Abstract

the objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers organizational citizenship behavior in state vocational school in Bekasi district.The research was conduct by using survey method with path analysis in testing hyphotesis. In this research, 165 from 280teacher of teachers selected random sampling. The research was focused on three aspect; transformational leadership and self efficacy toward teachers OCB.The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculaded that (1) there the positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward OCB, (2) there is positive direct effect of self efficacy toward OCB and (3) there is positive direct effect of transformational leadership toward self efficacy.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) and organizational culture on productivity. It was a quantitative research was conducted ten schools located in Jakarta Centre.The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 153 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on productivity. (2). There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on productivity, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on organizational culture.

Abstract

The research was conducted to teachers education office of DKI Jakarta. By using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 52 employee as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the turnover intention have negative direct effect to job performance; (2) the absenteeism have negative direct effect to job performance; (3) the turnover intention have positif direct effect to absenteeism.The job performance can be improved through reduction of turnover intention and absenteeism

Abstract

Theoretically the results of the discussion of this research is expected to provide scientific contributions to the development of science, to provide some suggestions to the school and other schools in terms of teacher performance in improving the quality of education, to be the evaluation for Yayasan Pondok Al Kenaniyah to provide better service in the quality of their education. This study is also expected to be the contribution for the researcher in the field of education. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection. The data is achieved by conducting interviews, observation and checklist. The data is obtained to analyze the performance of teachers in improving the quality of education with the subject of 60 people in Yayasan Al Kenaniyah, East Jakarta to investigate. Based on the data obtained can be summarized as follows: regarding to the performance of teachers in the learning plan, the performance of teachers in the implementation of learning, the performance of teachers in the assessment of learning outcomes, also discipline of the teachers in performing their duties to get good performance. Thus, the quality of education will be better in the future.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of supervision and intrinsic motivation to the crativity of private catholic elementary schools teachers in east Jakarta. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 187 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected by random sampling technique. The result of the research as follows: (1). Supervision of a positive direct effect on crativity, (2). Intrinsic motivation positive direct effect on creativity and (3). Supervision positive direct effect on intrinsic motivation .

Abstract

The research was conducted to all teachers of junior higt school districts teluknaga regency of Tangerang. By using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 113 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (2) the job involvement have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (3) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job involvement. The job satisfaction can be improv through improvement of quality of work life and job involvement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job design and management information technologi on service quality State Senior High School in Nort Jakarta.The method used ini this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. This study used a population of teachers State Senior High School in Nort Jakarta much as 150 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is proportional random sampling methode.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, there is the effect of job design on service quality; Secondly, there is the effect of management information technology on service quality; Third, there is the effect of job design on management information technology.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand and to get picture of organizational communication, decision making and reward that used by School Principal at Canisius College Junior High School Jakarta. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study and recording. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) the interpersonal communication system is a main communication system, social networking and electronic communication become the main support in developing the communication. The communication that occurs such as oral, written and nonverbal communication which is applied in Downward communication nor Upward communication, (2) Decision was taken as a programmed and nonprogrammed decisions. The programmed decisions is the main task of a school leader and the nonprogrammed decisions is the strategic policy that taken to achieving the goal of the school which refers to the schools vision and mission, (3) The awarding highly prioritized both the intrinsic reward and extrinsic reward so that the teachers, staff and students feel very appreciated. It will always provide the best work for the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work climate on teacher productivity State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta.The method used ini this research is survey method with path analysis techniques. This study used a population of teachers State Junior High School in Palmerah Sub-district, West Jakarta much as 200 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is proportional random sampling methode.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, there is the effect of transformational leadership on teacher productivity; Secondly, there is the effect of work climate on teacher productivity; Third, there is the effect of transformational leadership on work climate.

Abstract

Abstract (English) Variations of learning supervision models can improve the quality of education. This research aims to describe the supervision models developed in SD Madina Islamic School. The research used qualitative descriptive-naturalistic approach. Through triangulation of data collection and processing techniques, the findings of research that SD Madina Islamic School combined models of supervision of learning, secretive and spontaneous principles, and has the benefit for habits teachers in learning. Through the mix of curriculum namely DIKNAS, Al-Azhar Cairo, and Cambridge, variations of learning supervision are applied using special assessment criteria, to produce an optimal, directed, and authentic assessment and guidance. Abstrak (Bahasa Indonesia) Supervisi pembelajaran yang variatif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model supervisi yang dikembangkan oleh SD Madina Islamic School. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-naturalistik. Melalui triangulasi teknik pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, didapatkan temuan penelitian bahwa SD Madina Islamic School memadukan model supervisi pembelajaran secara variatif, berprinsip rahasia dan spontanitas, serta bermanfaat habitualiasasi guru dalam pembelajaran. Melalui perpaduan kurikulumnya yakni DIKNAS, Al-Azhar Cairo, dan Cambridge, maka variasi supervisi pembelajaran diterapkan dengan berbagai kriteria penilaian khusus, guna menghasilkan penilaian dan bimbingan yang optimal, terarah, dan otentik.
