Abstract

This research can provide useful information about the importance of personal selling in building customer knowledge against the products offered by the company (product knowledge), which in turn implies an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Research using multistage area sampling which combined between cluster random sampling and systematic random sampling done on the consumers car dealer shops in the city of Bandung, as many as 400 respondents as samples. This research using survey method with the quantitative approach. While this research type is descriptive research and verificative explanatory research. To test the hypothesis of research statistical methods used path analysis. Test results found a significant relationship between sales personnel with knowledge of the product, other than that of the test results found no significant influence between the personal selling and product knowledge of the consumer buying decisions either partially or simultaneous.Keywords: Personal Selling, Product Knowledge, Consumer Buying Decision

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) kini makin popular, dan menjadi prasyarat, karena GCG merupakan salah satu kunci sukses perusahaan untuk dapat terus tumbuh dan dapat menguntungkan dalam jangka panjang, sekaligus memenangkan persaingan bisnis dalam era globalisasi dewasa ini. Khususnya untuk perusahaan yang telah mampu berkembang, penerapan GCG sudah harus diperhitungkan. Terdapat empat komponen utama yang diperlukan dalam konsep Good Corporate Governance ini, yaitu fairness, transparancy, accountability, dan responsibility (Beasly et.al, 1996). Dalam Kepmen Badan Usaha Milik Negara tahun 2002, Corporate Governance disebut suatu proses terstruktur yang digunakan dalam organ BUMN, untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha dan akuntabilitas perusahaan guna mewujudkan nilai pemegang saham dalam jangka panjang, yang tetap memperhatikan kepentingan stakeholder lainnya, berlandaskan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika. Semakin tinggi indeks Corporate Governance suatu perusahaan yang menerapkan Good Corporate Governance, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat pengungkapan informasinya. Jika dianalisis, maka faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan adanya pengaruh pada hal tersebut, dapat di tinjau dari beberapa faktor, antara lain; implementasi Corporate Governance (CG), struktur kepemilikan, ukuran perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas. Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the influence of inflation rate, sertifikat bank Indonesia (SBI) rate, and currency exchange rate of Rupiah toward US Dollar, company’s profitability and company’s asset growth and their impact to financing company’s stock price partially and simultaneously. The inflation rate, sertifikat bank Indonesia (SBI) rate, and currency exchange rate of Rupiah toward US Dollar, company’s profitability and company’s asset growth as independent variables. Financing company’s stock price as dependent variables. The proposed hypotheses: The inflation rate, sertifikat bank Indonesia (SBI) rate, currency exchange rate of Rupiah toward US Dollar, company’s profitability and company’s asset growth have significance influences to the financing company’s stock price partially and simultaneously. The result of the research has evidenced that inflation rate, sertifikat bank Indonesia (SBI) rate, and currency exchange rate of Rupiah toward US Dollar, corporate’s profitability and asset growth are significantly related to the financing company’s stock price partially and simultaneously. The research methodology is a survey method by descriptive and verificative research. The data processing uses multiple regression models by SPSS statistical software. Population in this research are registered financing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (Bursa Efek Indonesia) from 31st March 2004 and still listed until 31st March 2011. The result of coefficient of correlation is 61,2% and it’s a strong relation between independent and dependent variables and 38,8% is the impact of other variables were not researched. Based on simultaneous hypotheses testing using F-test and partial hypotheses testing using t-test, it shows the significant impact between independent and dependent variables. From this result, there is main conclution that the company’s profitability and SBI rate have strong significant impact from the others to the financing company’s stock price.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh karakteristik informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT. Eurotex Jaya Perkasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 34 pada PT.Eurotex Jaya Perkasa. Berdasarkan metode analisis regresi berganda, diperoleh hasil pengujian secara simultan (Uji-F) dan uji secara parsial dari keempat variabel bebas (uji-t), menunjukkan terdapat hubungan sekaligus pengaruh yang signifikan ke empat variabel, yakni variabel Ruang lingkup (X1), Agregasi (X2), Integrasi (X3), dan Tepat waktu (X4) terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT.Eurotex Jaya Perkasa. Dengan model statistiknya yakni : Y = 2.205 + 0.127X1 + 0.103X2 + 0.100X3 + 0.142X4. Variabel yang paling besar (paling dominan) adalah variabel tepat waktu, dimana pemakai informasi akuntansi lebih memfokuskan pada ketepatan waktu dari kualitas informasi yang disampaikan oleh pihak penyelenggara sistem informasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pengendalian persediaan bahan baku terhadap kelancaran proses produksi minyak kelapa pada PT Bireuen Coconut Oil. Metode penelitian lain yang digunakan penelitian deksriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y  = 25,064 + 3,582 X. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel pengendalian persediaan bahan baku memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan searah terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi dan determinasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tingkat hubungan yang sangat erat antara variabel pengendalian persediaan bahan baku terhadap lancaran proses produksi minyak kelapa pada Bireuen Coconut Oil dengan tingkat keeratan sebesar R=62,2. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian, Persediaan Bahan Baku, Proses Produksi, Coconu Oil.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Desentralisasi fiskal adalah suatu proses distribusi anggaran dari tingkat pemerintahan yang lebih tinggi kepada pemerintahan yang lebih rendah untuk mendukung fungsi atau tugas pemerintah dan pelayanan publik sesuai dengan banyaknya kewenangan bidang pemerintahan yang dilimpahkan. Diasumsikan adanya desentralisasi fiskal akan mendongkrak Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). IPM merupakan alat untuk mengukur capaian pembangunan manusia berbasis sejumlah komponen dasar kualitas hidup. Sebagai ukuran kualitas hidup, IPM dibangun melalui pendekatan tiga dimensi dasar. Dimensi tersebut mencakup umur panjang dan sehat pengetahuan, dan kehidupan yang layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian studi kasus di Provinsi Aceh dengan mengamati fenomena yang terjadi di Kabupaten dan Kota provinsi Aceh, tahun 2010-2015, membuktikan bahwa desentralisasi fiskal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap IPM. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya desentralisasi fiskal pemerintah lebih leluasa dalam menetapkan kebijakan yang pro pada masyarakat sehingga segala kebutuhan masyarakat yang mampu mendorong kesejahteraan masyarakat bisa langsung direspon tanpa harus menunggu kebijakan dari pemerintah pusat. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see 1) The effect of salary on job satisfaction of BRI employees in the Bireuen Branch, 2) the effect of promotion on job satisfaction of employees of the BRI Bireuen Branch, 3) The influence of colleagues on job satisfaction of employees of the BRI Bireuen Branch, 4) The effect of salary, promotion position, colleagues on job satisfaction of BRI employees at the Bireuen Branch jointly (simultaneously). This research was conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bireuen Branch Office, having its address at Jl Medan Banda Aceh Simpang 4 Bireuen. As for the variables in this study are salary, promotion, coworkers, and job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of BRI Bireuen Branch as many as 182 employees. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula and the results are 125 people. The research method used is quantitative research. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 17 and shows the results: from three independent variables, namely salary, job promotion and co-workers, it is found that salaries and co-workers partially affect employee job satisfaction with the value of the salary regression coefficient (X1). is 0.288 and co-workers (X3) is 0.451 while Job Promotion (X2) has no effect with the regression coefficient value of 0.63. Simultaneously, salary, job promotion, coworkers have an effect on job satisfaction of employees of BRI Bireuen Branch, the value of R Squer is 0.754 or 75.4%, the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed

Abstract

This study aims to examine, 1) the influence of leadership on employee performance, 2) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, 3) the influence of motivation on employee performance, and 4) the influence of leadership, organizational culture and motivation on the performance of UPT employees of the Department of Education, Youth and Bireuen Regency Sports. The research method used in this study is the associative method with a quantitative approach, to 104 employees, with the collection technique using a closed questionnaire instrument. The analytical method used is a path analysis approach. The results of the study show that 1) There is a significant influence of leadership factors on employee performance. Statistically, with a large influence of 19.74 percent on the performance of the employees of UPTD Education, Youth and Sports, Bireuen Regency. 2) It is proven that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance by 19.46 percent, 3) It is found that there is a significant influence of work motivation factors of 12.81 percent on the performance of UPTD Youth and Sports Education, Bireuen Regency. The relationship between leadership factors, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance has a high closeness, and is linearly related, with a degree of relationship of 0.721. And the contribution of leadership factors, organizational culture and motivation to the performance of the employees of the UPTD Youth and Sports Education in Bireuen Regency is 52%. While the rest of the role of variables that are not examined by 48%. This shows that there are other factors that can influence employee performance variables, such as organizational climate, career development factors, education and training, and others

Abstract

This research was conducted on Class IIB Bireuen Penitentiary employees who analyzed financial performance based on a study of the factors of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction. With descriptive and verification analysis methods using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that the correlation of transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture and job satisfaction was very strong on the financial performance variable so that the contribution was 89,9%. However, partially there is no significant influence of transformational leadership style or organizational culture on financial performance. Significant influence only occurs in the variable job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence teacher performance in terms of aspects of school organizational climate, work environment and teacher satisfaction factors. This research is a survey using quantitative and associative descriptive methods with the object of research being teachers who work at SMP Negeri Kutablang Bireuen District. Data analysis in the framework of hypothesis testing through statistical inference with multiple regression analysis approach. The results of the study, it was found that; (1). (1). There is a partial significant effect of School Organizational Climate (SO), Work Environment (WE) and Teacher Job Satisfaction (TS) on Teacher Performance (TP), with the regression equation TP = 16.458 + 0.470 SO + 0.518 WE + 0.339 TS. (2). Simultaneously it is proven that the variables of school organizational climate, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance with a contribution of 40.5%. While the remaining role of variables not examined was 59.5%, including motivation, work discipline, school culture, teacher competence, and others.
