Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris mengenai pengaruh  corporate social responsibility goal, corporate social issue, corporate relation  program  terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kuantitatif dan teknik  pengambilan  sampel  yang digunakan  adalah Simple  Random Sampling.  Sampel  yang diambil dalam  penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 162 orang masyarakat Kudus. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian  dan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Corporate Social Responsibility Goal  (X1)  terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kedua,  tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Corporate Social Issue (X2) terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat  (Y). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh  yang  signifikan  antara Corporate Relation  Program (X3) terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat (Y).Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan, Corporate, Social Responsibility.ANALYSIS OF  THE INFLUENCE  OF CSR IMPLEMENTATION TOWARD SOCIAL WELFARE IN BMT HARAPAN UMAT KUDUS .  The  goals  of this  article  is  analyzing and examining  the  influence of corporate  social responsibility goal, corporate  social  issue,  and corporate relation program  toward social welfare. This study uses quantitative  approach with simple random  sampling. Sample consists of 162 residents of Kudus. Data are analyzed  using multiple  regression method.  Result shows that corporate social responsibility goal and corporate relation program have  significant influence toward  social welfare while  corporate relation program has no significant influence toward social welfare.Keywords:  Welfare, Corporate, Social Responsibility.

Abstract

This study is aimed to find the best model in order to create Good Corporate Governance (GCG) for Islamic micro insurance development. The research methodology employed in this study was Analytic Network Process (ANP) using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The informants of this consist of practitioners, academia, and researchers who have good understanding of the problem. The finding of this study shows that the priority to embody good corporate governance principle in order to develop Islamic micro insurance in Indonesia namely, responsibilities, followed by equality and fairness, independences, accountability and transparency. In addition, the priorities of strategies that can be implemented to optimize GCG implementation are training and education for human resources, followed by focus on internal control mechanism, and the third is good corporate governance implementation in each level. The finding of this study also contributed to the best model of good corporate governance model to enhance Islamic micro insurance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tentang teori dasar tentang kualitas layanan dalam hubungan pemasaran. Artikel ini hendak menguji pengaruh strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan B@B perbankan syariah dan culture fit terhadap kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas dan rekomendasi positif. Kajian ini juga berusaha mendemonstrasikan keterkaitan antara variabel-variabel. Sampel yang diambil secara praktis terdiri atas 200 responden: pemilik usaha, pemimpin organisasi/perusahaan dan manajer keuangan yang memanfaatkan transaksi elektronik dari BSM Kudus dan Pati, baik sebagai kreditur, debitur maupun pengguna layanan BSM lainnya. Hasil analisis koefisien path menunjukkan bahwa dimensi empati, tangible, keandalan, kepatuhan, dan culture fit berpengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak lengsung terhadap kesetiaan nasabah. Kata Kunci: Hubungan Pemasaran, Kualitas Layanan, Culture Fit  THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY OF B2B SHARIA BANKING AND CULTURE FIT TOWARD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, LOYALTY AND POSITIVE RECOMMENDATIONS Abstract This goal of this article is to overcome the research gap by developing the basic theory of the service quality in relationship marketing. This article examines effect of strategy of improving service qaulity of B2B sharia banking and culture fit toward customer satisfaction, loyalty and positive recommendation. The study also seeks to demonstrate the interdependence between variables. Convenience samples are 200 respondents: business owners, heads of organizations/companies and financial managers who make use of electronic transactions of BSM Kudus and Pati, whether as a creditor, debitor or other services of BSM. Result of path coefficient analysis shows that the dimensions of empathy, tangibles, reliability, compliance and cultural fit directly or indirectly have effect on loyalty.  Keywords: Marketing Relationship, Service Quality, Cultural Fit

Abstract

Spin-off policy is one of the crucial issues in the Indonesian Islamic Banking Act (The Act of 21/2008). This paper is going to evaluate the spinoffs criteria that are inherent in the Act of 21/2008. The method that has been used in this paper to evaluate the spinoffs criteria is ARIMA and simulation. This ARIMA method is used to forecast that the Islamic banking unit can achieve the fifty percent asset after fifteen years after this act. The object that is used in this paper is four Islamic spin-off's banks, five Islamic banking units, and two Islamic full-fledged banks. The ARIMA result shows that from all of the objects in fifteen years or the year of 2023, there are no Islamic banks either Islamic full-fledged banks or Islamic banking unit can achieve the fifty percent asset. Besides that, based on the simulation it needs high growth asset to achieve the market share asset of its parent’s banks. According to these results, this study suggests the regulator should revise the spinoffs criteria using the strict criteria that based on either nominal assets, capital, financial ratio or the others.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) requires support from financial institutions, both banking and non-banking, in providing working capital loans. This support includes ease of procedure, easy installment payments, and services. The contribution of Islamic financial institutions in the Province of West Kalimantan, Indonesia, cannot be ignored. This study aims to investigate determinants of the behavior in the selection of sharia financial institutions in Pontianak by MSMEs. The research samples were the perpetrators of MSMEs spread in six districts in Pontianak City, 20 MSMEs per district. The data in this study were the primary data obtained from a questionnaire survey. The data analysis technique used was Probit Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the profit-sharing system that is considered not burdensome to customers, the simplicity of procedures that save time and cost, and the number of products offered in accordance with the customer needs significantly influence the probability of choosing Islamic financial institutions. The variable of the suitability of the operational rules of Islamic financial institutions with Islamic rules has no effect on customers’ decision in choosing a financial institution. This is an opportunity for Islamic financial institutions to develop their businesses by offering their products to non-Muslim customers.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep dan strategi ekonomi syariah dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan sebagai respon terhadap kemapanan sistem ekonomi  konvensional  yang dinilai  sebagai sistem ekonomi yang tidak mengakomodir  serta   mengabaikan    prinsip-prinsip dan nilai-nilai luhur keadilan  dan kesejahteraan  sosial daripada kesejahteraan individu. Ekonomi syariah hadir membawa harapan baru di tengah semakin  berkurangnya  percayaan terhadap sistem ekonomi konvensional yang dinilai telah gagal dalam menciptakan kemakmuran, melainkan semakin bertambahnya angka kemiskinan yang disebabkan inflasi. Penelitian kepustakaan  (library research) ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep ekonomi syariah, sistem, prinsip dan perannya dalam  mengentas isu kemiskinan, dengan menggunakan metode  deskriptif-analitis,    pendekatan normatif-ekonomi    dan sosiologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekam jejak ekonomi syariah dinilai terbukti telah mampu melewati krisis ekonomi global dan berperan strategis dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan.Kata Kunci: Ekonomi, Kemiskinan, KeadilanCONCEPT AND STRATEGIC ROLE OF ISLAMIC ECONOMY TO  OVERCOME POVERTY This  article  discusses  concept and strategy  of Islamic  economy  to overcome  poverty as response  to conventional economic system which failed to accommodate principles of justice and social welfare. Islamic economy brings new hope amid increasingly dwindling  distrust  of conventional   economic  system which was considered to have failed in creating prosperity but rather increasing poverty and causing inflation. This library research aims to examine the sharia economy concept, system, the principles and its role in poverty issues, using descriptive and analytic method, normative, economic and sociologic approach. The results of the study showed that the sharia economic has proven capable of passing through the global economic crisis and strategic role in poverty alleviation efforts.Key Words: Economy, Poverty, Justice

Abstract

The expansion of e-commerce dramatically changes the spending patterns which are found a significant number of impulse buying. Practical method and easy way to buy specific goods from e-commerce might be an important factor why customers spent their money more impulsively. Researches on this phenomenon showed that psychological values emerged from religiusity condition and self-interest encouragement play as self-regulation for controlling impulsive buying behavior. Viewed from Islamic economic perspective, this study seeks to configurate self-interest (al-nafs) into three levels namely al-nafs al-ammarah, al-nafs al-lawwamah, and al-nafs al-muthmainnah when al-nafs involved in online impulse buying. The first two layers of al-nafs refer to the level of self-interest which are material oriented, whereas the last one represents the highest level of self-interest which is spiritual oriented. By employing 134 repondents from e-commerce customers in Jakarta, the research findings revealed that there was no relationship between religiusity and al-nafs al-ammarah and al-nafs al-lawwamah. However, al-nafs al-ammarah (sig.= 0.000) and al-nafs al-lawwamah (sig.=0.040) positively influenced impulse buying. Meanwhile, there was strong relationship between religiusity and al-nafs al-muthmainnah (sig.= 0.000) in which this highest level of self-interest did not have relationship with impulse buying. These research findings have important implications that in order to regulate impulsive buying behavior, customers should control their self-interest and make it to be al-nafs al-muthmainnah.

Abstract

Artikel  ini mengkaji  tentang  keberadaan  bank syariah dalam perspektif  filosofis, yuridis  dan sosiologis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-qualitatif.   Bank syariah    merupakan lembaga keuangan yang mempunyai peranan penting bagi bangsa Indonesia. Semua kegiatan usaha sekarang ini selalu melibatkan pihak perbankan baik usaha kecil, menengah apalagi usaha besar. Hasil analis menunjukkan  bahwa perbankan syariah merupakan bank yang  dalam  operasionalnya  berdasarkan  prinsip-prinsip syariah baik dalam penghimpunan dana dengan prinsip wadi’ah dan mudharabah; dalam pembiayaan menggunakan prinsip jual beli murabahah, salam dan istishna; dalam mengeluarkan produk jasa bank syariah menerapkan prinsip al-wakalah, al-hiwalah, al- qardh, al-kafalah dan al-rahn.Kata kunci: bank, filosofis, yuridis, sosiologisPILOSOPHICAL, LEGAL AND SOSIOLOGICAL PERSPEC- TIVES ON SHARIA BANKING. This  article  explore  about the  existence of sharia  banking  from philosophical,   legal  and sociological perspectives  using  descriptive-qualitative   approach. Bank Syariah are financial institutions played an important role for the people of Indonesia. This day, many business activities small, shows that sharia banking applies sharia principles in its activities. Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of Muslim religiosity and innovation capability on firm survival. Also, this research investigated the moderation role of environmental uncertainty on the effect of Muslim religiosity and innovation capability on firm survival. The study was conducted during the covid-19 pandemic. The analysis unit of this research was the owners of processed food small enterprises fostered by the regional government of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The number of respondents involved in this research was 120 Muslim entrepreneurs. Data were collected using closed questionnaires distributed online, than processed using SEM-WarpPLS. The results showed that the Muslim religiosity and innovation capability significantly affected firm survival. Environmental uncertainty significantly weakened the effect of innovation capability on firm survival. However, environmental uncertainty insignificantly weakened the effect of Muslim religiosity on firm survival. These research results indicate the importance of religious formation for small entrepreneurs in this crisis time. Innovation is also important in increasing the firm survival of small companies during the covid-19 pandemic.
