Abstract

Background:. Background: A schizophrenic with delusions has unrealistic beliefs and dangerous delusional ideas. Purposive: This research aims to identify ideas when delusions occur in schizophrenia patients. The method used is a literature review, a comprehensive summary of several research studies determined by theme. Literature search using the Google Scholar database.Research methods : Literature Review. This research uses case studies, qualitative phenomenological studies, descriptive qualitative, normative law, cross-sectional and case reports taken from articles published from 2016 to 2020.Results and analysis: researchers found 6 articles that were appropriate and met the inclusion criteria for describing ideas when delusions occur in schizophrenic patients, namely having a magical item or tool, having supernatural powers or abilities, experiencing possession or being possessed by a creature, having a high position, feeling frightened by a creature, feeling empty or hollow in the heart, feeling hurt or physically harmed, fasting or certain rituals, feeling like receiving magic/witchcraft from other people, meeting supernatural beings, thinking that other people feel jealous/envy, feeling like they are going to be killed , feels physically disabled/damaged, claims to be God and is controlled by God. As for the aggressive ideas that arise, such as injuring other people, injuring themselves or having suicidal ideas when their delusions occur, even schizophrenic patients when delusions occur in the form of delusions of being chased have ideas about killing because they feel excessively suspicious and feel like they are being chased. Keywords: Schizophrenia, Paranoid Schizophrenia, Delusions.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a chronic disease that can affect all humans from the youngest to the oldest. Data from WHO (World Health Organization) 2015, shows about 1.13 billion people in the world suffer from hypertension. That is, 1 in 3 people in the world suffer from hypertension. In Indonesia, based on Riskesdas 2018 data, the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 8.4% and based on the results of measurements in the population aged ≥ 18 years 34.1%. Hypertension cannot directly cause death, if not treated immediately, it will risk complications such as stroke, myocardial infarction, kidney failure and encephalopathy. Hypertensive disease can also be prevented and minimized with non-pharmacological therapy to avoid the side effects of antihypertensive drugs, namely with a healthy and balanced diet. One of them is by consuming adequate potassium. The fruit that contains a lot of potassium is banana ambon. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of banana ambon consumption on the level of hypertension. Methods through database searches used include Google Scholar, Garuda and Directory of Open Access Journal. The keywords used in the article search were hypertension and banana ambon. The results obtained 103 articles and only 9 articles were used in accordance with the analysis of objectives, suitability of topics, research methods used, and the results of each article. Conclusion: banana ambon has an effect in lowering blood pressure / hypertension.

Abstract

Background: The elderly, better known as the "Elderly", are part of family members and community members who increase every year in line with the increase in life expectancy. If the health of the elderly is not handled properly, it will cause a decrease in physical and physiological functions resulting in more severe body damage, causing many complications and accelerating death. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of music therapy on cognitive function of the elderly. This research method uses literature review research, namely a study in the form of a literature review of the results of previous research either textbooks or research journals. To obtain data in accordance with the specified topic, researchers conducted a search for national and international journals through two databases, namely, Science Direct and Google Schoolar. With the publication year 2015-2019 and researchers obtained 7 journals used for literature review. The results of the study based on 5 journals used, show that classical music therapy affects the cognitive function of the elderly. Conclusion: there is an effect of classical music therapy on cognitive function of the elderly.

Abstract

Background: Sex education that is still considered taboo in Indonesia is one of the causes of adolescents engaging in improper sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of sexual health education on adolescent knowledge. This research method uses literature review research, which is research in the form of a literature review of the results of previous research either textbooks or research journals. To obtain data in accordance with the specified topic, researchers conducted a search for national and international journals through three databases, namely Scopus, Science Direct and Google Schoolar. Results with publication years 2010-2020 and researchers obtained 8 journals used for literature review. Conclusion: there is an effect of health education about sex on adolescent knowledge, and the method most often used is the lecture method, with the use of media such as leaflets or power points.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a condition where a person experiences an increase in blood pressure, which results in an increase in morbidity and mortality. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health education on client knowledge about the prevention of hypertension. Methods: This study uses a type of literature review research, namely a study in the form of a literature review using the results of previous studies as well as textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the topic, researchers conducted a search for national and international-based journals on two data bases, namely PubMed and Google Schoolar using the keywords health education, knowledge of hypertension, prevention of hypertension. The keywords used are listed in each journal title obtained, with the provisions of the journals searched since 2011-2020. The results obtained were 5 journals used for literature review. Conclusion: there is an effect of health education on client knowledge about hypertension prevention.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a major challenge for Indonesia, as the disease is common in communities across the country. This is due to the many factors that cause hypertension including genetics, age, gender, ethnicity, stress, obesity, salt intake, high cholesterol intake, preserved foods, mutton, coffee and smoking. Objective: This study is to review one article with another article about the Relationship between Diet and Obesity with Hypertension. This type of research uses Literature Review research. Methods: articles were collected from search results on three databases such as Proquest, Pubmed and Google Scholar. With the criteria of articles published in 2015-2020, the author gets 20 articles and only 8 articles are used that match the research topic with a sample of 2176 respondents. Results: research from these eight articles showed an association between diet and obesity with the incidence of hypertension despite different research methods. Conclusion: based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that an unhealthy diet and obesity can cause hypertension.

Abstract

Background: Lifestyle is a behavior related to a person's efforts to maintain health. an unhealthy lifestyle is a factor in the onset of hypertension in a person, a lifestyle that can lead to hypertension, namely diet, physical activity lacks exercise so that it greatly affects a person's health. Objective To determine whether there is a relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension based on literature review. Methods This study uses a type of literature review research, namely research in the form of a literature review using the results of previous research and textbooks or research journals. To obtain data that is in accordance with the topic, researchers conducted a search for national and international based journals with two databases, namely Google Scholar and Science direct. With the provisions of the journals searched, researchers obtained 6 journals used for literature review. Results Researchers found 6 articles and met the inclusion and eligibility criteria according to the topic regarding the relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension. Conclusion Based on the research results from the literature review of a total of 6 journals that meet the inclusion criteria, it is concluded that there is a relationship between an unhealthy lifestyle and degenerative disease, namely hypertension. Suggestions This literature review is expected to provide a reference in nursing interventions and add insight into knowledge in further research on the relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of hypertension.

Abstract

Background: In Indonesia, postpartum mothers often find wrong habits in breastfeeding their babies, namely feeling that their milk production is not enough to fulfill their baby's nutrition and giving early complementary foods to their babies. Objective: This study was to determine the effect of health education on postpartum mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding at the Ongkaw Health Center, Sinonsayang District. Methods: This type of research is a preexperimental design with one group pre-post test conducted on 42 respondents determined by purposive sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of filling out a knowledge questionnaire, analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: the study showed that the pre-test knowledge was less knowledgeable with an average value of 23.00. then in the post test the knowledge was good with an average value of 39.00. Conclusion: from the research, namely knowledge in respondents there is a significant effect (p value 0.000; α0.05), which means that there is an effect of health education on the knowledge of postpartum women about exclusive breastfeeding. Suggestions are expected to add insight into the community as information and increase knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding for babies.

Abstract

Background: patient satisfaction is one indicator of the success of health services and an important aspect that must be achieved by all health services institutions. Quality services are a form of patient acknowledgment of services received. Some studies employ satisfaction levels to determine a patient’s satisfaction. Aim: This study aims to examine the relationship between the quality of service and the level of patient satisfaction of health care participants in outpatients at the Bailang Public Health Center. Method: This study uses a cross-sectional design. Using a purposive sampling technique, as many as 37 respondents agreed to use. Service quality data is collected using a questionnaire sheet. Data were analyzed using the Fisher Exact Test statistical test, with a significance level of 95% (p <0.005). Results: the analysis showed a significant relationship (p = 0.014) between service quality and patient satisfaction. This research shows that service quality greatly increases patient satisfaction. Improvement of the quality of services provided will increase patient satisfaction. The findings in this study are expected to be a reference to improve the quality of BPJS services in the general public and specifically at the Bailang Puskesmas.

Abstract

Background: Nutritional status in children aged 1-5 years is still a major health problem in the world including the country of Indonesia. Indonesia is a developing country that still faces considerable nutritional deficiencies. World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 54% of causes of death in infants and toddlers are based on poor nutrition. Aims are to determine the relationship between eating patterns with the nutritional status of pre-school age children in the Public Health Center in the Melonguane sub-district. Methods: This research uses correlation analytic research with cross-sectional approach. This research was carried out in the Melonguane Community Health Center, Melonguane District, Talaud Regency. Sample as many as 33 pre-school age children (3-5 years). Based on statistical tests using the Chi-Square test with indigo ρ = 0.007 smaller than the value of α = 0.05, which means the null hypothesis is rejected. Conclusion: Most pre-school age children in the work area of ​​the Melonguane Health Center in the District of Melonguane have a good diet. Most pre-school-aged children in the Melonguane Community Health Center area of ​​Melonguane District have normal nutritional status. There is a relationship between eating patterns with the nutritional status of pre-school-aged children in the working area of ​​the Melonguane Community Health Center, Melonguane District, normal nutritional status.
