service that offered so will create satisfied at the consumer it self which result the loyality at the consumer it self.Service quality, satisfaction and brand loyality at consumer it self in comparison through four service dimensions is reliable dimension, responsive dimension, emphaty dimension and assurance dimension with that methods use average test is Serqual method with test technique wilcoxonmath test, regresion analys, clasical asumtion test and normalitas test.Relation among service quality, consumer satisfaction and brand loyality for company will give deeply effect for market later on.Keyword : service dimension, service quality, consumers satisfaction, brand loyality
