Abstract

Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi yang baik selain diperlukan sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan dalam manajemen perguruan tinggi yang baik, juga tidak kalah penting adalah tata kelola manajemen akademik (muatan kurikulum) dalam menciptakan lulusan yang berkualitas dan sesuai kebutuhan IPTEKS dewasa ini. Sehingga diperlukan evaluasi terus menerus dan pemuta-khiran segera terhadap kurikulum yang berbasis teknologi dan kompetensi, serta mengikuti permintaan pasar kerja. Dalam perguruan tinggi terdapat rangkaian atau himpunan dari manajemen, faktor, kebijakan dan kelembagaan. Kesemua itu merupakan fondasi kuatnya suatu perguruan tinggi. Faktor yang dimaksud adalah faktor manusia yaitu mahasiswa-mahasiswa yang berada dalam lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Kebijakan yang dimaksud adalah kebijakan yang dibuat atau ditetapkan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mewujudkan sistem yang terprogram dan berstruktur. Analisis keberadaan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Kebangsaan Bireuen menggunakan pendekatan SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat), yang berarti menggunakan pendekatan dan tinjauan berdasarkan pada kekuatan dan kelemahan internal STIE. Peluang, dan ancaman yang berkemungkinan di hadapi dari ensternal lembaga. Pendekatan ini diambil, karena dinilai lebih adaptif dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan yang bakal dihadapi sepuluh tahun ke depan. Melalui analisa SWOT akan dapat bermanfaat untuk menetapkan pilihan–pilihan strategi dalam memahami potensi-potensi yang dimiliki STIE Kebangsaan untuk tetap survive dalam zaman globalisasi ke depan.Keywords: SWOT, STIE Kebangsaan

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of the quality of service and the brand image of the customers as well as its implications on customer satisfaction workshop ATPM official vehicle MPV under 2500 cc in Bandung. The results of this research are expected to contribute in the development of management science in particular management of marketing and consumer behavior. For the workshop as well as a type of ATPM official practitioners, expected results of this research can provide useful information about the importance of service quality, brand image, customer value, in an effort to increase customer satisfaction. Research conducted on the official workshop ATPM vehicle MPV under 2500 cc in the city of Bandung by as much as 22 official car dealers workshop from 5 ATPM. A population study of 14.947 respondents and of the population of 375 people respondents as samples. This method uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. While his research is descriptive research tipa and verificative explanatory research with a time horizon to its data in the form of cross-sectional that reflects the image of a State at any given moment. To test the hypothesis of research statistical methods used path analysis (path analysis).The test results found no significant relationship between service quality and brand image official workshop, in addition to that of the test results found no significant influence between the service quality and brand image of good customers and partially simultaneous, also found significant effects between the value customers with customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resource take the strategy position among the other resource in organization/institution. But in reality, there are still many organitations do not cosider the important thing of the human resource for organization sustainable. Therefore, many enterprises officers and viewed as the most important asset of organization. The improvement of the workers quality in many institution are hoped to be able in increasing the social service. The result of survey contemporary, showed that there are still many problems in Aceh province such as ; the weaknesses for the competativeness nationally. The management of institution (Good Govermence) is hot running well. The understanding of regulation and its implementation is still very limited. The quality of the goverment officer, and the process to develop the human resources in Aceh are not still running well. This research is focused on the impact of the regulation and the budget availability which able to increase the public service in five districts of Aceh province. The result of this research showed that a good regulation and its implumentations, it will have significant constribution and its influence toward the public service around 15,16%. While a good budget avaibility and its implumentation toward the public service, it will give a significant contribution toward the officer service and its influence around 25 %

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Bireuen. subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Pengelola Keuangan Dan Kekayaan Daerah (DPKKD) Kabupaten Bireuen. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah data penerimaan dan pengeluaran pemerintah, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari  tahun 2007 s.d. 2012  pengeluaran pemerintah Kabupaten Bireuen lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan penerimaan pemerintah. Hal ini disebabkan karena pengeluaran yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat masih sangat tinggi. Selain itu juga disebabkan proses pembangunan yang terus menerus dilakukan oleh pemerintah sedangkan penerimaan yang diperoleh dari Investasi pemerintah belum seperti yang diharapkan. Kata kunci : Penerimaan Pemerintah, Pengeluaran Pemerintah

Abstract

As to this watchfulness aim is to gets description about phenomenon supported by empirical proof and has been found clarity with conclusion about influence from the budget availability and Entrepreneurship towards performance civil servants service SKPD At North Aceh. This research is supposed can give contribution for order government governance and performance civil servants. This research is supposed can give contribution for organization theory development and management theory HRD, especially about order government governance and performance civil servants. Watchfulness uses technique proporsionale stratistified random sampling, with sample total as much as 60 respondents. As to analysis method used, using verification method. While analysis used to be path analysis. Watchfulness result shows quantity direct influence total and not direct from from variable: the budget availability and Entrepreneurship towards performance civil servants service area at North Aceh as big as 39,35 percents. Abstract

The objectives this research to analyse the influence of total assets, inflation, the banks Indonesia certificate, and the exchange rate on the return share of banking companies registered at the Indonesia stock exchange. The sample that was used in this research totalling 16 banking companies registered at the Indonesia stock exchange during the year 2009-20012, that choiced was based on the method purposive sampling. The analysis method that used multiplied regression. Analysis carried out for the interval of the 6 monthly and 12 monthly. The analyst results showed that inflation and exchange rate to have influence on the return share of banking companies for the interval of the 6 monthly, Whereupon in the interval of the 12 monthly only exchange rate variables to have influence on the return share of banking companies. Afterwards simultaneously was found that total assets, inflation, the banks Indonesia certificate, and the exchange rate to have influence on the return share of banking companies in the interval of the 6 monthly, and 12 monthly. Abstract

This study aims to obtain the empirical evidence of implementation of accountability and financial transparency principles which affect performance of budget arrangement in the District of Bireuen Government. Research has been conducted on all the institutions / government agencies in Bireuen District, with the multiple regression method. Sample selection is done by using the method of purposively sampling which is analyzed with the qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. Results of research indicate that implementation of the accountability and transparency have not affected the performance of the government budget in the Bireuen District. The better implementation both accountability and transparency principles, the is not better performance of the budget on the government. Partially, the principle of accountability has only influenced over the performance budget. Laws and government policies have created the government apparatus in the region must have prepared a budget plan for each job correctly and responsibly. Some obstacles that have been founded that there were respondents with less due to old patterns which not socialized. Permendagri Number 13 in 2006 and completion of Permendagri number 59 in 2007. The local government has not taken some attentions to performance indicators both at the time of budget arrangement and realization of budget to the community. In addition, providing the government accounting system and financial accounting local have been considered weakly.

Abstract

Coral reef ecosystems provide coastal populations with a number of goods and services, such as fisheries and tourism. They also form a unique natural ecosystem, with an important biodiversity value as well as scientific and educational value . Also, coral reefs form a natural protection against wave erosion. The aim of this study was to discover factors effecting the community to pay for their beneficial existence of coral reeef. The study was conducted by using cross section data on February 2013. Therefore, 152 respondents were selected by stratified random sampling and to them distributed the questionnaire to get the data. The Ordinary least Square (OLS) methode is used to estimate the partial model in this study. The estimation result shows that community income and organization member of environment have a positive and and significant effect on willingness to pay. Meanwhile education also has a positive impact on willingness to pay but this variable is not significant statistically. This caused by the size used in sample size. The limitation of this reseach is sample size. Appropriate sample size usually can eliminate the econometric problems in estimate result. Therefore, to obtain the best performance of this model it is needed further research using more sample size and more variable such as the number of family member.Keywords : Willingness to pay, coral reef, community

Abstract

The measurement of business performance are still focusing on financial performance as net profit, cost minimization, maximization of existing outputs and the measurement of assets that are tangible, it will not be able to measure the value of penciptaaan assets are intangible. The purpose of this research is to develop a performance measurement framework that is balanced, coherent, and comprehensive on the company which is engaged in the business of gas such as PT Pertamina Gas (Persero) by using the methods of the balanced score card. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data obtained from observation, interview, questionnaire, and a study of the literature. Data analysis and interpretation results illustrate that management companies have the same perception that to improve overall corporate performance starts from the perspective of learning and growth. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh karakteristik informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Eurotex Jaya Perkasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 pada PT.Eurotex Jaya Perkasa. Berdasarkan metode analisis regresi berganda, diperoleh hasil pengujian secara simultan (Uji-F) dan uji secara parsial dari keempat variabel bebas (uji-t), menunjukkan terdapat hubungan sekaligus pengaruh yang signifikan ke empat variabel, yakni variabel Ruang lingkup (X1), Agregasi (X2), Integrasi (X3), dan Tepat waktu (X4) terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT.Eurotex Jaya Perkasa. Dengan model statistiknya yakni : Y = 2.205 + 0.127X1 + 0.103X2 + 0.100X3 + 0.142X4. Variabel yang paling besar (paling dominan) adalah variabel tepat waktu, dimana pemakai informasi akuntansi lebih memfokuskan pada ketepatan waktu dari kualitas informasi yang disampaikan oleh pihak penyelenggara sistem informasi.
