Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to develop and test the theoretical model of the use of Means-end theory in the creator of a tourism-coordinated value chain that integrates the concept of memorable tourist experience, perceived value, affective commitment, storytelling behavior and destination loyalty. This study used Means-end theory approach by reviewing perceived value in understanding memorable tourist experience and post-experience behavior (perceived value, tourist satisfaction, affective commitment, storytelling behavior and destination loyalty). In particular, this research examined the influence of variable memorable tourist experience, perceived value, tourist satisfaction, affective commitment, and storytelling behavior on destination loyalty.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population of this research was all tourists who had visited the tourist attraction of Borobudur temple, Magelang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The number of samples used was 437 people who were selected with certain considerations, namely tourists who had visited Borobudur Temple at least once. Data collection was carried out in August-October 2020 using google form. This research used SEM analysis tool which was operated by the AMOS application.Finding: The results showed memorable tourist experience that had significant effect on Perceived Value, Storytelling Behavior, Affective Commitment, and Destination Loyalty. Simultaneously, Perceived Value had a significant influence on Storytelling Behavior, Affective Commitment, and Destination Loyalty. Secondly, Storytelling Behavior also had significant effect on Destination Loyalty.Research Limitation/Implications: This research had limitations in sample selection. The sample of this research was tourists who had visited Borobudur temple because the variable used in this research was memorable tourist experience. Ideally, respondents were travelers whose visit time was close to the time of data collection. However, at the time of data collection, the management of Borobudur temple closed tourist access due to the Covid 19 pandemic; thus, the samples used were tourists who had visited Borobudur Temple before the Covid 19 pandemic. Further research is recommended whenever using variable of memorable tourist experience. It is better to use sample of tourists who have visited the destination with a close distance between the visit to the destination and the time of data collection.Practical Implication: The benefits obtained by tourists were illustrated by the perceived value provided by the destination. Therefore, tourism destination managers and marketing staff must focus on the key variable forming perceived value, namely memorable tourism experience. Experience and memorable tourism experience were the main products of the destination. Destination managers and marketers should have a better understanding of tourist needs. They must analyze whether they had created a memorable tourism experience that could create value for tourists.Original Value: The research of the influence of memorable tourist experience, perceived value, tourist satisfaction, affective commitment, and storytelling behavior variable on destination loyalty was the novelty of this research. In addition, the use of the Means-end theory approach to analyze research results was also novelty in this research.

Abstract

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

Abstract

Wukirsari is one of the natural and cultural tourism villages that has developed in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The uniqueness of natural and culture in Wukirsari is offered to domestic and foreign tourists. This study aims to determine the role of each stakeholder in the development of a cultural tourism village in Wukirsari. The results of this study are expected to be best practice for cultural tourism village managers in other places. Sources of data were collected using in-depth interviews and focus group discussions involving all stakeholders. Qualitative data were analyzed to determine the role of each stakeholder. The results of this study indicate that the community, government, universities, the business world, and the media play an active and collegial role in developing Wukirsari as a cultural tourism village. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Green Product Quality terhadap Green Customer Satisfaction dan Green Customer Loyalty. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Green Product Quality terhadap Green Customer Satisfaction dan Green Customer Loyalty.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan McDonald's dari Generasi Z. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 84 orang yang berasal dari organisasi yayasan gerakan dan/atau asosiasi lain yang bergerak dalam pelestarian dan kepedulian lingkungan di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple purposive sampling. Data primer diambil secara langsung dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kasus McDonald's Indonesia, Green Product Quality mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Green Customer Satisfaction dan Green Customer Loyalty. Green Customer Satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Green Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The use of e-wallets is increasingly needed by entrepreneurs to improve their business performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and continuance intention. This research was conducted on students who own businesses and use e-wallets to operate their businesses. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Respondents used in this study amounted to 85 people. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of the study found that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Ease of Use has no significant effect on Continuance Intention, Perceived Usefulness has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect on Continuance Intention, and Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Continuance Intention. The results of this study suggest that e-wallet companies increase customer satisfaction because they play an important role in linking Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness to Continuance Intention.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok tani di desa Sembungan, Kejajar, Wonosobo adalah banyaknya buah carica yang tidak layak diolah menjadi sirup carica. Buah carica yang rusak tidak dapat diolah sehinggah menjadi sampah yang mengganggu lingkungan pariwisata setempat. Permasalahan kedua adalah mahalnya harga pupuk dan obat tanaman yang digunakan petani untuk bercocok tanam sayuran. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu kelompok tani dalam mengolah limbah buah carica menjadi pupuk organic cair dan obat hama tanaman. Teknologi yang digunakan adalah proses limbah carica menjadi eco-enzyme. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi tentang pemanfaatan limbah organik, pelatihan produksi pupuk cair, fasilitasi teknologi, pelatihan pemasaran pupuk organic, dan pendampingan. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan luaran berupa pupuk organic cair yang siap diterapkan untuk penyubur tanaman sayuran dan obat hama penyakit tanaman.

Abstract

Banking has a significant influence on the economic activities of a country. The banking sector in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid growth. One of the banks that is growing rapidly is Islamic banking. The development of Islamic banking must demonstrate sufficient performance in building trust among shareholders in their investments. To achieve this trust, it is necessary to measure the performance of Islamic banks, hence the need for a tool that can evaluate and measure the performance of these Islamic banks. The assessment of the financial performance of Islamic banks not only focuses on financial aspects but also requires an evaluation of their performance in accordance with Sharia principles to build trust among stakeholders. This research aims to determine the performance level of registered Islamic commercial banks in the financial services authority using the Islamicity Performance Index and RGEC methods for the years 2017-2021. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data were obtained through documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques utilized the Islamicity Performance Index and RGEC methods. This research introduces novelty in its research methodology. Many studies typically focus on a single method, while this research employs two methods simultaneously. Additionally, this study utilizes the most recent data. The type of research is descriptive research using a non-statistical quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is the documentation method. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique in this research involves descriptive statistical analysis using the Islamicity Performance Index and RGEC methods. The research results indicate that the assessment of the performance level of Islamic commercial banks using the Islamicity Performance Index method for the years 2017-2021 falls under the category of less satisfactory in terms of spirituality. The values for the respective years were 2.375, 2.375, 2.5, 2.5, and 2.625. The evaluation of the performance of Islamic commercial banks using the RGEC method in 2017 showed that the banks' performance was in Composite Rank 3 (PK-3) with a score of 66.67%, indicating a moderately healthy category. Meanwhile, for the years 2018-2021, the performance of the banks was in Composite Rank 2 (PK-2) which falls under the healthy category, with scores of 80%, 80%, 76.67%, and 76.67% respectively. The suggestions from this research are that Islamic commercial banks should be able to improve the company's profits, zakat, dividend distribution, and qard & donation. The banks are also expected to enhance their effectiveness in obtaining company profits, as some banks are still experiencing negative profit values. Subsequent researchers are encouraged to conduct further research, including accuracy testing on the Islamicity Performance Index and RGEC methods.
