Abstract

A qualified and competitive bank is a bank which can support good development BRI is one of national bank in Lampung that has good support to develope financial district suitable with district autonomy procedure. This branch of BRI bank in Natar is the bank which trics to satisfy it’s customers maximumly, especially for the customers who live in Natar, South Lampung.The available data indicate that the quantity of BritAma customers decreased about 36% with the average of decrease 3% per a mouth during the period August 2007 to November 2008. Based on the condition above, the problem formulation of this research is “ How is the satisfaction of BritAma cutomers for the service given by the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung?.The purpose of this research are:1. To know the satisfactory degree of BritAma customers toward the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung.2. To give information about the ways to service the customers better for some companies such as this bank.In connection with the background and the problem formulation this research has the hypothesis below: “The service given by the branch of BRI in Natar, South Lampung has not given satisfaction to it’s customers”The result of count of customers satisfaction index is 78,842% this shows that the service given by the branch of BRI in Natar to the customers has not been satisfied. That is reflected by the index is less than 100%. It can be concluded that the hypothesis has been formulated above can be proved with the following count.“The result of count of Importance Performance Analysis had been done shows that the average which uses the indicator of SERVQUAL about 0,971 is more than the average of customer satisfaction that is 0,745.Keywords: Performance, customers satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to measure the magnitude of the percentage of users movement from online transportion of Gojek to other online transportation at the Community of Bandar Lampung City. This type of research uses descriptive research that describes the percentage of consumer displacement. The data used in this study is the primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to users who have used the Online Transportion Service of Gojek. Data analysis technique used was markov chain. From 44 respondents who use online transportation of Gojek, as many as 22 respondents are still using online transportation of Gojek, 19 respondents moved to online transportation of Grab and 3 respondents move to other online transportation. From the 42 respondents using Grab's online transportation, 12 were transferred to Gojek's online transportation, and 27 respondents continued to use Grab's online transport and 3 respondents moved to other online transport.14 respondents using other online transportation, as many as 6 respondents moved to Gojek's online transportation, one respondent moved to Grab's, and 7 respondents chose to keep using other branded online transportation.The magnitude of the probability of moving users of Gojek’s online transportation to other online transportation in Bandar Lampung City is 60% with attrition rate of 15%. Attrition rate (rate reduction) is. With a probability figure of 60% indicating that Gojek’s online transport users have a low loyalty rate (more than 50%)

Abstract

Abstract

`Human Resources owned by the press need to be developed because of human resources asa determinant of success through the professionalism of journalists. This study aims to identify theinfluence of organizational commitment, organizational climate and interpersonal communicationtogether to the professionalism of Media Nusantara Newspapers journalists. The population of this studyconsisted of 54 Journalists, and all populations were taken as samples.Determination Coefficient is 0.584. It means that organizational commitment, organizational climate andinterpersonal communication affect simultaneously to journalist’s professionalism by 58.4%. Theequation of the regression line is Y = 7,297 + 0,052 X1 + 0,599 X2 + 0,323 X3. Organizationalcommitment has no significant effect on journalist’s professionalism. Interpersonal communicationsignificantly affects journalist's professionalism. Organizational climate variable is the most dominant ininfluencing journalist’s professionalism of Media Nusantara newspaper.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price discounts and display of shelves on impulsepurchases on consumers Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang. The population in this study is thevisitors who shop at Chandra Super Store with an infinite number of consumers. Sampling techniqueusing probability sampling method by using simple random sampling with the number of samples of 100people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability,and data analysis techniques used are multiple regression.Based on the results of research and testing simultaneously (test f) obtained Fhitung 45,007 >Ftable 3.09 it can be interpreted the discount and rack display significantly affect the purchase ofimpulse at consumers in Chandra Super Store Tanjung Karang and based on partial test (t test)obtained value Thitung variable discount price of 5.939 > ttable 1.660, and for display rack obtained tcount of 5.202 > ttabel 1.660. In the variable of research result obtained coefficient of determination (R2)equal to 0,481 indicate that impulse purchasing influenced by price cut and display rack equal to 48,1%,while rest 51,9% influenced by other factors outside factor studied. While the relation of price discountand shelf display together to purchase consumer impulse, then get regression equation Y = 3,248 +0,459bX1 + 0,519bX2.

Abstract

Impulse buying is an irrational purchase and is associated with quick and unplanned purchases,followed by a conflict of thoughts and emotional impulses. Impulse buying does not only happen inoffline purchases (in-store), but can also occur when consumers do shopping online. This study aims todetermine the internal faktors and external faktors to impulse buying in online shopping. The subjects ofthis study were STIE Gentiaras Bandar Lampung students who had done impulse buying during onlineshopping.The results of this study are internal faktors and external faktors together - positive to impulsebuying in online shopping. The comparison of online purchase cost is insignificant and insignificant tothe impulse buying variable in online shopping. The definition of determination test (R2) shows thedetermination of 69.2%.

Abstract

Self Efficacy needed to encourage employees to believe in his ability in the objectives andexpected results. Self Efficacy high and motivation of employees play a role in improving theperformance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy andmotivation to work simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at the DepartmentEditors Getting Unit Editor and Reporter at PT. Present Mandiri (Daily Lampung). To determine theinfluence of independent variables on the dependent variable partially, t test was used. Whereas todetermine the effect of simultaneous independent variables on the dependent variable used F testsample used in this study were 32 respondents.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the factors that affect consumers to develop theirloyalty. The independent variable of this study is brand trust, and the dependent variable is brandloyalty of Mitsubushi L300 vehicles on company PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. Analysis used is asimple regression analysis, and the results is Y = 1,550 + 0,241 X1 + 0,345 X2 + 1,006 X3. Theindependent variables were the greatest influence on the dependent variable is a characteristic ofthe brand-customer relationship (5,025), followed by the variable characteristics of companies(2,149).Coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.899 means that the model koefesiensi greatdetermination. Based on the research results, suggestions can be given that the company needs tooptimize the application of these three variables.

Abstract

To cope with traffic jam in Bandar Lampung, the government try to develop its transportationsector by building and operating mass transportations such as Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) or was alsoknown as Trans Bandar Lampung.However, after two years of operation Trans Bandar Lampung has not been able to providemaximum services yet. The bad aspect of services is closely related to weak planning. Headwayproblem, travel time, the getting on and off of the passengers, and access to / from the bus stopdoes not even support the existence of a BRT system that has not been strictly controlled yet.Based on examination of 10 BRT Bandar Lampung associations, there are 3 associationsthat make up a very strong brand image, namely Vehicle Quality, Timeliness and Services

Abstract

The competition of Contact Herbicide has been sharper and sharper urging the companiesto give better quality to the farmer actualized by the product attribute. This has been taken to keepthe selling frequency and promote the product amid the consumer through an analysis of perceivedquality so that the product quality bears in mind of the consumers.The researcher suggested the Gramaxone company to redesign all attributes issued in theprevious product model because the PQ relative is only 0, 01 (1%) and is lower if it is compared withthat of all other attributes. At Noxone product, the company need to redesign all product attributescovering content quantity, content of poison, safety in use and cover design.
