Abstract

The study was conducted on employees of UKM Sank Makroni Cap Bintang, Mutih Wetan Village, Demak Regency. This research includes the type of field research, which is a research study that takes authentic data objectively. Whereas seen from the type, this research is classified as qualitative research using descriptive method. The research was conducted to determine the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational culture to improve employee performance. There are five aspects in implementing OCB, namely: Altruism, Conscientiousness, Courtesy and Civic Virtue. While the role of organizational culture will improve employee performance through seven aspects in its implementation, namely: innovation and courageous risk taking, attention, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, stability.

Abstract

Small medium enterprises is one of the perpetrators of the economic potential in Indonesia, both in terms of number and its contribution to the national economy. This event will be based on research by the large number of potential young entrepreneurs for small medium enterprises that develop among the students of business management Course Shari'a. However, the potential of encountering problems one is difficult because of the limited structure and capability still managing their finances. The purpose of this research is to know the financial competency mapping and owned by small medium enterprises run by young entrepreneur. Further based on the database used to compile the proper accounting training design. Primary data obtained from in-depth interviews, questionnaires and observation directly. Financial competence that is owned by young entrepreneurs for small medium enterprises can be seen from the source variable capitalization, turnover, business profits and the ability of the application of accounting in the form of presentation of the financial statements. The results showed that most small medium enterprises have difficulty in the sector as well as a good amount of capitalization capital structure. small medium enterprises operational views of the turnover and operating income showed a fairly progressive conditions for businessmen beginners. While the ability of drawing up financial statements still minimal, more that just make a simple cash flow report

Abstract

Industry 4.0, which is a shape of fourth stage of industrial revolution, influences human life such as new media development. Nowadays, most people are being active users in digital world as a new social sphere. Many activities in social media affects various creative ideas, one of them is a medium of fund raising. As fourth stage of industrial revolution it does not cut off humanitarian acts for caring each others, even its appearance can be alternative media to create various humanitarian acts. Islamic philantrophy has take for granted New Media as developing model of fund raising and supervision program to enhance humanitarian acts. This study attempts to analyze developing of Islamic philantrophy phenomena in new media by utilizing qualitative method. The results is going to find a model of fund raising throughout new media and to create a program of supervision for sustainability acts as an effort to establish prosperous society. By this research, Islamic philantrophy is able to develop rapidly and achieve wider success through a new strategy. The main aspect of new strategy model must be syncronized to Islamic laws embedded in Quran and Hadits for avoiding inappropiate ways and debatable rules.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the role of BMT Walisongo is a provider of productive financing as a business partner for traditional merchant MSME in the Mijen market in terms of capital. Average traditional traders from the middle to lower classes, so they have not been able to overcome the problems of the needed capital. On the other hand the role of BMT in providing productive financing has very good potential for economic development, especially in the development of jobs for small and medium-sized communities, so as to be able to provide benefits that can be felt by the surrounding community. This study using descriptive qualitative methods by studying two sources, namely primary data and secondary data.

Abstract

This paper describes the development of Indonesian economy based on halal tourism. The tourism sector is Indonesia's mainstay in gaining foreign exchange. Tourism can be used as an engine of economic growth for the country. The Indonesian government targets 20 million foreign tourist visits in 2019. Foreign tourist visits to Indonesia have increased during 2017 to 2018. The Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) released the number of foreign tourist visits to Indonesia during 2018 to reach 15.81 million or an increase of 12.58%. In 2018, foreign exchange from the tourism sector accounted for US $ 17 M, an increase of 11.8%.Halal tourism is a tourism concept that matches Islamic values. Indonesia has a great opportunity in developing the halal tourism sector. Bank Indonesia (BI) states that halal tourism also supports the development of Islamic economics. Halal tourism can strengthen the country's economy. In April 2019 Indonesia was ranked first in the category of the world's best halal tourism destinations based on the Global Muslim Travel Index (GMTI) standard.

Abstract

One Village One Product (OVOP) is one of the programs initiated by the government in order to improve rural welfare and equality through empowering MSMEs. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of the development of OVOP in the metal industry MSMEs in the Hadipolo, Jekulo Kudus. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique starts from reducing data to concluding. The parameters of OVOP-based empowerment analysis include objectives, initiators, parties involved, sources of funding, implementation stage, form of participation in determining products, designs, forms of assistance and marketing channels. The results of the study show that all of these parameters have been running but have not reached the maximum, efforts need to be made to improve.

Abstract

Empowerment of UMKM as a forum for implementing the micro-economy to encourage economic growth nationally. This empowerment must be able to increase economic activity to the fullest. The existence of UMKM that are dominant as national economic actors is also a vital subject in development, because it is possible to expand opportunities for entrepreneurship, empowering workers, and reducing unemployment in a country in general. To create empowerment of UMKM as a mandate, it is necessary to have religious accountability in the implementation of UMKM. Religiosity is the internalization diversity that exists in a person as a form of devotion to religion at the behest of Allah SWT. Therefore, marketing strategies are needed in the success of UMKM based on rules.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development model of small and medium enterprises with the KBK approach (Embroidery and Convection Cluster) in Padurenan Village, Kudus Regency. The contribution of research is expected to add to the contribution of thought and knowledge in business management, especially relating to the model of developing small and medium enterprises with the KBK approach (Embroidery and Convection Clusters) in Padurenan Village, Kudus Regency. The context of this research is business development with the KBK approach to Content UKM in Padurenan Village. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative research method. The location of the study was carried out on SME players who were members of the KBK in Padurenan Village, Kudus Regency. Technique of collecting data by interview, observation, documentation. The results showed that UKM in Padurenan Village from the side of facilitation, training, comparative studies they often received, and the outputs that they could increase the skills of employees, the maturity of managerial companies, as well as communication or relations with outside parties increasingly well established. Under the command of KSU Padurenan Jaya, communication between SMEs is established and the means of information are often one of them in participating in activities that are developing their business. Researchers also found conditions where they were still not optimal in terms of financial statements. They have participated in training in financial report preparation for SMEs as well as business planning but the reality in the field of the recording system does not meet the existing standards. As a result of recording that does not meet these standards, the company's personal wealth has not been separated. This is disturbing in the company's report progress assessment.

Abstract

Taxes are the largest source of state revenue that has many roles. Until 2017 taxes can contribute 85.6% of state revenues. The level of taxpayer compliance in Indonesia is quite alarming and continues to decline, in 2011 taxpayer compliance could reach 97.2%, but in 2014 it fell to 91.6%, and again in 2015 only 82%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the efilling system on taxpayer compliance and to know the relationship between the application of e-filling systems and taxpayer compliance which was moderated by internet understanding. The initial step as the main basis of research is by collecting data. Primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. All taxpayers registered with the Tax Office as the study population. Determination of the sample was obtained by the Slovin formula so that 100 respondents were obtained. The analysis method uses simple linear regression and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The results obtained are that the application of e-filling system has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and internet understanding is able to moderate the relationship between the application of e-filling systems to taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of organizational culture and organizational commitment to improve employee performance at Muhamadiyah Ponorogo Hospital. There are several factors to improve employee performance, one of them is the organizational culture and organizational commitment which is well implemented according to hospital policy. Muhammadiyah general hospital as a research location with a number of respondents 105 employees with the technique used namely purposive sampling. Multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique used to determine the role of organizational culture and organizational commitment to improve employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a role in improving employee performance and organizational commitment also has a role on employee performance individually, while together organizational culture and organizational commitment have a role on employee performance, while the two variables are the most dominant its role is organizational commitment.
