Abstract

In CBIR based on images that are seen not the similarity of the image, but the similarity of the distribution of images in the compared image. In general, CBIR based on Histogram is known as Equivalent Histogram method. calculations using the Equivalent Histogram difference can set the order of the highest level of image similarity. In Indonesia, the number of experts in the field of medicine that uses palm diagnosis skills is still very little, this expertise is usually controlled by doctors of traditional and natural medicine. Therefore this writing makes it possible for Doctors in Hospitals or other Medical Centers and Clinics to be able to master it and the program by being trained in advance on how to use it. Because of that the writer took the title "Image Processing to Know the Relationship of Heart Disease with the Image of the Palm Using the Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) Method". The research methodology will use Data Collection : Before Detection performed Capturing Photo Images with a minimum Camera. 5 mega pixels HP ASUS Zenfone 5 on the patient's palm , Experiments : In the experiment, there are two processes, without using the Equalization Histogram and using the Equalization Histogram enhancement. , Image Search : After the Match Image is done and compared to the reference image, the histogram will appear. which can measure the similarity of the Reference Image with a Matching Image of Value that approaches the Reference Image., Design : At this stage the image retrival system is designed using Visual Basic.Net Programming. This research is useful for the knowledge of the community and also doctors because of the existence of a traditional, simple, inexpensive disease detection system for the community.Keyword_ palm image, Histogram Equalization (HE), CBIR (Content Based Image Retrieval , Heart Disease

Teaching and Learning Process is required by utilizing technological elements and utilizing wider learning resources by not abandoning the conventional pattern of direct guidance from the teacher. LESSON LEARNING AND LEARNING TEACHING to the global world today that has meaning in the learning pattern that contains elements of mixed, combined or combined patterns with other patterns to improve the quality of learning to improve. This concept is often also termed by mixing between e-learning with the conventional so-called blended e-learning. Based on the purpose of this study to produce Learning Device Development model by Using Moodle E-Learning Software in Operating System I Course at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru which valid, practical, and effective. This research is a research development (Reserch and Development) by using Borg and Gall design. The subject of this research is the second semester student (two) Information System Study Program and Informatics Engineering Study Program STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. The result of this research is the creation of learning tools that are valid, practical, and effective for the course of Operating System I at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru which is able to improve students' creativity abilities in accordance with validation results from the validators. Keywords : Blended Learning, Blended elearning, Elearning, Workplace learning

Abstract

Mobile technology was regarded as a main support to contribute a great impact for facilitating a lifestyle of people in many aspects e.g., tourism and culinary. Lembah Dempo’s  Lesehan Huts and Restaurants was located in Metro city and considered as one of the business entities in a culinary field. The process of ordering food menu was manually written by the waiters/waitress in the form of an ordering note which was given to the kitchen. The problem statement of this study was a loss of ordering notes given from the waiter/waitress to the kitchen which caused inappropriate queues. This website-based mobile application for ordering food menu was designed by using the multilevel feedback queue method. It generated a food order system accessed by the customers to put the food orders. The system of this application worked in accordance with the incoming queue with the notification techniques received by the kitchen so that it facilitated the chefs who worked on the food orders and improved the services. The software development method used in this study was the prototype. The programming languages used in this study were Android Studio, Java, PHP, HTML, Api Programming, and MySQL database. The Blackbox testing was carried out with 5 test components e.g, function and button tests, interface tests, loading performance and behavior tests, structural and database tests, and initiation and termination tests. Keywords: Booking, Mobile, Prototype, MySQL.

Abstract

In Indonesia, electronic commerce can be said to be very developed. In 2007 there was a case which can be said to be the first case of electronic commerce. The data can be seen based on studies and suggestion that was carried out by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) on the case of the MoU between the Government of Indonesia and Microsoft (KPPU Report, 2007). This study was written to determine the implementation of the rules of business competition law and the policy of the KPPU in the field of business competition in relation to electronic commerce. In this study two approaches were used, namely the normative approach. The data in this study are mainly obtained from library research, especially on primary legal materials in the field of business competition. The data analysis used is qualitative method. This is closely related to research which can be categorized by normative legal research that approach is more abstract-theoretical. the results of the study show that the e-commerce business sector still does not lead to anti-business competition practices even though it still enters the surveillance radar. This may be due to electronic commerce itself is a new form of trade. Keywords : E-commerce, Business Competition, and Policy

Abstract

A doctor diagnose a disease by evaluating patient condition or by comparing with another patient that have similar conditions or symptoms. In computer science, this task can be done by a computer program that included intelligent algorithm in it. Some disease have similar symptoms, such as typhoid fever, hepatitis, and dengue fever. Based on UCI database there are 17 symptoms of Hepatitis that may be similar with other disease, so it needs a method to find the major symptoms. In this research, we proposed hepatitis diagnose using statistic Bayesian network and find major symptoms using ReliefF algorithm. ReliefF algorithm resulting 4 majority symptoms and used to constructing Bayesian Network. ReliefF and Bayesian Network have 76,8% accuracy, 76,5% precision, and 100% recall for 69 test data. Keywords: Hepatitis, ReliefF, Bayesian Network, Probabilistic.
