Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand and to get picture of organizational communication, decision making and reward that used by School Principal at Canisius College Junior High School Jakarta. The data were collected through participant observation using interview, observation, document study and recording. The data analysis and interpretation indicates that (1) the interpersonal communication system is a main communication system, social networking and electronic communication become the main support in developing the communication. The communication that occurs such as oral, written and nonverbal communication which is applied in Downward communication nor Upward communication, (2) Decision was taken as a programmed and nonprogrammed decisions. The programmed decisions is the main task of a school leader and the nonprogrammed decisions is the strategic policy that taken to achieving the goal of the school which refers to the schools vision and mission, (3) The awarding highly prioritized both the intrinsic reward and extrinsic reward so that the teachers, staff and students feel very appreciated. It will always provide the best work for the school.

Abstract

A study of determining the influence of QWL and reward on the teachers productivity at state elementary school has been done which the samples were taken in district kebon jeruk west jakarta city. In this work a survey method with path analysis techniques was used by applying a questioner as a researched instrument. 152 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the predetermined location. The results showing both QWL and reward perform significant effect on the teacher’s productivity. Moreover there was a correlation between QWL and reward which one affects the other.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of transformational leadership and interpersonal communication on lecturer affective commitment. It was quantitative research with survey method in STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone. The research was conducted to all lecturer of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bone by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis.The number 60 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conlude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of transformational leadership on affective commitment . (2) There is a direct positive effect of interpersonal communication on affective commitment. (3) There is a direct positive of transformational leadership on interpersonal communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of leadership and supervision toward teacher’s job performance senior high school at regency of Dogiyai Papua. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 75 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 63 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the leadership have positive direct effect to job performance; (2) the supervision have positive direct effect to job performance; (3) the leadership have positive direct effect to supervision. The job performance can be improved through improvement of of leadership and supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leadership and organizational climate on reward school community elemtary school in village of kebon jeruk and cengkareng..The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) leadership has a positive direct effect in reward, (2) organizational climate has a positive direct effect in reward, (3) leadership has a positive direct effect in organizational climate.

Abstract

The objective of the research is find out the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction on the teacher’s employee engagement. The research was conducted at Vocational High School in North Jakarta. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 98 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on employee engagement; 2) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement; 3) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2) ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

Abstract

The objective of the research is find out the effet of workload and burnout on the teacher’s intention turnover.the research was conducted at Buddhist junior high school in Jakarta. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 92 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of workload on turnover intention; 2) there is a positive direct effect of burnout on turnover intention; 3) there is a positive direct effect of workload on burnout.

Abstract

This research is subject to be know performing works program evaluation resntra Vocational Middle School 56 Jakarta. Method observationaling to utilize descriptive method with model CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, and Product) one that developed by Stufflebeam & Shinkfield. Evaluation programs to constitute one of object type of evaluation research (Evaluation Research). mendasar's orientation on all evaluation research is benefit. Strategic plan performing program Vocational Middle School 56 needs to mark sense repairs all lini, it can be drawn as follows: 1) Pemesinan's forte Programs, 2) vehicle forte Programs Demulcent (Otomotif), 3) Installation forte Programs Electrify, 4) Pictured forte Programs Buildings, 5) Multi's forte Programs Medias, and 6) Mechatronicses forte program. Suggested observational result to restra's executor to get follows up many findings in particular that concerns to program restra, and performs program repair so activity process program restra to become more effective.

Abstract

For attainment of vision, mission and mandate of the school organization, teachers’ productivity is important as well as the style of school leadership and how commitment related to the strategic issues within the organization are made. This study aims to examine the influence of (1) transformasional leadership (2) commitment, (3) teachers’ productivity in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. This quantitative research used path analysis technique in data analysis. Questionnaires were sampled to a total of 67 teachers in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep using Slovin formula. The results showed that: first, there are positive influence between the transformational leadership and productivity of teachers in schools. Secondly, there is a positive effect between commitment and productivity of teachers in schools. Third , there is a positive effect between the transformational leadership and commitment in MTs An-Nuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep .
