Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh dari (1) budaya organisasi, (2) stres kerja, (3) kepuasan kerja para Guru SMA Sekolah Swasta Katolik Se Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Maret 2018 sampai Mei 2018 dengan melibatkan 103 orang Guru SMA. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara acak dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 24 Guru. Temuan dari hasil penelitan ini mengindikasikan: pertama, adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja para Guru. Kedua, adanya pengaruh stres kerja secara langsung negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Ketiga, adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi secara langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada kepala sekolah sebagai agar dapat menjadi teladan bagi Guru-Guru didalam menjalankan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam budaya organisasi. yayasan membantu pimpinan sekolah dalam hal kebijakan pengupahan, penghargaan dan promosi jabatan yang layak bagi para Guru. Guru menjalankan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi yang ada, menghormati pimpinan sekolah dan sesama rekan kerja, sehingga tercipta suasana yang harmonis dan saling dukung sehingga tingkat kepuasan kerja dapat terpenuhi.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam meningkatkan Profesionalisme guru dan apa saja yang menjadikan hambatan dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan oleh dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan kabupaten Bungo dalam rangka meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru dan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif dan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan sebanyak 10 orang dan dihasilkan bahwa Kebijakan Pemerintah melalui Dinas Pendidikan dalam Pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi guna meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru SLTA mengacu kepada Surat Edaran Resmi Dirjen GTK Nomor 2825/B/PR/2017 tertanggal 14 Agustus 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan UKG tahun 2017 yang ditujukan kepada seluruh kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi dan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota tentang Pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) tahun 2017 telah dilakukan secara proporsional dan sesuai Surat Edaran Resmi Dirjen GTK yang dikemukakan di atas. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bungo dalam pelaksanaan uji kompetensi guna meningkatkan profesionalisme guru SLTA antara lain hambatan teknis tidak terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet karena pemadaman listrik, dan masih ada sebagian guru yang gagap teknologi (gaptek), serta tidak liniernya antara bidang mata pelajaran dengan soal UKG. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bungo dalam mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan uji kompetensi guna meningkatkan profesionalisme guru SLTA adalah berkoordinasi dengan pihak PLN mengenai hari dan jadwal pelaksanaan UKG serta menyiapkan mesin genset, bekerjasama dengan operator TUKG untuk memberikan pelatihan singkat dan memandu guru tersebut tentang tata cara mengoperasikan komputer dan internet pada aplikasi UKG, serta Mengikutsertakan guru pada Uji Kompetensi Awal (UKA) secara Online.

Abstract

The source of funds for the Bandung City MTs Baabussalaam only relies on the government through the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds, the disbursement of BOS funds is often late from the stipulated time. The purpose of this study was to find out the financing of madrasa organization at MTs Baabussalaaam, Bandung City. This study uses a case study method. Data collection is done by interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the implementation of educational funding at MTs Baabussalaam, Bandung City, namely; BOS funds received from the central government and regional governments are given gradually four times a year, currently twice a year according to the applicable regulations. New funds received in 2017 amounting to 206,802,500 rupiahs. Allocation of the education budget is only sufficient for monthly teacher honorarium payments. Madrasah students are only charged extracurricular activities, but not all make payments (198 students X Rp. 20,000 = Rp. 3,980,000). The conclusions of this study that the highest need for education funding at MTs Baabussalaam in Bandung City is the payment of honorarium for Non-Civil Servant Teachers, there needs to be an effort to increase the government's commitment to financing education so that it supports all components of madrasa activities, and reaches national standards. When disbursement of education costs needs to be timely in accordance with the calendar of investigation. In order for parents to participate in financing good education, it must be balanced by providing quality assurance to education consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to evaluate implemention of the continuing professional development program in KKG at antecedent, transaction, and outcomes levels, the study was carried cut using Stkaes’ contienance evaluation model and contiuned in KKG at Kecamatan Makasar Kota Jakarta Timur. The data were collected through participant observation using interviewobservation document study and questionare the result of the study showed that at the antecedent level there was stell lack of suffort from ical government such as prowding recource persons gudance and finding at transaction level at the showed that the planning and implementation of continuing professional development was not based on the needs of teacher competences and carier and there was no feed back an in continuing and the evaluation of the outcomes level the product of continuing professional development has not been used for upgrading Teachers cariers. The conclusion of the study was that the implementation of the continuing professional development program in KKG is less effective and efficien the lock at the local government support to the program icads to an overall in effective and in efficient planning progress, monitoring and evaluation program Allthought the outcomes from the program effech the result of performance appraisal and students achievment it didnot contribute to competencies and carier upgrading, itis recomemded that the local government needs. to improve teachers management and support the program especially in improving techers capital in comprehensive and strategic ways.

Abstract

Theoretically, the result of this research hopefully can give scientific contribution toward development of science, especially science of education, give suggestion to another school about evaluation of program for better quality of education, also by way of evaluation for secondary school of Sekolah Alam Bogor for being more effective internship program. The research use qualitative method. Data were got by doing interview, observation, and check list. The data were used for evaluating internship program of creative industry for more effective program implementation. Subject of this research are students and teachers who participated in internship program of creative industry also the owner of the place. Based on the data which were got, it can be concluded that internship program of creative industry can improve knowledge, skills, and positive attitude of students with supporters factors: monitoring of the principal, the role of the teacher, the role of the owner of internship place, and communication between the school and internship place.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information on the effect of recruitment and motivation toward job performance of Military Personnel Submarine Unit in Eastern Fleet Command of Indonesian Navy. This research using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of research is 80 military personnel and sample involving 67 personnel as respondents were selected through simple random sampling. This research findings are (1) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on job performance. (2) there is a positively direct effect motivation on job performance (3) there is a positively direct effect recruitment on motivation. Therefore, the job performance of Submarine Unit military personnel can be improved through improvement of recruitment, and motivation.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of reward and job involvement on teacher’s task commitment. The research was conducted at elementary school in Kecamatan Menteng. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of reward on task commitment ; (2) there is a positive direct of job involvement on task commitment ; (3) there is a positive direct of reward on job involvement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of supervision and responsibilty on teacher productivity at private high schools in South Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach. The population of this research is 134 teachers from which a research sample of 100 teachers is selected by using simple random sampling technique. The data was obtained through questionnaires and then analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is conluded that: 1) supervision has a positive direct effect on productivity; 2) responsibility has positive direct effect on productivity; and 3) supervision has positive direct effect on responsibility. Therefore teacher productivity can be improved through improvements in supervision they receive and enhancement in their responsibility.

Abstract

The research was conducted to teachers education office of DKI Jakarta. By using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 52 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the turnover intention have negative direct effect to job performance; (2) the absenteeism have negative direct effect to job performance; (3) the turnover intention have positif direct effect to absenteeism.The job performance can be improved through reduction of turnover intention and absenteeism

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work climate on teacher productivity State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta. The method used ini this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. This study used a population of teachers State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta much as 200 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is proportional random sampling methode. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, there is the effect of transformational leadership on teacher productivity; Secondly, there is the effect of work climate on teacher productivity; Third, there is the effect of transformational leadership on work climate.
