Abstract

This research is based on the vastness of Indonesia territory consisting of islands and uneven distribution of population to state education need to follow the development and technological progress which has changed the paradigm of the concept of learning that is conventional.Currently in the midst of technological advances required variations of methods that provide more opportunities for teachers and students to learn independently by utilizing various sources. Teaching and Learning Process is required by utilizing technological elements and utilizing wider learning resources by not abandoning the conventional pattern of direct guidance from the teacher. LESSON LEARNING AND LEARNING TEACHING to the global world today that has meaning in the learning pattern that contains elements of mixed, combined or combined patterns with other patterns to improve the quality of learning to improve. This concept is often also termed by mixing between e-learning with the conventional so-called blended e-learning. Based on the purpose of this study to produce Learning Device Development model by Using Moodle E-Learning Software in Operating System I Course at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru which valid, practical, and effective.This research is a research development (Reserch and Development) by using Borg and Gall design. The subject of this research is the second semester student (two) Information System Study Program and Informatics Engineering Study Program STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru.The result of this research is the creation of learning tools that are valid, practical, and effective for the course of Operating System I at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru which is able to improve students creativity abilities in accordance with validation results from the validators. Keywords : Blended Learning, Blended elearning, Elearning, Workplace learning

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya pencapaian tujuan kinerja belajar siswa yang dapat dilihat dari rendahnya kinerja belajar siswa yang terlihat pada rendahnya hasil praktek atau unjuk kerja siswa ketika praktikum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi: Sikap Inovatif, Disiplin Belajar, dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Kinerja Belajar Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah siswa kelas XII berjumlah 142 siswa, sampel dipilih dengan metode random sampling berjumlah 105 siswa. Pemrosesan data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sikap Inovatif memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan Kinerja Belajar, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,389 dan kontribusi sebesar 0,151. Selain itu, ada juga hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Disiplin Belajar dengan Kinerja Belajar TIK, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,418 dan kontribusi 0,174. Selanjutnya ditemukan juga hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Motivasi Belajar dengan Kinerja Belajar TIK, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,323 dan kontribusi sebesar 0,104. Akhirnya ditemukan juga hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Sikap Inovatif, Disiplin Belajar, dan Motivasi Belajar bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Pembelajaran PTIK, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,575 dan kontribusi 0,330. Temuan ini merekomendasikan perlunya sikap inovatif, disiplin dan motivasi siswa sehingga akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja kinerja pembelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi siswa. Kata kunci: Sikap Inovatif, Disiplin Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kinerja Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah perlunya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Model yang dibangun oleh Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sumatera Barat (LPMP). Para guru membutuhkan peningkatan kompetensi dalam bentuk workshop untuk mengemas media pembelajaran berbasis TIK agar layanan proses pembelajaran kepada siswa sesuai dengan kompetensi abad ke-21. Agar materi workshop dapat diserap guru secara optimal, perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis TIK yang praktis sehingga materi pembelajaran dapat dikuasai secara maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, melalui tahapan; analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Media ini telah diuji kepada Guru Model Sekolah binaan LPMP Sumatera Barat 2019 dalam bentuk pra-eksperimen design dengan melihat perbandingan hasil Pretest-Posttest. Validator media terdiri dari dosen dan praktisi (widyaiswara) untuk melihat validitas media dan konten materi. Nilai rata-rata validasi media adalah 0,85, sedangkan konten materi rata-rata adalah 0,88. Skor rata-rata lokakarya pra-tes sebelum menggunakan media 65,5 setelah menggunakan media diperoleh rata-rata 83,3. Tes kepraktisan berdasarkan tanggapan instruktur (widyaiswara) dihasilkan skor 91% dikategorikan sangat praktis dan berdasarkan tanggapan guru (peserta workshop) skor rata-rata 86,34% dikategorikan sangat praktis. Representasi data menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini sangat membantu bagi guru dalam menguasai materi workshop. Kata kunci: media interaktif; sekolah model; kompetensi guru; materi workshop

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional, media pendukung pembelajaran yang jumlahnya tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan, minat belajar siswa yang rendah dan jumlah siswa yang memiliki nilai rendah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan media pendukung pembelajaran dalam bentuk aplikasi multimedia interaktif untuk pembelajaran Desain Grafis Dasar. Fokus penelitian adalah mengembangkan multimedia interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil uji efektifitas multimedia interaktif diperoleh dari perbandingan nilai-nilai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah penerapan multimedia interaktif dalam kategori efektif. Kesimpulannya, multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Painan Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Interaktif, Multimedia

Abstract

Pengolahan Citra Digital merupakan mata pelajaran wajib paket keahlian bagi siswa SMK jurusan Multimedia. Pembelajaran Pengolahan Citra Digital ini lebih mengarah pada kegiatan praktikum berbasis kompetensi dengan tujuan untuk memberikan bekal keterampilan yang kuat disertai dengan landasan teori yang realistis kepada siswa. Namun masih banyak terdapat beberapa siswa tidak menguasai dan memahami pelajaran yang diberikan guru dikarenakan metode yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional dan monoton. Untuk itu perlu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa dalam menguasai materi berupa Multimedia Interaktif yang dikemas dalam sebuah CD. Dalam perancangan materi digunakan model classic tutorial dan melalui prosedur teknis pembelajaran multimedia interaktif yaitu : Analisis kebutuhan, identifikasi materi, menentukan model pembelajaran, desain flow chart, penulisan story board, pengumpulan bahan grafis, pengumpulan bahan animasi, pemograman, finishing dan mastering, uji coba, revisi produk akhir. Pembuatan CD multimedia interaktif ini menggunakan software aplikasi Macromedia Director 2004 dan aplikasi pendukung lainnya. CD multimedia interaktif ini juga dilengkapi dengan test formatif untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan siswa terhadap materi yang telah dipelajari. CD multimedia interaktif pembelajaran dengan model classic tutorial mata pelajaran pengolahan citra digital diharapkan mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam proses pembelajarannya.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) Contribution of certification to teacher work motivation, (2) Contribution of the school climate to teacher work motivation, (3) Contribution of certification allowances and school climate together to work motivation. This type of research is quantitative correlational in nature, the population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Kinali sub-district with the status of civil servants with a population of 107 people, a sample of 30 people taken using the startified proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques (1) description of data, (2) testing requirements analysis and (3) testing hypotheses. The results of the study prove that (1) There is a contribution of certification to work motivation because certification contributes 25.6% to the teacher's work motivation (2) the school climate contributes 28.3% to the teacher's work motivation (3) certification and the school climate together contribute 37.5% to the motivation of the teacher's work. Suggestions that can be put forward based on the findings to improve the work motivation of the teacher are expected that the principal can provide certification allowances to teachers who meet the requirements. To increase the work motivation of teachers, it is necessary to fix the low school climate, the Supervisors to provide a school climate of cooperation with teachers in accordance with technological developments. The education office's policy in terms of managing learning in schools should aim at increasing certification allowances.

Abstract

This research aims to develop module products in electronic or digital form about mikrotiks and reveal their validity and practicality. This type of research is the development of research using the ploomp and nieveen models, with three stages of development, namely 1) preliminary research 2) prototyping stage and 3) assessment stage. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a validity questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire. The mikrotik training module was validated by six experts namely three mikrotik material experts and three module experts. The practicality of mikrotik e-modules is carried out on computer network engineering teachers in several State Vocational High Schools in Padang. The validity test results obtain results with a valid category. Based on the practicality test by the computer network engineering teacher at the State Vocational High School in Padang, the results obtained indicate that the module has a very high practicality category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the mikrotik e-module training is considered valid and practical.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan modul pembelajaran berbasis e-learning pada materi Rias Wajah Film Foto dan Karakter, mengetahui efektitifas modul pembelajaran berbasis e-learning untuk materi Rias Wajah Film Foto dan Karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp, melalui tahap preliminary, prototyping stage dan assessment stage. Subjek  penelitian adalah mahasiswa jurusan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan yang mengambil mata kuliah Rias Wajah Film Foto dan Karakter. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melului instrumen efektivitas. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis efektivitas menggunakan analisis uji t. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  uji efektifitas pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis e-learning pada mata kuliah Perawatan Kulit Wajah jurusan Pendidikan Tata Rias dan Kecantikan Universitas Negeri Padang, diperoleh dari nilai kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan berupa modul pembelajaran berbasis e-learning dan kelas kontrol yang diterapkan pembelajaran secara konvensional, memperoleh nilai efektivitas dengan kategori efektif. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the block system implementation in Permata Harapan Vocational High School based on (1) understanding and apply the block system conducted by teaching staff, (2) understanding of block system implementation by students, (3) availability of facilities and infrastructure at Permata Harapan Vocational High School to support good student competence. This research was a descriptive study. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method based on the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). The subjects of this study were 50 students in grade X and XI Permata Harapan School and several officials high school. The description of the data carried out by considering the frequency distribution and determining the Level of Respondent Achievement (TPR) in each component and indicator which compared with the criteria. The results showed that the scores were based on an understanding of the implementation of the block system using the CIPP evaluation method which included in moderate category and reached 68.65% percent, with details of each aspect: (1) the context aspect was 81.94%, (2) 63.89% of input aspects, (3) 67.70% of process aspects, (4) 71.52% of product aspects. Based on the discussion results of observation and documentation, the average achievement of all aspects was 82.47%. So, the implementation of the block system at SMK Permata Harapan has been in good classification but it still needs improvement in various aspects so that the goal of implementing the block system can be achieved perfectly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop an E-learning module that can help students learn independently and valid, practical, and effective. This study was the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the 4D (four-D) development model. The research phase includes define (the defining stage), design (the design phase), develop (the development stage), and disseminate (the deployment stage). The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire used to measure validity and practicality. Meanwhile, to measure the effectiveness, it was using the test instrument in the form of multiple-choice questions. E-learning module was based on Project Based Learning. The results showed that the E-learning module was declared valid with a validity score was 91.50 based on the validation of three media validators and in terms of the validity of the material declared valid with the score was 91.50 from three teachers. E-learning modules stated to be very practical based on teacher and student responses. This showed that the E-learning module effectively used as one of the teaching materials in learning in improving student learning outcomes. Based on the findings of the study it can be recommended that the E-learning module was an alternative teaching material in learning that can be used in learning on electric motorization (IML) subjects.
